Excellent service, facilities and food
The room was relatively big, well designed and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner consisted of a great selection of tasty choices
The best was the excellent and helpful service by the personnel throughout the facility
Nice front desk agents, good spa with a large swimming pool, infra and finnish sauna. Several complementary gym classes for Guests. Good for family trip and for 2 as well. Breakfast was the same every day, dinner was ok
Very happy I would easily recommend to everyone
Convenient beautiful modern room with a lake view, breakfasts and dinners are included, plenty of parking, incredible pool, few hot tubs, saunas, gym. Everything thought through for clients to enjoy and relax
We have booked a room for three people but there were only two towels, two coffee cups etc. There was no shower gel in the shower. Room cleaning was nearly not existing. Cleaning stuff was in the room

A great hotel in a convenient location. The room was quite big and cozy, and quiet. The spa was nice and included different amenities (pool, saunas, steam room). One thing to improve are the slippers provided
We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing
We stayed for 3 nights at Corinthia. The hotel is very elegant and refined. The pool area is beautiful, although the water was a bit cold. Overall, a very pleasant experience
The spa facilities are beautiful, with a jacuzzi, several saunas and a swimming pool. A calm and peaceful atmosphere that truly feels luxurious
Great historical building with very high ceilings in the foyers. Showers can go hot and cold but tolerable. Location is walkable to Hungarian state opera, high street shopping and good restaurants
The breakfasts were also top draw! If you have access to the executive lounge there are decent snacks and drinks on offer. The service was great by all the staff. Only slight issue was lifts seemed had lots of problems

Had breakfast several mornings in the restaurant, all food and service was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our time there
The location is excellent and the river view is very nice
The staff were helpful throughout our stay, our room spotless and well stocked. The hotel pool is just right for a dip when sitting up on the roof. You are provided with pool towels at the spa reception
Lots of hidden beds dotted about. It's not a place to be sunbathing by the pool which some fellow guests had believed. We used it 5-7pm when returning from the day before going out in the evening
Fantastic experience I will never forget. The view is incredible! We have a such luxury to enjoy the night view in the room. Breakfast is also good and the room is quiet.
When the taxi dropped us off, I did have a panic from the outside appearance. However, pushing through the door was into luxury. Beautiful hotel with its own history and greeted by wonderful staff

com 2 deluxe river view rooms, then I send the hotel and email asked for connected rooms, once I arrived the hotel 2 girls at the reception were too friendly they upgraded my rooms to the next level which was sea view with buda castle view and connected which is made my day, the hotel location is so great I just walked from the hotel to buda castle to the parliament to Margaret island then go back...
This is very nice hotel in Budapest with restaurant foods and bar. You can see the night river view and castle view from room (make sure to book the room with castle view)
We stay at this hotel for vacation, very good location and convenient.
Superb location and direct view to danube river. Walking distance to tram station, cruise ride and city centre. The room is spacious and clean
I like the sofa beside the window that allows me to enjoy the danube river view both day and night
Very convenient to access to tourist river boat port and trolley bus station from the hotel. If hotel can help to sell the public transportation tickets, that would be more convenient to travelers

Amazing water park, perfect for both kids and adults! There are so many different types of pools and entertainment areas for children, as well as a great variety of sauna rooms for adults
I especially loved the outdoor pool that connects directly to the indoor one — you can even swim out! We didn’t get a chance to stay in the hotel
The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel
Great location, close to the airport
Rooms where a bit dated, not much but just needs a slight facelift i. the apartment rooms contains an old school microwave, decor needs a uplift but otherwise very satisfied
Pure happiness! This place has got everything you need! We loved the kids club which is open everyday 9am-9pm. So much fun! The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back!
But highly recommended for a fun and relaxing day in Budapest! (No phone allowed inside so no pic to show the amazing time we spent there unfortunately

The rooms were big enough and the pool was great!
My only complaints that the bathroom door had a huge gap around and not so private if sharing a room with a friend
I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, great breakfast, wonderful pools. Convenient to get to the center and other areas by bus. The island is all green, beautiful!
Thank you for a perfect stay. Quiet place with a picturesque view, thermal pools, not far from historical city center. I will recommend this hotel for a nice vacation in Budapest.
The Ensana Hotel in Budapest offers a truly relaxing experience in a stunning location. Situated in the middle of the Danube River on Margaret Island, it provides a peaceful escape surrounded by greenery and nature
A fantastic hotel, great location if you don't mind walk for approx 3-3. 50 km to get to the turist spots and restaurants. It is a very quite hotel with its own thermal bath situated in the ground floor
The environment is very good, the breakfast is also rich, there are all kinds of cheese, and the hot spring vacation is very suitable. It's a pity that I didn't have time to enjoy it in the hotel

