00 then dinner 18-21; with all inclusive free soft drinks, beer & wine lunch/dinner then most of the pm after 15

One did the all inclusive offer for three nights and access to hotel’s hot pools inside/out, and larger pool outside if you wish to swim laps; gowns and towels provided (in room), bring your own beach slippers or flip flops

We stayed for 8 nights, but the bathrobe was not replaced as before. Has the concept changed? We were very pleased with the range of dishes in the restaurant. Cold soups are back again! Thank you very much!

lobby bar (see time table picture) Food was good quality, changing and fresh variety, for vegetarians too: salads, soups, breads, pasta, vegetables, rice/potato, then 3-4 meat dishes inc a chicken, beef, pork or fish; many dessert choices too (think gluten &/or sugar free too)

On foot from the bus station Ensana Thermal Aqua was easy to find, about 20 minute walk, use the central lake as your destination and landmark, walk past with lake entrance on left, another 2-300m to main road, turn right continue about 200m, you will see Ensana Aqua

Guests were a mix from young couples with young children, many middle aged and older Hungarians, plus many Germans too; German, French or English is available and it’s ‘old school’ guests and personnel are polite and smile

Hotel staff are fantastic, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Location is also excellent, on the edge of the city center / main tourist area on the Pest side, with metro, buses and tram stations all next to the hotel

The stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional

The hotel is top and the service, rooms and restaurant are perfect.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are reasonably designed, spacious and bright, the breakfast is very rich, and you can also use the sauna and fitness for free. When we left the hotel, the front desk sent ice cream

Good location. Very near train station. Within walking distance from parliament and river. Facilities are new. Breakfast and service are good! Very pleasant stay. Good value for money.

Staff were very friendly and service was very professional. So glad I stayed here with my friends and was lovely coming back after a long day of sightseeing. Booked a relaxing massage which was also professional.

We were lucky to stay in an amazing room, and while we didn’t have enough time to explore the entire hotel, we did enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast at one of their restaurants

The Executive Lounge was also a great place to relax and recharge with wine and snacks available, it was the perfect pause before heading back out to discover Budapest

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable; every member of staff was courteous, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless stay

One of the highlights of our stay was the attention and care from Zsofia Nagy, who went above and beyond from the moment we checked in until our departure

The hotel itself is stunning and immaculately clean. Its central location made it easy to explore the city, and yet it still felt like a peaceful retreat

This is the core thing making me not want to come back. Another big annoyance was the room's key needed to keep the electric lights/sockets powered, meaning all sockets would be powered off every time you leave the room

Pools - fine Restaurant - highlight of the trip. Food was plentiful and well prepared, except for the overpriced drinks

I am a born and raised eastern European myself, but having lived in the UK last 30+ years I do not get how I can be asked to remove my underwear for a treatment that didn't go anywhere near that area

Why?!? I am shy, due to my age and appearance and that was a big no no for me, with both present male and female attendents. Overall experience was great, but let down by things I've mentioned

We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim

Less annoying, but possibly a deciding factor of me not coming back here again was some of the treatments, such as mud wrapping

Arrived at Budapest. Got checked-in to the hotel. Fine weather and nice views😍😍 Early dinner on Spoon, a boat restaurant just right down the hotel. Bonus: night views of Buda from Pest

Had breakfast several mornings in the restaurant, all food and service was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our time there

When the taxi dropped us off, I did have a panic from the outside appearance. However, pushing through the door was into luxury. Beautiful hotel with its own history and greeted by wonderful staff

Fantastic experience I will never forget. The view is incredible! We have a such luxury to enjoy the night view in the room. Breakfast is also good and the room is quiet.

We picked a room facing the river and the castle! Stunning view and the room is spacious with a comfy bed. The breakfast at weekend is outstanding with sparkling wine

Stayed here for a business trip. The location is very good, next to major metro/trams line and even AirPort Express bus. Room is clean and has all needed facilities for either business or leisure travel.

com 2 deluxe river view rooms, then I send the hotel and email asked for connected rooms, once I arrived the hotel 2 girls at the reception were too friendly they upgraded my rooms to the next level which was sea view with buda castle view and connected which is made my day, the hotel location is so great I just walked from the hotel to buda castle to the parliament to Margaret island then go back...

nice hotel, but the room no Bathrobe, no Slippers or accessories. It is necessary to call the reception..... The restaurant is so-so. Does not even deserve four stars

Location An absolutely perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the famous Hévíz Lake, along a beautiful navigation canal where you can rent a boat and sail almost all the way to Lake Balaton

