Hotels All-inclusive in Hungary

I almost forgot amazing views of Balaton - from our room, from spa and restaurant. There are just some details I didn't like. waiters not being quick enough at dinner or the paid tea portions and no coffee at room

Soviet heritage, desperately needs renovation. Great terrace, but bizarre working hours of the restaurant. Sad lifeless employees. No.

The bad reviews here ale clearly from before the renovation. Spa is big and has large pool with warm water. Whirpools are spacious so you can almost always find your place there. Hungarians are kinda loud in saunas tho

It was a great hotel. My father and I thought it was new, then found it in a old map we had from the 1970. Great amenities right on the Balaton and central to most everything

The sauna world is great, there is an offer of sauna ceremonials, 1 open jacuzzi, 2 warm pools. We enjoyed our stay for 100% and hope to return again this time with kids

Very spacious rooms (I was upgraded to a suite) and a rooftop executive lounge with a decent selection of food and drinks (big plus for the outside terrace with views on Parliament)

Room was upgraded from twin to double room executive for free due to overbooking - can't complain! Vegan food provided upon request - amazing rice and veggie tofu stir fry for dinner and lovely salad for lunch which included a true surprise of few little vegan petite cakes - happy lucky me! Bedroom was clean, bedding smelled fresh and all overall was great

When i travel to Budapest my default place to stay is the Hilton Budapest City hotel. It is conveniently located, being a 20 minute walk to the Danube River with another 10 minute walk to Buda Castle

The hotel is linked to the shopping center and there you have a big food court in the basement to the left when you come from the hotel. Parking in the guarded garage is OK priced

The breakfast is served in a nice area and the park on the rooftop of the shopping center has its own charm. The executive lounge offers good food at the happy hour

Great stuff. Wonderful rooms and breakfast was the best. The hotel is close to new york cafe and the metro station is just in front of the hotel.

Carpets could use a deep cleaning here and there but overall it’s fine. It’s also kinda loud outside at night and the AC was not working in our room, so we had to sleep with the window open

A hotel in the VII district of Budapest. Is a good place, convenient to reach and near to airport and the center. The rooms are good but small and the stuff is friendly and helpful

Great location, 300m away from the Metro station. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not the newest and cleanest one you’ll see but it’s not dirty either

Okay location, okay breakfast, kinda okay rooms and okay service. Nothing that’ll blow your mind away but nothing terrible either. Just a very old ordinary hotel that’s crying for renovation.

The entrance to the building and hallway is grand and welcoming. The SPA pool area is excellent and very relaxing. The rooms are nice clean, quiet and most importantly the beds are comfortable

The separate elevator entrance to the SPA is appreciated. The hotel is in a very good location with many places to eat in the area. All staff in the hotel are extremely polite and helpful

The room had an elegant interior design with classic elements, it was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had a gorgeous view of the rest of the building from our window

To my surprise the beauty of the city was breathtaking and the hotel is 5 star in my book. Every guest treated like royalty. You must put this city on your bucket list to visit

Very good selection for breakfast which can be taken either in the restaurant or the atrium. Located in easy walking distance of many main attractions. Tram stop right in front of the hotel

The only 5 Star hotel in hévíz! Huge own territory in the Park! Three thermal pools with water of hévíz! Indoor and outdoor regular pools! Very good food - varied and delicious! Free Wi-Fi catches everywhere and with good speed! Huge free Parking! Very quiet because far away from Heviz! Away train ride around Hévíz! A good SPA! In short, all is well!

An excellent resort, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, there are various SPA treatments, there are pools with thermal water of different temperatures, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a sauna, hammam, etc

Me and my husband are both dedicated gym goers and the gym in Lotus Therme is adequate for a weekend stay. The service at the reception and in the restaurant is top notch

Beautiful territory, 7 min walk from Lake Heviz. I am coming here for the seventh time and I will come again

The breakfast and dinner are both so full of different choices it's hard to choose from. One morning we had breakfast delivered in our room and it was excellent as well

The lavish buffet dinner was included as was the equally lavish breakfast. There was even a live pop music entertainer with dancing by the guests. I felt like we were on a wonderful cruise ship

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The location is good enough to go to the center in 20 minutes by public transport. close to train station. Unfortunately, there are some weird people around in the evenings.

