Very happy I would easily recommend to everyone
Lovely stag Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a lovely hotel with great amenities but not pretentious. Good food, lovely view from the lake view room and staff were proficient and friendly. Would stay again
Excellent service, facilities and food The room was relatively big, well designed and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner consisted of a great selection of tasty choices. The best was the excellent and helpful service by the personnel throughout the facility.
It has a nice location with nice entrance. The room was a bit too small and had a step inside! It served dinner which was really bad nutrition. Breakfast was good and varied. Overall it was less than good experience.
A peaceful stay with beautiful view and good spa The staff is friendly and helpful except the restaurant staff. They took everything several times while I went to take food with my room card and bag still at seat. It’s so rude and annoying.
Convenient beautiful modern room with a lake view, breakfasts and dinners are included, plenty of parking, incredible pool, few hot tubs, saunas, gym. There’s a park next to hotel. Everything thought through for clients to enjoy and relax

We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The 90-minute couples massage was absolutely wonderful and deeply relaxing. The spa facilities are beautiful, with a jacuzzi, several saunas and a swimming pool. A calm and peaceful atmosphere that truly feels luxurious. Highly recommended.
Great historical building with very high ceilings in the foyers. Great breakfast buffet. Showers can go hot and cold but tolerable. Location is walkable to Hungarian state opera, high street shopping and good restaurants.
Good hotel in a nice spot - liked how I could walk to many parts of town or take public transit. The spa area is nice but at times not enough beds. Breakfast is superb with so much variety. Rooms were comfy and quiet.
We stayed for 3 nights at Corinthia. The hotel is very elegant and refined. The pool area is beautiful, although the water was a bit cold. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The in-room breakfast was amazing — a big highlight!
We had a lovely stay here and although I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past, it was many years ago, so I couldn’t remeber how nice it was! We stayed in a suite that was amazing! Made us just want to stay in all weekend! We also ate at caviar and bull onsite one night and had a fantastic meal. The breakfasts were also top draw! If you have access to the executive lounge there are decent snacks...
A Truly Exceptional Stay at Corinthia Budapest Our experience at the Corinthia Budapest was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was timely, kind, and full of thoughtful gestures especially since we were celebrating my birthday. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making our stay feel truly special. Arrived at Budapest. Got checked-in to the hotel. Fine weather and nice views😍😍 Early dinner on Spoon, a boat restaurant just right down the hotel. Bonus: night views of Buda from Pest
Fantastic experience I will never forget. The view is incredible! We have a such luxury to enjoy the night view in the room. Breakfast is also good and the room is quiet.
We picked a room facing the river and the castle! Stunning view and the room is spacious with a comfy bed. The breakfast at weekend is outstanding with sparkling wine. Weekday breakfast serves similar stuff but no sparkling wine. The quality is excellent!

We stay at this hotel for vacation, very good location and convenient.
We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids, we booked through trip.com 2 deluxe river view rooms, then I send the hotel and email asked for connected rooms, once I arrived the hotel 2 girls at the reception were too friendly they upgraded my rooms to the next level which was sea view with buda castle view and connected which is made my day, the hotel location is so great I just walked from the hotel to...
Good location, Even though my reservation was on the river, they asked for an additional cost for a high floor
Great view from the window, clean room. Highly recommended!
Superb location and direct view to danube river. Walking distance to tram station, cruise ride and city centre. The room is spacious and clean. I like the sofa beside the window that allows me to enjoy the danube river view both day and night.