Hotel staff are fantastic, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Location is also excellent, on the edge of the city center / main tourist area on the Pest side, with metro, buses and tram stations all next to the hotel
The stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are reasonably designed, spacious and bright, the breakfast is very rich, and you can also use the sauna and fitness for free. When we left the hotel, the front desk sent ice cream
Excellent hotel with very convenient location (connected to metro and a very decent shopping mall. This is critical for such a hot weather in Budapest. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is also nice.
The hotel is linked to the shopping center and there you have a big food court in the basement to the left when you come from the hotel. Parking in the guarded garage is OK priced
The location is great — just a short walk to the city center and public transport. Although breakfast was not included in my booking, the nearby options made up for it

Amazing hotel I will definitely come back the staff is so polite and everyone there helps you a lot their rooms are also so clean and the cleaning staff comes everyday!I have no complaints you should visit this hotel!!!!
I stayed on the first floor and my room was looking at the main railway station, so I had a great view. The only problem was the traffic noise but you get the ear plugs so you're good. The breakfast was really good
Don't judge a book by its cover. This hotel inside is modern and quite contract with its old outlook. Very generous choice of breakfast and very friendly staff.
Picture is outlook outside our window.
Our room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and there was a small balcony where the evening breeze felt very pleasant. There was a fan on the desk, which made it convenient for working
Clean, warm and nice stay, very close to the train station. Perfect location!
During our stay was alight inconvenience: the water was off from 11:00 to 15:00.
The hotel is very close to both the train and metro stations, so if you need to catch an early train, I would recommend staying here

The buffet breakfast and dinner were both generous and delicious, and the wellness/spa area was truly fantastic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. This hotel is an ideal place to unwind, and we will definitely book again
Add there An excellent service and staff I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone
I would like to say thank you to reception staff in particular Lazlo, Annmarie and Andreas although they all were great guys
We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service and facilities exceeded our expectations—excellent value for money
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The reservation process was smooth and flexible, and check-in was quick and informative
Lovable place with great personnel and awesome kitchen. I can't complain. 3rd time there, still perfectly satisfied. 5/5

This is the core thing making me not want to come back. Another big annoyance was the room's key needed to keep the electric lights/sockets powered, meaning all sockets would be powered off every time you leave the room
Pools - fine Restaurant - highlight of the trip. Food was plentiful and well prepared, except for the overpriced drinks
I am a born and raised eastern European myself, but having lived in the UK last 30+ years I do not get how I can be asked to remove my underwear for a treatment that didn't go anywhere near that area
Why?!? I am shy, due to my age and appearance and that was a big no no for me, with both present male and female attendents. Overall experience was great, but let down by things I've mentioned
Less annoying, but possibly a deciding factor of me not coming back here again was some of the treatments, such as mud wrapping
So no charging of devices once out. Was playing havoc with my laptop that needed constant power supply

During the first two days of our stay, the water in both the pools and the hot tub was cold, as well as the temperature in the wellness area, which was only around 20–21 °C
The room was clean, slightly dated but had everything you needed
The hotel has excellent access to the city center, which I consider a big advantage. There is a tram and a train nearby, making transportation to the center easy and fast
The hotel itself looks nice and well maintained; however, the rooms would benefit from a small renovation. The biggest disappointment for us was the wellness area
The wellness area was fully functional only on the third day of our stay, which was disappointing as we had planned to use it more. On the other hand, the breakfast was absolutely excellent
The selection was very rich and the quality was outstanding – among the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. This was a very positive aspect of our stay

We stayed here on our honeymoon on a tour. Amazing service! Great food and wine! Great location! Highly recommend. Rooms are cozy, very comfortable, food is regional and fantastic and the breakfast is great!
We stayed one night at the Mercure Hotel in Budapest and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options
The best nights sleep we’ve had in two weeks, the bed was comfy, air con was nice and cool. If we return to Budapest we’ll be staying here & i’d recommend it to anyone that comes here
Everything was well organized and comfortable, which made our short stay very pleasant. When we return to Budapest, we will definitely choose this hotel again for our stay
The girl on the front desk (sadly we didn’t get her name) was friendly yet really professional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the best we’ve had in Budapest (and we’ve ate at a good 8+ places at this point)
This has ended our use of Airbnb after staying here. They have a luggage drop so you can still explore the city on your day off departure, amazing!

