It is a charming little hotel. The rooms are spacious and really nice. The staff is so incredibly helpful I don’t remember the last time I felt so good at a reception. The hotel provides you with a little handy disinfectant which is great when you spend all day in the city in a tourist mode. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Clean comfy rooms - not huge but that's not a problem unless you plan to spend a lot of time there. Positioned handily for most of the city's attractions but not so central as to be hugely expensive.

We had a three night stay at the Boutique hotel. A great stay. Room small but compact, staff very friendly and all speak good English. Lots to choose from at breakfast. I can't fault this hotel, good value. for money.

This hotel feels more like a bed and breakfast than a proper 3-star establishment, and I’m unsure how it has been rated as 4 stars. The surrounding area is not ideal for families, and the amenities fall short of what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. We stayed here one night recently, the front staff pleasant and we managed paid parking directly in front of the hotel. We walked from there and jumped on a subway to the old town, the hot springs, and some sights. Rooms clean enough although one day we didn't get it serviced. Bizarre that the hotel bar closed really quite early, before 10:30pm dspite there being guests in the bar area and staff present. Probably better options to be honest, although breakfast was v good to be fair.

The room we booked was a double room however it was two single beds. The safe in our room was faulty and despite bringing this up at the front desk, nothing was done about it. We stayed three nights at this fabulous boutique hotel. Our room was large, tastefully decorated in a warm but edgy style . The service was great- the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel has a great art gallery hip vibe. We are not big foodies but the restaraunt is exceptional. The Chicken Paprikash and Lamb Shanks were outstanding- the chef deserves Michelin stars. We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and dined twice in the evening. I would totally recommend this establishment if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Budapest.

The hotel location is good, walking to most sites, longest is about 35 min. Room is outdated but clean. Breakfast is fine. Staff is nice. However it is definitely not a four stars hotel. May be between 2 and 3 stars. So if you pay four stars, it may be too much.

Best asset is the location it is very central. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good enough to start your day. The hotel definitely not a 4 star but I guess this could be the reason why it's is cheaper to stay here considering the good location.

We stayed here for a week on the 4th floor, for F1 weekend and a 4 day trip after. Rooms definitely need some renovations as the walls were very stained and some areas were a bit blah. Great place to stay, location on the Buda side of Budapest. Excellent help by the concierge when we arrived. Rooms are modern and well done. Lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious and v modern. Clean common areas. Breakfast was very good. Staff at the front desk are extremely helpful. Only drawback I can say that it is located in the quiet section of the city....not too much around. Most of the action is happening on the Buda side where you have to cross the bridge over Danube.

Overall we enjoyed this hotel. The front staff was very helpful. The room was a little small but functional. The breakfast was ok. The food selections were varied, but we felt the coffee machines produced extremely weak coffee and cappuccinos. These weren't deal breakers, we'd probably stay there again.