Great location, close to the airport Rooms where a bit dated, not much but just needs a slight facelift i.e. the apartment rooms contains an old school microwave, decor needs a uplift but otherwise very satisfied. Rooms are very spacious and temp controlled. Service was great too. Staff were very helpful
Amazing water park, perfect for both kids and adults! There are so many different types of pools and entertainment areas for children, as well as a great variety of sauna rooms for adults. I especially loved the outdoor pool that connects directly to the indoor one — you can even swim out! We didn’t get a chance to stay in the hotel. But highly recommended for a fun and relaxing day in Budapest! (No...
Amazing family-friendly resort with great water attractions and clean facilities. The indoor water park is huge, with slides for all ages, wave pools, and relaxing saunas. Absolutely awesome! An excellent place we will definitely return to. The room was spacious (junior suite) and fit well for a family of parents + 3. The staff was mostly friendly, and the option to eat with no wait at the place useful. Absolutely recommended as a retreat near Budapest for families

I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, great breakfast, wonderful pools. Convenient to get to the center and other areas by bus. The island is all green, beautiful!
Thank you for a perfect stay. Quiet place with a picturesque view, thermal pools, not far from historical city center. I will recommend this hotel for a nice vacation in Budapest.
Very relaxing hotel on Marguerite Island Good breakfast Very good spa
The environment is very good, the breakfast is also rich, there are all kinds of cheese, and the hot spring vacation is very suitable. It's a pity that I didn't have time to enjoy it in the hotel. The transportation is relatively convenient
Excellent, nothing to complain about, and we improved our health and lived in the center and in extraordinary beauty, thank you, we already want to come back only here
The hotel is a bit out from city centre but very peaceful location in a large park surrounded by river Danube. the 26 bus goes by hotel every 15/20minutes right to city centre. We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service and facilities exceeded our expectations—excellent value for money. The location of the hotel is very inaccessible by public transport, car rental is recommended. Lovable place with great personnel and awesome kitchen. I can't complain. 3rd time there, still perfectly satisfied. 5/5
Our stay at Lotus Therme Hotel & Spa was an exceptional experience in every way. The hotel is quite ordinary. The hot spring water temperature in winter is too low and the experience is average.

Very good overall, but see my notes below. Infuriating things were (ones I cannot come back again to experience once more) - the promo video, made probably in the 1980s, super low resolution, playing a music 'ambiance' loop forever, both on TV, in the foier and worst of all outside the hotel, just a super cringy and annoying music looping every 20 seconds - this will drive any guests mad, the ones...
Spent 4 nights at this property and the proce point doesn't reflect the quality of the service or presentation of the rooms. It is a fine property, but I think we paid about 3x times too much. Paid less for 5 star properties in Bucharest, Budapest and Dubai for what we paid for with this property. Honestly, it felt like I was transported back 30 years with this property but they didn't keep the...
We came here for a night as a stop just to relax, the pool area is really awesome. Outdoor pool with nice water and a lot of whirlpool zones an biiig indoor pool to swim. The sauna was a dissapointment, because it was one of the points to book here, but all of the zone is a no swimsuit one, not divided by men/women. At least you can keep your towel on. I think this should not be mandatory as I saw...
Here is the English translation of your text: ⸻ Beautifully Renovated Spa Bath. Very good sauna and a unique experience shower. There are always enough sauna towels, which are clean and nicely ironed. Unfortunately, the steam room was operating at a very low efficiency. The sauna masters were mediocre and boring, just like the sauna rituals themselves. Pleasant outdoor pool. There are also two...
Very nice hotel, actually the pool area is much nicer than on the pictures. However there were things which made the stay a bit unpleasant sometime: 1. During dinner we were told guests were expected to wear long pants. I didn't have any long pants with me so I had the choice to wear some nasty looking pants which was 3 times my size OR not have dinner. Apparently this was shared in an email beforehand...
It was a fantastic rest for me, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff was very kind, the room was clean and comfortable. The pools are great for relaxing. The hotel is very nice, there are meny things to see in the area, in Hévíz and its sourroundings. Excellent service in terms of price/value ratio. I will go back again.

