Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat. Free towels for everyday. The room we got was super, with a shared balcony. The only thing that was bothering me the lound sound of the AC and if you slept without moving it turned off at one point. Other than that all great, there was a little kitchen too, so you can do basic stuff. Breakfast was fantastic and we saw many events were organized, like live music, children shows, etc. Location wise it is also good, close to the beach. Parking can be a nightmare! Even if you're a guest of the hotel, most of the days we didn't have a spot in the garage or outside of the hotel. Just something to be aware of.

The worst hotel experience ever
Came to club hotel for 2 nights on Saturday afternoon, they checked me in at 19:40 !
First night i got room number 2026 and it had a big noise not only from the club near by also from machines that work under it or beside it ( listen on video ) no one could sleep
Also bad service from the staff on reception
Room and pool staff are ok
I don't recommend it

Good hotel in a good location, and good pools,
However, the check-in is very late. Begin only at 16:00 and we got the room only at 17:00 without any regret from the reception. Overall , the reception stuff gives you the feeling that if you don't like the hotel, don't come back. They don't care.
And our room was facing pubs and restaurants area and it was very loud

Very comfy hotel for parents with kids, a lot of entertainment for children, Lady at reception Katalia made our check in amazing, very professional and caring attitude, after her wonderful job I couldn't think of any complaints... central place , next to the beach, mall and bars.... Service and attitude at SPA absolutely Negative and not Helpful.

The only good thing about it is the location. The room (2064) was horrible. Dark, 1 dark-blue wall. Painting it is long overdue. Everything looks old and in bad shape. The furniture's top layer peels off!
The hotel was full, so they gave us a 3 room suite instead of the 2 room suite we had ordered, but without a balcony. The "view" was a back street with cars and garbage.
Mid April, 29 Celsius outside, the water in the pools was so cold that we couldn't use the pools at all.
The breakfast was average-minus and I am being kind. No normal coffee on Saturday and the answer was "this is a religious hotel, what would you expect?". I expect to be able to make my own coffee on a coffee machine if I choose to.
If you want to eat at the hotel in the evening, you must pay $60 per person and you can eat whatever you want from a limited variety of foods.
The parking lot was always full, so don't expect to park at the hotel unless you have a private arrangement with the guy who opens the gate...
The security staff were rude, true bullies.
Overall, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! For less money, go to Europe. Way better hotels & food, way less rude Israelis.

Nice environment, nice view from the rooms, i love this place ! But every year i feel the same thing, the rooms need to be cleaner ! Design of the restaurant needs to be changed already specially on the first floor and the lobby is the same. Also the flags in the entrance must be renewed every year, if you can't so don't put them !

The hotel was great, The room is really comfortable, for a large balcony and the bed is really comfortable. The food was fine but not of a high standard.

It was nothing short of an excellent holiday. We've been treated well by staff members, and all our requests were answered. Food was very good and the atmosphere was absolutely family friendly and overall fantastic. I do recommend for families to come here, since it's all happening here and parents could enjoy relaxing time. As far as we concern our next holiday will be here again. Highly recommended

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Would not even give 3 stars to it. Rooms shabby, furniture in need of serious repair, sink was not working, the balcony door did not close tight. A lot of noise outside at night, almost not possible to sleep as we could hear everything in our room. Overall, a very poor stay for very good money. Not worth it at all.

The hotel is pretty old and you can feel it especially in the rooms..
The service was slow and it took us more then an hour to get our rooms.
Duo to the COVID-19 virus some of the hotel pools is closed.
The location is great right next to the ocean, walk and tourism area with all of the pubs and bars.
the price was fair what make this experience a bit better.
