Everything was ok but when checking out they charged a tip to the room bill because “it is what they used to do” and then offered us to leave it on the bill, charge only half or “if we really want they can remove it”! I booked a small twin-bed room, and it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The room is very clean with water and small toiletries. It has everyone you need, and the staff were very kind. I had a delicious breakfast that included homemade jam and avocado spreads. I would highly recommend booking here if you visit Sopron!

The location is perfect, the rooms are clear and well equipped, the staff is very nice and breakfast is great. In the room you get some welcome drinks as well.

Clean, very close to the oldtown, frendly staff, comfy bed, great brekfast. Garage entrance is very narrow and you should get out from the car to use the cardreader (its totally fine down there).

I’ve got a single room with all the conveniances. Nice, big and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, air con working well… The breakfast satisfies all needs; plentiful and delicious. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the historical city centre.

It was a very clean and pleasant hotel. It was close to everywhere, we walked. We reached the airport very easily by bus. When we went there, we could reach the airport by bus, even at 3:00 at night, there was a bus passing very close by. If I come again, I would stay again, the only negative thing was that the room was a little small, but we are always outside anyway.

The location is very good and very clean. The man at the front desk speaks very standard British English and has a very good and professional attitude. Early check-in is free. However, the room is small and the corridor environment is not like a four-star. The interior of the room is okay, overall. Very satisfied

It is a charming little hotel. The rooms are spacious and really nice. The staff is so incredibly helpful I don’t remember the last time I felt so good at a reception. The hotel provides you with a little handy disinfectant which is great when you spend all day in the city in a tourist mode. After reading all the reviews I was dreading what I might walk into. On arrival the foyer was clean and staff was pleasant. Room was average, more like a UK travel lodge. The girls from the breakfast were polite and the receptionist Daniel was really helpful and kind. The other receptionists were so rude and seemed so lost, like they don't know how to communicate and react in these position. A training probably gonna help them. The first room that they gave us was dirty and full of flies, the second one was better.

We really enjoyed the stay at this place. The staff here were very helpful and went above and beyond. The room was spacious with private balcony that we enjoyed. They also provided us with the cab service at very reasonable price which Uber could not match. Overall excellent.

This hotel was in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from here (to all of the major tourist destinations, bars, and restaurants). I chose a riverside room with a view of the Parliament Building. The view was perfect. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff is super nice and helpful, they speak 3 different languages, so the communication should be no problem for guests. I would give a 7/10. Nothing special, except the memory of the sewage smell from the bathroom, and the fact that you can only check in at exactly 13 o clock. We arrived 20 minutes earlier, but were unable to enter the building, had to stay out in the rain. Positive: it was a clean accommodation, with good heating.

Hidden gem of a boutique hotel! We had room number 10! Staff was lovely letting me look at rooms available to choose the one i wanted, checking in slightly earlier than planned also! The backyard with the parking lot is small and expensive (4 euro) but you could park in front of the hotel for free. Anything else was ok except the gas alarm in tha room that got a light that flickers.

The hotel is in a perfect spot if you want to visit the centre of Kecskemét. Been there for just one night on our way to Budapest. I wish we would have stayed longer!! It is so beautiful and nice there, the pool is fun, as is the ping-pong table in the back, the room was super clean and cosy, the staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast enough to be full, everything very clean and tidy. Great place to stay, location on the Buda side of Budapest. Excellent help by the concierge when we arrived. Rooms are modern and well done. We needed to take an early train and they packed the 4 of us lunch to go as we would be missing the included breakfast- above and beyond in a world that is not as giving. Highly recommend.

Only drawback I can say that it is located in the quiet section of the city....not too much around. Most of the action is happening on the Buda side where you have to cross the bridge over Danube.
