Great hotel easy walking distance from the old city, plenty of restaurants and pubs.

My wife just stayed there and couldn't be happier. She said it was a very comfortable room and she was extremely impressed with the early check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Prima Vera. I’m a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews here, as our experience was very positive. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and we were upgraded to one of the newly renovated rooms, which might explain the difference.
The location is fantastic, right next to Ben Yehuda Street, and having on-site parking was a huge plus. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast exceeded expectations: plenty of variety, fresh pizza, and a team that clearly puts effort into making the meal enjoyable.
All in all, we left with a great impression and would happily stay here again, especially once the renovations are complete.

Horrible experience, dirty tiny rooms with sheets too small for the bed slipping off of a dirty mattress with a weird stain on it. The front desk lady had a nasty attitude when we checked out. Definitely won’t be coming back here, dirty and weird vibes

Prima Vera has all that one might need in hotel services. However, they excel in being a home away from home. Suzanna is like Mom…making sure you don’t get lost when leaving. The kitchen staff make sure your omelet is like grandma made it. I’m certain they picked up the fresh fruit and vegetables for breakfast while you I slept. I also like the convenience of parking in the center of Jerusalem close to everywhere.

Small hotel in the center of the city.
Small rooms but reasonably clean and maintained.
My only issues are the lack of free parking.
The hotel has a small parking garage where you are charged ₪50.00 per day.. oh well
Breakfast was good coffee machines etc.
Staff is friendly.
Good for a visit on a budget.. nothing to write home about.

hi, the hotel is not what it says, the air conditioning only works when and how they want it, we were there on the 17th and 18th of April with a temperature of 28 °/30 ° and they put it on for a heater , even after we asked them they were rude and asked to open the window, which made no sense, as there was noise all night, horrible room service, bloody sheets with torn footprints. I happily have to not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, one of the worst hotels I've ever lived in.
Location is good, stuff was polite enough, but the rest was a disaster: terrible beds, constant noise from air conditioner (even if it's off), dirty bathroom.
Our families were staying in rooms 1101, 1102 on 24th of December.