It was not the first time I chose the hotel's restaurant for dinner. I love the atmosphere! The food is always delicious and the service is excellent! The staff is always smiling, all of them are very helpful

The TVs in the rooms were a little wonky, but we weren't exactly sitting around watching TV. One thing to be aware of - there's a little casino in the hotel that was fun if you have a little extra time to kill

Stayed in a family suite over the Christmas holidays, and loved it. I don't get the mixed reviews. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and the hotel dining (breakfast and Paris Cafe) to be great

I would like to highlight Jenny's work which was beyond our expectations. When she overheard that we celebrated my father's birthday she made a small surprise for him putting a candle into his dessert

An exceptional hotel in an even more exceptional location. We got a room with a river view on the top floor. The view was absolutely incredible. The space was fantastic and served all of our needs

Rooms are the only thing which is quite standard for a few* but in a bathroom you will find an aplliance which looks like a switch and it plays a few different types of music - this is fun

The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel

Great location, close to the airport Rooms where a bit dated, not much but just needs a slight facelift i. the apartment rooms contains an old school microwave, decor needs a uplift but otherwise very satisfied

Amazing water park, perfect for both kids and adults! There are so many different types of pools and entertainment areas for children, as well as a great variety of sauna rooms for adults

I especially loved the outdoor pool that connects directly to the indoor one — you can even swim out! We didn’t get a chance to stay in the hotel

Wonderful hotel, very gracious staff at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast buffet, and cleaning staff. Rooms are very well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and easy to plug in and charge devices

Make to sure to wander around the hotel and see the old monastery ruins the hotel is built on. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance

Our stay at the Hilton Budapest was truly unforgettable! We were surprised and delighted to be chosen as Guest of the Week and received an incredible upgrade to a king suiet , it made our visit feel extra special

The omelet we had was honestly one of the best we have ever tasted. Every dessert we tried, both in the Executive Lounge and at breakfast was very delicious! The Pastry Team absolutely deserves a Michelin star

The room was vast with a 2 floor type wich was perfect with breathtaking views over the castle square. every staff member we met was so warm, welcoming, and genuine. The breakfast was absolutely amazing

We did walk to Pest but it is quite a walk, particularly on the way back because you are climbing the entire way. Ubers and Bolts are plentiful though so don’t let the location deter you

Hour reception, English-speaking staff. To public transport (metro Móricz Zsigmond körtér, bus) 7 min walk. The hotel has a small restaurant where tasty and inexpensive to eat

The room size is quite large, but the bed is a coffee table, two armchairs, a dressing table, closet with kitchenette, a safety Deposit box. There should be a pool, but with my busy work schedule to the pool never came

Great hotel for the price-quality ratio. Lovely breakfasts. Juices, fruit, excellent coffee and pastries. Omelettes porridge yoghurt dried fruits.good sausages cheeses. Great pool and sauna.

Very nice hotel in a good location next to a trolley station. Room was clean and the service was exceptional. Also the price was fair.

Quite a large selection of different Breakfast dishes. But there was a smell of smoke in the corridors, although in the hotel there are signs banning Smoking. Understands and speaks English

Good location with easy access to metro M4 and close to train station. Spacious room but with only one chair, small shower cage and open shelf for clothing hanging and storage, which draw down the level of living

The room is big and very clean, shower is powerful and good wifi. Breakfast has a good spread and lots of choice for everyone. Located right outside a metro Negatives, breakfast is busy and loud

A curious smell from the bathroom made more difficult to stay inside. A lot things need to be improved for matching the four-star hotel

Breakfast is as ussual, but there is a lot of options for everybody (hotel was full, labor day 1-3 May, in every moment there were a lot of food, same choice at 7AM and 10:30AM)

I thought the hotel was very nice, clean, staff pleasent and friendly. Metro station 3 minutes away. Chinese and mcdonalds and burger king within a seven minute walk away.

Conveniently located next to a metro line, tram line. Easy to commute everywhere. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room.

