Room is very small and while it’s furnished with all basic necessities, it feel very crowded and suffocating.
Bathroom is just a tiny shower room with no window.
Hot water did it work - thankfully it was warm outside and could take cold showers.
Window in the room is just a tiny opening.
Staff is not at all accommodating. We needed to leave our luggage before checkin (which is at 3pm) and we were offered to leaves it with the brooms in the hallway.
Overall ok but not great. Ok for 1 night maybe.
Ahmed from the front desk was really helpful by guiding us and giving us many suggestions to make our trip and experience unforgettable!
The only hiccup was finding good parking every night.
Everything else was fairly priced.
Terrible service
1 no cleaning service (yes in two week-end, they juste change the towels and the trash maybe a few Time)
2 i he seen 3 Times a cockroach in the hotel, wich is really rare in jerusalem
3 the suit they give to us Was not as experted and descripted (much more little and dirty)
4 the babybed for my 18 month old girl Was old little and BROKEN, which Was really dangerous.
I m always waiting to have a refund or at least a compensation to have ruin a big part of my vacation.