The hotel has excellent access to the city center, which I consider a big advantage. There is a tram and a train nearby, making transportation to the center easy and fast. The hotel itself looks nice and well maintained; however, the rooms would benefit from a small renovation. The biggest disappointment for us was the wellness area. During the first two days of our stay, the water in both the pools...
A bit of the beaten track, but good connections and the uber taxis are super reliable and reasonable. Room just ok could be better/ cleaner but bed comfy. Service was brilliant though and breakfast was busy but well handled.
Good hotel. Nice staff. Good food. The spa has 3 pools with different temperatures and three saunas. The only very small problem is that it is about 4 km to the major attractions, but that's not bad at all because you can walk more and if necessary you can also take public transport! Otherwise, a very nice place!
Our stay at The Aquincum Hotel Budapest – Verdi Budapest Aquincum was truly wonderful. We spent 5 days there and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is very cozy and located in the Buda part of the city, in an excellent area. With just one means of public transport, you can reach the city center in about 5–10 minutes, which is very convenient. The spa area is amazing — the pools have different temperatures...
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and the red-haired lady at reception made communication somewhat difficult. However, we had an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Market. Special thanks to Sercan for helping us in our own language, which made everything easier. The hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff are attentive.
We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. Best was the swimming pool area. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. We have been staying at the hotel for many years in a row. We were very pleased with the reconstruction of the SPA area. But I would like to point out a negative point: the centrifuge was not placed in the open access as it was before, but in the toilet. Some guests think it is possible to change clothes there, as a result, a queue of those who just need to wring out their swimsuit and those who need...
Live in Budapest, this is written more for tourists to Hévíz and the Ensana Thermal Aqua. Easy to access by public transport direct by Volan Bus from Budapest, or train from the Budapest Déli or south station in Buda, to Keszthely, then frequent buses to Hévíz (10 minutes). On foot from the bus station Ensana Thermal Aqua was easy to find, about 20 minute walk, use the central lake as your destination...
Not the first time in this hotel. Food, SPA, territory, cleanliness in the room - everything was at the highest level. The staff takes great care of the guests, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the vacationers themselves.
Very good. We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation. We are satisfied with the staff and cleanliness. The saunas are nice.
It’s now called Ensana Therma Aqua and has an amazing refurbished spa and rooms. It’s an all inclusive hotel. Tip:get a capuccino at the bar (€) as the one from the coffee machine is mediocre at best.
Great experience. One night stay. Just a stop on the ttip to Plitvice but what a great find. It was a nice stay even if we didn't take advantage of all that you offer. Maybe next time!

The hotel is well located to walk around and there are great places to eat nearby. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and river. We did enjoy our stay at the Continental Hotel and the venue was beautiful. Small details like chocolates in the room upon arrival were lovely. Overall however, I would not be confident recommending this stay to family and friends looking for a 4 star hotel or above. This is a 3 star hotel with some added bonuses like the spa. The shower in our original room leaked and flooded the entire bathroom....
This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were really friendly and everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The saunas and pool are easily accessible. Unfortunately the outdoor pool had closed during our stay. The only issue we had was that we had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts and would have preferred an actual double bed. Highly recommend
Lovely hotel not far from the great synagogue in Budapest. Full services, great breakfasts. Their restaurant, Araz, was exceptionally good. The manager went out of her way to please, even recommending her favorite desserts.. Our waiter, Peter, was attentive and charming. We recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

No reviews since 2018 . . . let's update things in November 2023. The entire hotel has been beautifully renovated and is worthy of a four star rating. The design and architecture are really super and they are currently building a new thermal water spa. All new furniture and great design everywhere. Good parking. HOWEVER . . . . whether Covid has hit them, or maybe they just can't get the right staff...
It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. I enjoy the pool and the thermal spa area the most.. its quiet with an older clientele. There is a fee for parking your car.

Stayed in a family suite over the Christmas holidays, and loved it. I don't get the mixed reviews. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and the hotel dining (breakfast and Paris Cafe) to be great. We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel in Budapest. The hotel is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The central location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!
The hotel room is really big enough, large and small suitcases can be unfolded at the same time, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are Chinese-style charging sockets in the room, which is very considerate. Chopsticks are provided for breakfast, which is rare in European hotels.