The manager went out of her way to please, even recommending her favorite desserts. Our waiter, Peter, was attentive and charming. We recommend both the hotel and the restaurant

Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed

Lovely hotel not far from the great synagogue in Budapest. Full services, great breakfasts. Their restaurant, Araz, was exceptionally good

Janos who was the most helpful person and so willing to help and gave us the best recommendations, including best running route!!! I arrived at 7am and was able to change and go for a run before my room was ready as early as 11am!! Thank you for that!!!! Back to the negative: My room didn’t have a bath (my friend’s on the same floor did 🥲) and the furniture was old and kind of sad

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible

Our room was clean, big, and very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the playroom, and they loved the little sightseeing train that leaves from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty with lots of fresh food to choose from

We also had delicious dinners at the hotel restaurant, and on weekends the outdoor grill was a nice extra. The wellness area was very relaxing, with pools, saunas, and a jacuzzi. It’s a great place for families

Not too big though, so when the hotel is full it does feel crowded. But for this price, we will keep coming back. Side note, the sensors in the garage are not 5 star

We stayed here with our kids, and it was a great choice. The location is perfect — right next to Nagyerdő Park and just a 5-minute walk from Aquaticum. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time

The river-view rooms get a lot of sun. While the shady side rooms, and the common areas were quite cool, even in July, The 2 days when the temp got up around 30c, it was a bit warm. The rest of the time it was fine

Three of those have a large balcony, which is perfect for an evening drink and cigar. :) Note: As is common in traditional European hotels, these rooms are NOT air conditioned. They have copious windows and a fan

This hundred year old Hotel is perfectly located to explore Budapest! The rooms are nice and comfortable. Ask for a River View room, the view is wonderful

The world-famous Gellért Baths are located in the facility. The famous Hungarian "Statue of Freedom" and Freedom Bridge are literally across the street

Courtyard by Marriott is definitely more of a business-focused hotel. It is on the pricier side, but overall very comfortable. The staff deserve special mention — they are consistently friendly, polite, and helpful

In the morning, Anita assisted us during breakfast — she was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the breakfast offerings. Her hospitality really stood out and made our morning even better

Breakfast is average for my Asian palate, but I appreciate the effort to offer a wide variety of dishes each morning. A few things could be improved: The gym feels too small and gets crowded in the morning

Great location near the city center, with easy access to restaurants and affordable pricing. What stood out was that the sauna and steam room were operating even at 2 a

It's right next to a large shopping mall, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The furnishings are a bit dated, and the carpets in the room are quite old. This is a good value too, so I would gladly stay here again

The Ritz Carlton Budapest is truly one of the most exquisite hotels I have ever stayed at. Location was amazing, rooms were spectacular and the service was 10/10. I recommend staying on the club floor

The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of most important tourists spots. The staff are supper friendly and supportive. Not to forget mentioning how clean the hotel is. It was such a nice and pleasant experience

I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well

The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. Only recommendation is that the hot tub could be a bit more hot!

Toni as member of the service staff in the restaurant did make our breakfast experience a happy start into the day. We will definitely come back!

I would certainly come back and probably not choose a different hotel in Budapest after experiencing their service. Their service was on par or above other Ritz-Carlton locations I have experienced

The hotel is very well placed on a street with little traffic, it is a 2-minute walk to the main boulevard where there are many restaurants with Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish and many others

Unfortunately, the view from the room I got was overlooking the inner courtyard, but that didn't bother me. As bathroom accessories, there were soap, clean towels, slippers and the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub

A modern hotel with a great vibe and super location with access to both metro and trams virtually on the doorstep. The staff were great and the breakfast with its hot and cold selection was a fantastic bonus

In front of the hotel is a beautiful park which in winter is decorated with many lights and next to the park there is a market, and behind the hotel is a grocery store

A great bathroom with a shower and a bath. A sauna and gym is available at no extra cost. I personally would definitely recommend this hotel

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. Perfect location in Budapest, huge rooms and bathrooms (it’s worth the upgrade for the city room with balcony), and excellent cafe / restaurant options

Our server at dinner the first night, Teodora, was a perfect example. The food in the restaurant was also outstanding, particularly the breakfast. They served everything you could possibly want

I felt like royalty staying here. The cappuccinos here are not to be missed (until you’re no longer there) and every meal I had was completely 5 star

It’s a nice perk to be able to skip the lines at NY Cafe for drinks. We stayed 5 nights and wish we booked for longer

We had reservations at the other restaurant in the hotel and had some kind if mix up with our orders…1 1/2 hours to get our food

Mark stepped in for our waiter and was so kind and friendly it made the wait much easier ( as did comping our drinks!)

What's more terrible is that for the same price, you can get a good location through ***********. This time, two different rooms, with the same price, were booked through different companies, and the result was like this

We only stopped by for cocktails, but so nice we did it twice over a three day stay. Our second favourite hotel in Budapest if we were to come back. Great central location.

The rooms booked by Ctrip are always in the worst locations, and the hotel will not change this status even if there are many vacancies

I upgraded to a tower suite at the front desk. The location is very convenient and the view from the room is beautiful

The best of the best was concierge service, they provide as tickets for opera where no body else could, they reserve restaurant New York cafe where no body else could get us reservation