Came 2nd day - no towels, called - they brought it. Coffee for the morning in the room- only decaff. Called- we do not have the original one. Sorry :) otherwise, everything else was fine

The service is super good and the gym is well equipped for a hotel one. The location is the best you can get, looking at the palace near the bridge. Close to many good restaurants. Everything is reachable by foot

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, our room spotless and well stocked. The hotel pool is just right for a dip when sitting up on the roof. You are provided with pool towels at the spa reception

Stayed for several days at Intercontinental prior to going on Viking River Cruise. The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location to see the sights of Budapest. Room was comfortable with all the basic amenities

Lots of hidden beds dotted about. It's not a place to be sunbathing by the pool which some fellow guests had believed. We used it 5-7pm when returning from the day before going out in the evening

The hotel is situated in a lovely position if you want to walk, which we did regularly. The metro is close and easy to navigate thanks to leaflets from the hotel

We had a privilege room and had breakfast served in a smaller, more intimate restaurant and snacks and drinks were included in the bar between 5pm & 8pm. This was excellent and I highly recommend it

The girl on the front desk (sadly we didn’t get her name) was friendly yet really professional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the best we’ve had in Budapest (and we’ve ate at a good 8+ places at this point)

This has ended our use of Airbnb after staying here. They have a luggage drop so you can still explore the city on your day off departure, amazing! Amazing stay and topped off our trip

The best nights sleep we’ve had in two weeks, the bed was comfy, air con was nice and cool. If we return to Budapest we’ll be staying here & i’d recommend it to anyone that comes here

I was with my family for a few days around Christmas, so the hotel was full, and this did not bother us at all because we had peace (very good sound proof), enough space and very good food at breakfast, and every day we found a parking place

I stayed here for 5 days to attend a conference this November, the facilities, staff and experience were great. There was a few issues with elevators and room keys, but I can't fault the service at all

I was pleasantly surprised to be named guest of the day and to receive some attention from the hotel for which I thank you. So a very good hotel that I recommend and we will definitely come back

It’s now called Ensana Therma Aqua and has an amazing refurbished spa and rooms.It’s an all inclusive hotel. Tip:get a capuccino at the bar (€) as the one from the coffee machine is mediocre at best.

Great experience. One night stay. Just a stop on the ttip to Plitvice but what a great find. It was a nice stay even if we didn't take advantage of all that you offer. Maybe next time!

We were at the hotel for the first time. We liked everything so much during the first day that we extended our stay for another 6 days. Since the treatment in Lake Xeviz is optimal for 10 days

We had a great 3 night stay in Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel. Room was very comfy and the personal was very frindly, professional and helpfull. We had ALL-IN and all the meals for the whole day were excelent and very tasty

Wide selection of main dishers, vegetable salads, various snacks and cakes. Almost whole day are available soft drinks, vine and beard for ALL-IN type of stay

Most of the pools have extra streams of water to massage the individual, these are really fun an enjoyable. The pools are surrounded by beds and even double beds which you do have to pay for and reserve though

We were once recommended this hotel at the Kempinski Hotel Budapest and they did not disappoint me. I can only recommend because the services here are at the same or even higher level than where they recommended them

This place is definitely the best wellness hotel ive ever been to. The spa section has an unbelievably beautiful and calming atmosphere. All the walls, pools, plants and lights are tidy and kept clean

All in all the spa is fantastic, truly state of the art, i definitely recommend going down at night though from 8-10 pm because thats when the place is the most atmospheric and empty, youll find saunas and pools all for yourselves

Everywhere you look whether that be the bathrooms or the ceilings is pretty. The pools are all nice, there is probably around ten. Some outside some inside and some even thermal

There is also a large swimming pool for those who want to exercise in the water. In the spa section one can also find the sauna world which is a fantastic experience by itself

The important thing for us was that there was a major public transportation stop close-by which enabled us to get-to many places fairly easily. We had dinner in the restaurant and drinks in the River Bar

I have been only in the lobby and the bar. Friendly and polite international staff, clean and cosy place. If you need they have a private parking lot for a fair price (approximately 1 euro/hour).