Courtyard by Marriott is definitely more of a business-focused hotel. It is on the pricier side, but overall very comfortable. Great location near the city center, with easy access to restaurants and affordable pricing. What stood out was that the sauna and steam room were operating even at 2 a.m. While small—just enough for two people—it was a really pleasant surprise, especially with jet lag keeping me up.
This was one of the 5 Courtyard’s that we stayed on our vacation in Europe, however, the checked in experience was disappointing especially I am Marriott Titanium member, the front desk person not even recognized my Marriott status, all he focus was that I used Marriott reward points for my room and told me that I am not entitled for room upgrade, as a result, he put us at the same level with other...
Great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Budapest City Center! The location is perfect in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy, not too big but comfortable with large windows. Highly recommended!

That was a wonderful experience in charming Budapest. Not only is the location very central and close to river Danube but also the offered amenities and ambience is indeed worth 5 stars. But the real difference was being made by the very friendly and service oriented staff. Special thanks to the service manager Daniel who cared for us in an excellent and supportive way throughout our stay. Toni as...
Our stay at the Ritz Carlton was wonderful overall. We were able to check in early, which was convenient after a really long flight, though we did receive a street view instead of the city view we’d hoped for. The check-in process was smooth, and most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, one staff member was a bit aggressive in questioning if we were guests, which was unexpected...
Stayed here for one night, and was pleased to receive very generous elite recognition as Titanium. Staff were omnipresent, attentive, and cordial. The room was spacious and pristine (my only complaint - the carpeting is a touch dated, even if in fair condition). Breakfast was excellent (try the shakshuka). Look forward to staying again in the future!

Rather resort ( not Hotel ) in well maintained park, very dog-friendly. Very good location - the distance to Heviz Spa is just 1 km. Not to forget - TEA charging station with affordable prices.
I think this is the value for money end of the market. Not plus, but functional and clean. Our apartment was spacious with a balcony. Our fridge had two missing shelves in the door reducing storage space but the freezer compartment was welcome. No oven, but you can cook on the hob and there's a microwave. We visited the restaurant once and I was pleased with the quality of the food overall. The staff...
Large, spacious resort. We got a nice, cosy, traditionally-styled house a few steps from the pool. Unfortunately, WLAN and Internet did not work in the house and even not in front of it. Only some 20 steps away WLAN worked.
Really great place. Warm and cozy apartments, pretty clean. Nice food, kind staff. It is about 15 minutes away from the Heviz centre. I guess it is much more interesting in the spring or summer, since there is much space for walking, running, playing sports, there is a big pool outside etc. I recommend the place and will consider coming again.
Being your own soap and shampoo. Very pet friendly offering different size dog cradles in multiple places while domestic cats are strolling around. Room safe are available. Google AI is blocking even simplest photographs like room safe. Wierd
Excellent holiday option for families with kids. My kids loved it.

If you don’t stay enough once, you will continue next time.
The rooms booked by Ctrip are always in the worst locations, and the hotel will not change this status even if there are many vacancies. What's more terrible is that for the same price, you can get a good location through ***********. I don't understand. This time, two different rooms, with the same price, were booked through different companies, and the result was like this. Ctrip should think: why
The service is very poor. The waiter opens the door directly, affecting sleep and sense of security.
I upgraded to a tower suite at the front desk. The location is very convenient and the view from the room is beautiful. The interior of the room is a bit old, and the bathroom is at the door and you have to go down a few stairs from the bedroom, which is weird.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest – A Magical Christmas Stay Our family Christmas at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of art nouveau architecture, beautifully decorated for the festive season, which added to the magical ambiance. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome....
We only stopped by for cocktails, but so nice we did it twice over a three day stay. Our second favourite hotel in Budapest if we were to come back. Great central location.
