This time was very disapointing
At check-in the reception guy didn't find my booking and refused letting me in even after I showed him the order confirmation that was sent to me from the hotel few days before.
I was forced by him to creat another booking in higher price. That was big mass. The hotel didn't take respinsibility for their mistake, didn't appoligies, and no any comansation for the very bad welcome.

Nice room, small fridge available, coffee as well; bathroom small, not full shower door so water all over floor....very nice staff, helpful

Great value for money. Very decent rooms (though cleaning staff missed large amount of goop on one of the paintings in the room), decent breakfast (but no pancakes or waffles, Carlo instead of Milki brand pudding - הערה למביני טעם, and paper cups for coffee), and great location. Worth emphasizing VFM. Overall, very satisfied and definitely recommend.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. The rooms are filthy to an extreme level, with rust in the shower and broken wall panels. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms—there’s no peace and quiet whatsoever. The service? Practically nonexistent—it’s clear the hotel has no interest in its guests. The elevators are unbearably slow, and the dining area is pure chaos—overcrowded, messy, and completely unorganized.
Not worth a single penny. We strongly recommend staying far away from this place. A completely negative experience on all fronts!"
