The hotel is a bit out from city centre but very peaceful location in a large park surrounded by river Danube. the 26 bus goes by hotel every 15/20minutes right to city centre. Bus fare is very cheap less than £1 per journey download bus app and buy tickets jus scan your phone on bus on every journey

We have been staying at the hotel for many years in a row. We were very pleased with the reconstruction of the SPA area. But I would like to point out a negative point: the centrifuge was not placed in the open access as it was before, but in the toilet. Live in Budapest, this is written more for tourists to Hévíz and the Ensana Thermal Aqua. Easy to access by public transport direct by Volan Bus from Budapest, or train from the Budapest Déli or south station in Buda, to Keszthely, then frequent buses to Hévíz (10 minutes). On foot from the bus station Ensana Thermal Aqua was easy to find, about 20 minute walk, use the central lake as your destination...

Not the first time in this hotel. Food, SPA, territory, cleanliness in the room - everything was at the highest level. The staff takes great care of the guests, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the vacationers themselves.

Very good. We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation. We are satisfied with the staff and cleanliness. The saunas are nice.

It’s now called Ensana Therma Aqua and has an amazing refurbished spa and rooms.It’s an all inclusive hotel. Tip:get a capuccino at the bar (€) as the one from the coffee machine is mediocre at best.

Great experience. One night stay. Just a stop on the ttip to Plitvice but what a great find. It was a nice stay even if we didn't take advantage of all that you offer. Maybe next time!

2nd year in a row at this property. We really enjoyed staying here... nice walk to centre of town or to the thermal lake of Heviz, rooms are comfortable (a bit dated) and breakfast/dinner also nice. I enjoy the pool and the thermal spa area the most.. its quiet with an older clientele. There is a fee for parking your car.

Had a very great time with my wife in this amazing facility. The breakfast, dinner is delicious with options. The staff are nice and helpful and I recommend you visit for your spa, wellness and relaxation.

I can’t say so much about the spa area etc. The restaurant is good, nice choice for vegetarian as well. Big plus in the morning, oat, soy and coconut milk is available! The room could be bit more…modern.

Doing a long weekend winter escape with wife and kids. About food, I love food so it's important. Good breakfast, and we take our dinners in the hotel, it's self service. Self-service, mostly it's always a no taste experience, glad to experience the oposit overhere, food is good, much better than the ones I had in 2021. A big plus! Nice and clean hotel with a small pool and a nice sauna area inside.

Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full. Breakfast and dinner are tasty with plenty of choice, but descriptions and labels do not match the food. Staff is friendly, but not informative at all and most of them do not speak English...

This review is only about the sauna: What a beautiful area, looks like how a multi millioner would have deseind it for himself! A wonderful place to relax and warm up in the thermal pools during winter, when it’s snowy and freezing outside. It’s a cozy and peaceful spot where everything feels calm and pleasant. There are many different baths and pools, as well as a small water park, jacuzzi, and more.

Sorry for the lack of pictures, this is only the entrance. I love this place i have such fond childhood memories of it! The climate is so warm and nice, the plants are beautiful and dreamy creating a lovely atmosphere. The pools are great and the slides are very fun as well. This place us definitely worth the price, you could easily spend a fun afternoon here :)

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water. The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day. Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

Great location, helpfull staff, nice selection and taste of evening dinner. Shame the parking is at extra fee and not included in the room rate. When you travel to Sarvar be prepared for lots of mosquitos. But there is Lidl just opposite hotel and near other shops like Rossmann where you can get sprays againts theese.

We spent only a night in this hotel, it was great. We needed a quiet hotel with sauna near to our home. The receptionist speak good german, the food was delecious, and the coctails excellent. There are 2 rooms for children, both of it are on the ground floor, far from the guestsrooms.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired. We booked a stay for two adults and one child. On the spot we learned that you have to pay extra for the child because he is 10 years old. It is a pity that when placing an order, there is no indication of the age of the children.

We come here very often. Nice thermal pools. Sauna world is great: steam room, Finn sauna, Barack sauna (60 degrees, very nice inside). Salt chamber is there as well.

The rooms are well equipped, but the service is not so great and the food leaves a lot to be desired.

This hotel supposedly is a 4 star superior hotel, but I would give it hardly 3 stars. We arrived on a Monday and stayed till Friday. Tuesday late afternoon I informed reception that our room was not cleaned. They sent someone who emptied the 2 bins in the room and - because I asked her - made up the beds. The other days only the bins were emptied. Beds were never made up, bathroom was never cleaned...

We visited the hotel several times. It is gradually being renovated, from the new interiors of the rooms, the restaurant to the new sunbeds by the pools. Really weak value for money, definitely not a 4-star accommodation. They change towels only every third day, so you have to visit the spa three times with the same towel (quite unhygienic). We went to SPA with kids in December, no staying. Overal, in winter it us a place for adults to chill, but kids were also playing inside in Jungle area. Located in a quiet area. Offers lots of basic bathrooms and showers. The strange thing is that the campsite is closed at 7pm and if you come later you will not be let in. Fortunately a nice lady made an exception and allowed us to enter after 7. Just across the street there are bars with cheerful atmosphere. 100m away there is a large swimming park. We stayed over Easter holidays and pre season. The hotel is basic but pleasant. There is free parking by the hotel and cars are protected by an electric gate. Cyclist check in early! and enjoy the thermal waterworld. If you are late look for a free camping spot and go in the morning to the thermal camping so you can enjoy all through the Day and you are not angry about the price. You have kitchen and fridge. In town is Lidl. Enjoy a relaxing day.

Pretty good price and the thermal bath is included which is nice. Breakfast costs extra but it's decent. The camp itself is clean and with showers/kitchen, however, there are no regular (220v) outlets and only one bench at the entrance, so if you're not there with a camper, you're out of luck. Travelling by bike. We camped in Thermal camping for one night and enjoy the swimming pools. The swimming pools were nice. The camping ok. No tables or benches, bathrooms ok, weak wifi, a kitchen with stove and fridge is available. 30 euros for a couple and a tent, including the entrance in the Thermal facilities.