One did the all inclusive offer for three nights and access to hotel’s hot pools inside/out, and larger pool outside if you wish to swim laps; gowns and towels provided (in room), bring your own beach slippers or flip flops
Cleaning of the room without any comments. Food: Varied and mostly tasty. Soup and side dishes for main courses were often oversalted. SPA: The pool and saunas met our expectations
lobby bar (see time table picture) Food was good quality, changing and fresh variety, for vegetarians too: salads, soups, breads, pasta, vegetables, rice/potato, then 3-4 meat dishes inc a chicken, beef, pork or fish; many dessert choices too (think gluten &/or sugar free too)
We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation
We stayed for 8 nights, but the bathrobe was not replaced as before. Has the concept changed? We were very pleased with the range of dishes in the restaurant. Cold soups are back again! Thank you very much!
On foot from the bus station Ensana Thermal Aqua was easy to find, about 20 minute walk, use the central lake as your destination and landmark, walk past with lake entrance on left, another 2-300m to main road, turn right continue about 200m, you will see Ensana Aqua

The shower in our original room leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. The pool is small with a thick layer of scum around the waterline. Lounge chairs and towels were scarce
Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible
The manager went out of her way to please, even recommending her favorite desserts. Our waiter, Peter, was attentive and charming. We recommend both the hotel and the restaurant
Lovely hotel not far from the great synagogue in Budapest. Full services, great breakfasts. Their restaurant, Araz, was exceptionally good
Janos who was the most helpful person and so willing to help and gave us the best recommendations, including best running route!!!
I arrived at 7am and was able to change and go for a run before my room was ready as early as 11am!! Thank you for that!!!!

Michelin-starred cuisine
Service, staff, cleanliness, treatment and therapeutic care, everything is simply perfect! And the food: if a buffet restaurant could be given Michelin stars, this chef would have to get it! Simply Michelin-starred cuisine and service! We'll be back next year!
It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer
I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow
whether Covid has hit them, or maybe they just can't get the right staff I am not sure. The problem for me is the food. The food standard is very high and the kitchen staff produce wonderful tasty dishes
All the food had been cooked and left out on the buffet to go cold as no-one had switched on the overhead heater/lamps. That's crazy !! There were also two tureens of soup - both only lukewarm

-No bedroom slippers unless you are staying in a "superior category" room. -The indoor swimming pool is very useful, but 28ºC water temperature (at least, that was the advertised themp) is a bit too chilly for wintertime
The best: -Very clean and quiet rooms. -Very fluffy bathrobes, and one spa towel and spa undertowel. -All thermal and treatment places are very close to each other and totally barrier-free
We were satisfied with the schedule of water pools, saunas and medical procedures. We would like to express an especial gratitude to Margit, Tamas, Andrea and to the mud pack staff
-The outdoor heated pool with jacuzzi and bubbly "hotspots" is fantastic and big enough to accommodate a few dozen guests at a time
I enjoy the pool and the thermal spa area the most. its quiet with an older clientele. There is a fee for parking your car
-No lunch is included, only breakfast and dinner. The only place you can have a narrow selection of hot sandwiches and simple dishes is the bar on the reception floor. Again, no free water or any kind of drinks

The TVs in the rooms were a little wonky, but we weren't exactly sitting around watching TV. One thing to be aware of - there's a little casino in the hotel that was fun if you have a little extra time to kill
Breakfast is amazing, a pool and sauna very nice, staff is absolutely great and everything works as a charm
Stayed in a family suite over the Christmas holidays, and loved it. I don't get the mixed reviews. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and the hotel dining (breakfast and Paris Cafe) to be great
I would like to highlight Jenny's work which was beyond our expectations. When she overheard that we celebrated my father's birthday she made a small surprise for him putting a candle into his dessert
An exceptional hotel in an even more exceptional location. We got a room with a river view on the top floor. The view was absolutely incredible. The space was fantastic and served all of our needs
Rooms are the only thing which is quite standard for a few* but in a bathroom you will find an aplliance which looks like a switch and it plays a few different types of music - this is fun

The room was ok, but the swimming pool was super small. There was a small incident when I checked out. I deposited 400 euros, but when I got it back, it was only 250 euros
I also had to check the security camera, which delayed me for a while and I almost missed my flight
The hotel room is really big enough, large and small suitcases can be unfolded at the same time, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are Chinese-style charging sockets in the room, which is very considerate
So this hotel is very very good so I have the impression that the bad reviews are not so correct. Indeed, in the neighborhood there is some works but it is not under hotel control to speed up or to stop the process
We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel in Budapest. The hotel is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The central location made it easy to explore the city

While small—just enough for two people—it was a really pleasant surprise, especially with jet lag keeping me up
Rooms are clean and cozy, not too big but comfortable with large windows
Its central location also makes it easy to access different parts of the city. Overall, I’d rate it an 8/10 for business stays and 6. Thank you, Marriott, for a pleasant stay in Budapest
