Royal Garden by Isrotel Collection

There are no complaints about the hotel, everything was great. Due to the huge number of children, it was absolutely impossible to eat calmly at breakfast and dinner. The hotel has a great location and a shopping mall inside. Ochen horoshee i raznoobraznoe pitanie.

Let’s start with the BALAGAN of the yom kipur. Hours waiting the line for breakfast and so much kids running around and screaming. When we called to ask if there is ice ,the person in the guest services calls said there is no ice in the hotel. I went down and took by myself in the pool. Ridiculous. Upon check in , Janna (reception manager) informed me and my family that we have 2 dinners included. After we asked again she confirmed , I did the fast and when I came very hungry to have dinner after yom kipur,they refuse and said we need to pay . I went to the reception to check the miss understanding and the lady (zendaya)very rude who didn’t want to help ,to call her manager or something,just said the price and that is not included . Just to make my day after fast more hard ,she didn’t even bother to call a Manager to help or talk with us. I’m very disappointed .I wish to talk with someone but looks like the royal garden employees are just too bored. The HK team and the restaurant team are just amazing. But the reception ,where it should the best service ,ZEROOOO!
Eu poderia ter escolhido Dan, Qualquer outro hotel,sou hóspede do Isrotel a muitos anos e fiquei supreendida com a atitude da recepção.
Eu queria muito mesmo escrever bem. Mas isso de fazer check out com fome depois de jejum de 25 horas ?!! Ridículo e inaceitável !

No air-conditioner in public spaces even on extreme heat days.
terrible service at the reception and the pool-bar, good service from housekeeping and dinning room staff.
The room we eventually got(not what we ordered and upgraded to) was horrible.
Dented and scrached furniture, very old rug, doors missplaced or not connected at all, balcony had items(ball, shoe, plastic bags) laying there for what looked like a while.
