We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing. The spa facilities are beautiful, with a jacuzzi, several saunas and a swimming pool. It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

Large, spacious resort. We got a nice, cosy, traditionally-styled house a few steps from the pool. Unfortunately, WLAN and Internet did not work in the house and even not in front of it. Only some 20 steps away WLAN worked.

Really great place. Warm and cozy apartments, pretty clean. Nice food, kind staff. It is about 15 minutes away from the Heviz centre. I guess it is much more interesting in the spring or summer, since there is much space for walking, running, playing sports, there is a big pool outside etc. I recommend the place and will consider coming again.

Being your own soap and shampoo. Very pet friendly offering different size dog cradles in multiple places while domestic cats are strolling around. Room safe are available. Google AI is blocking even simplest photographs like room safe. Wierd

Excellent holiday option for families with kids. My kids loved it.

The service is very poor. The waiter opens the door directly, affecting sleep and sense of security.

I upgraded to a tower suite at the front desk. The location is very convenient and the view from the room is beautiful. The interior of the room is a bit old, and the bathroom is at the door and you have to go down a few stairs from the bedroom, which is weird.
