This hotel is located near the city centre, a short walk from the Damascus gate. This quaint hotel is conveniently located in the very center of the quarter of East Jerusalem.

Located in one of the busiest shopping districts of Jerusalem, 5 minutes drive from Herod's Gate, an entrance into the Old town, 5 min on foot from Garden tomb, believed to be the burial place of Jesus; 40 km from the airport named after David Ben-Gurion.

We were a party of 4 who stayed at National Hotel in East Jerusalem on 9/20/2023. Great service from very friendly staff, Hayat and Sara. Amazing central location. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace with numerous delicious choices. Would recommend it highly to everyone who wishes to be within walking distance to all what East Jerusalem has to offer. Thank you National Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Stayed 2 days in this beautifully clean hotel. Staff was very friendly (except for one employee who was busy serving coffee, but good). Breakfast was very tasty and very hygienic. Air conditioner in my room was broken and I was immediately given a new room. This hotel is very clean and definitely recommended. Tip: it is only a 10 minutes walk to Mescid-i Aksa

Very basic hotel. My first time experience is not a good one. There is no fridge in the rooms. The room are not very clean and the bathroom is not up to the standards it should be in cleanliness. The breakfast is also so basic they serve eggs but no toast. Also they don’t have a huge variety of food for breakfast and dinner..

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. I appreciate the staff flexibility in accommodating all my requests. I will definitely come back again anytime I am in this great city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the National Hotel Jerusalem, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's stunning architecture and luxurious interior design. The lobby was spacious and elegantly decorated, with comfortable seating areas and friendly staff members ready to assist me with anything I needed.

My room was equally impressive, featuring modern amenities and comfortable furnishings that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary bottled water and fresh fruit basket. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, with high-end toiletries and plush towels.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's rooftop terrace, which offered breathtaking views of the city skyline and provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I also enjoyed the hotel's on-site restaurant, which served up delicious meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Located just outside of Damascus gate. Rooms are decent and clean, the carpets in the hallways on every floor need changing. We had breakfast which was a highlight as the food was great,staff were very helpful especially Tamer working at the restaurant. I didnt get any decent scenery or views from the rooms I was in. Had a few hiccups which were eventually resolved. Overall I would recommend it

This hotel is not even worth 1 star. We had no light in the room en also the wifi didn’t work. We had a weird smell from the bathroom. The room was poor and i could not sleep because the street was very noisy. There is a big speaker nearby the hotel and a school that also is noisy with children. I would not recommend this hotel.

Tv does not work, fridge does not work , curtains are old, satefy box not attached to furniture, housekeeping does not come to repair things, the room i got has nothing to do with the ones promoted on the website😂. No bedside lights, no bedside plugs for recharging mobile phoned, no tabe to put your travel bag on, low speed internet, bedside table at your feet and not where your head is😓

Mixed feelings about this place. Upon entering my room I found that it had not been cleaned. There was hair all over the bed and the sheets were wrinkled. Someone came to clean (while I was in the room mind you, which was a bit awkward) and they swept up a pile of hair and dirt from the floor. Staff were okay during my stay but when I checked out I asked about catching a sherut to Tel Aviv (it was Saturday.) the staff insisted that it was not possible because you need to book in advance and there would be no way for me to get there. I went to Zion square anyway and sure enough caught one no problem. I would hope that hotel staff are knowledgeable about these things so they can help tourists. Overall the good things are that the location and neighborhood is nice, and the breakfast is not bad.

Stayed for a single night some of you may not be as consistent as others however the service was exceptional. As I was leaving in the early hours of the morning I asked them to arrange breakfast boxes for me and my family and they're happily arrange this for me. In addition to this they threw in some water for my journey ahead. As for the room they do need to invest in some basic maintenance ie bathroom doors closing and not sticking and making sure all the light fixtures are working in the room. I did come in a group of 18 guests and we found some basic issues with all our rooms. For this reason I have scored this three stars. This is a real shame because the service was exceptional right throughout my short stay. This hotel has a potential that has not been reached.