The water was also perfect, surprisingly good value for money if you want to unwind but don't feel like traveling and don't want to be soaking in the tourist traps (Széchényi, Rudas, Lukács etc) with millions of noisy tourists

It is an ok hotel to spend one night, but not more. It is far from the city center and you need a car to get there (or use the public transportation). It is definitely not a 4 star hotel and everything is a bit outdated

It was a pleasant stay for us as a couple. Nice staff, great wellness, great food and drinks. The rooms could do with a bit of renovation as some of the facilities did not look or work well

You need only show your passport or official ID. ) The area is lovely and quiet and there are a number of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel

Excellent spa options and numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Heviz lake spa is walking distance as well. Outdoor heated pool and also a medicinal pool with indoor options as well.

I’d suggest to not to come here if you’d like to lose weight :) Also, (for us it’s important) you can charge your electric car with AC chargers (CSS 3phase, 11kW for sure - i could not test higher due to my cars limitation) without any extra fees! (They have plenty charging stations - both next to the entrance, and in the garage (floor -1))

Friendly staff, international cuisine (I wish I could have eaten more Hungarian traditional food), great spa with several pools with thermal water, sauna, sauna herbarium, steam sauna, infrared and salt treatments.

The hotel has a medical centre, various types of massages, and mud therapy. It is an ideal place for improving your health for us. We are planning to visit this hotel 1-2 times per year for 8-10 days

The staff was very kind to us, and very helpful with any question we had. The room was very nice, quiet, clean and well equiped. The food was delicious and made from quality ingredients

Both the breakfast and dinner had a wide range of variety. We used the coctail bar as well, where we got the best gin tonic we ever had

It was not the first time I chose the hotel's restaurant for dinner. I love the atmosphere! The food is always delicious and the service is excellent! The staff is always smiling, all of them are very helpful

The TVs in the rooms were a little wonky, but we weren't exactly sitting around watching TV. One thing to be aware of - there's a little casino in the hotel that was fun if you have a little extra time to kill

Stayed in a family suite over the Christmas holidays, and loved it. I don't get the mixed reviews. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and the hotel dining (breakfast and Paris Cafe) to be great

An exceptional hotel in an even more exceptional location. We got a room with a river view on the top floor. The view was absolutely incredible. The space was fantastic and served all of our needs

Rooms are the only thing which is quite standard for a few* but in a bathroom you will find an aplliance which looks like a switch and it plays a few different types of music - this is fun

This is a lovely hotel and very well situated. The breakfast choices were extensive. The area is extremely busy during the day (tourists) but was surprisingly quiet in the evening

Breakfast was amazing every morning, often fueling us all the way to dinner each day! It was unfortunate that the "closing" time of the restaurant is listed as 11pm, but the kitchen stops cooking at 1030pm, and we were denied a table at 1020pm when all we wanted was dessert

Wonderful hotel, very gracious staff at the front desk, restaurant, breakfast buffet, and cleaning staff. Rooms are very well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and easy to plug in and charge devices

There are some wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance and the streets are very quaint to meander through. If you're looking for nightlife, I recommend you stay on the Pest side

I've noticed this custom in other EU cities, and it's just different from the US. If a place is still open, we're used to being served during opening hours

Delicious and hearty Hungarian food. Close to lake Heviz and to the gutter with water. And the town is small, quiet, cozy. Rooms it is better to choose on higher floors with views to the East - the view is gorgeous

Had a very great time with my wife in this amazing facility. The breakfast, dinner is delicious with options. The staff are nice and helpful and I recommend you visit for your spa, wellness and relaxation.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping ladies were nice, if you need something, you will get it. For pools they provide bathrobes (even kids bathrobes), you need your clothes only for restaurant and city tours

Also, we would have more diverse meals next time

Hotel looks older, but our stay was really nice. All employees were absolutelly fantastic, food was really good (we had full board). Hotel is on the hill, not far away from bus station

A lot of senior people do not command Hungarian or German, mostly they know Russian. We would like to be sure to have a someone who speaks Russian next time we order a rest in Heviz

Great atmosphere! Try the chardonay! And the limonade is the best in town ! Too bad we didn't have enough time to try the restaurant ,which was very promising and with good prices ( maybe next time !) ,we must do the cruise on the Danube, which is superbe, better than the Parisian one
