The rooms are nicely decorated (however a bit old fashioned), the food is excellent (we opted for full pension), the spa has indoor and outdoor pools and the hotel offers different types of massage and relaxation possibilities

Been in this hotel now for 2nd time, we will come again, for sure. Love this hotel, the food is amazing. The stuff on reception and restaurant very nice. Pools with massages top!

I was highly impressed by the hotel in the two to three days that I remained in October 2024. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service did a lovely job daily

The pools amd facilities on the spa side were excellent

We agreed on that, so twenty minutes later (twenty five in fact, we were having a relaxing time in the pools) we went to the bar area to grab our lunch, only to be told he didn't even prepared them, saying we had to wait after the "coffee time" to eat something

The waiting staff knew their stuff and looked after the three of us royally. Any downsides? My room had zero hotel WiFi reception. none of my various devices could even see the signal at any level of strength in my room

In the sanatorium and resort department, there was only a Mask demanded for employees, the sanatorium worked normally. Around the thermal pools and the pools were on a lot of meter space between the guests

the free access to thermal swimming pool is a real plus. hot water and bubble massage into the swimming pools are very relaxing

In the dining room and in the large outdoor areas by the pool and in the park Delicious buffets were available as always but you were served whatever you wanted

Lovely family hotel, dated in.places but clean with great pool and spa facilities.

My home in Abano Stanze con parquet, pulite e ampie. Si dorme benissimo. Il personale e proprietario veramente gentili e attenti a ogni dettagllio. Un bel parco rilassante e terme d'eccellenza.

What came out of the kitchen is extraordinarily varied and delicious at its best. We felt very comfortable and were especially delighted by the almost family friendliness of the whole team

Such an amazing place to unwind! The saunas, pools, and chill-out rooms are absolutely fantastic. Everything is spotless and super cozy. The chamomile tea and banana snacks are such a sweet bonus. Easy 5/5!

We booked the full-board package and were impressed with the quality: breakfast had a wide range from omelettes to fresh fruit (rare in Italy!), lunch buffet offered a great selection of dishes and desserts, and dinner included a buffet of starters plus menu choices for meat, fish, and vegan options

The swimming pools are fantastic, with both adults-only areas for relaxing and family zones for fun. The spa is excellent, and the service especially at reception is outstanding. A perfect holiday we’ll gladly return!

A beautiful hotel recently renovated, with spacious, magnificent grounds and gorgeous thermal pools. Everything is spotlessly clean, from the spa to the rooms and restaurant

I have to say that we met some great staff by the names of Leggie who works in the dining area and Eugene who was the bar tender. They were awesome and made our experience more enjoyable

Rooms are big enough per person. Bed and baths are good. The only thing that I don't like is the little space between bathtab and shower. Breakfast and hospitality are good.

The are so lucky that they have employee like Adama. Adama is the kindest guy in the hotel. He is making a awesome atmosphere there

If you need something you can ask him for everything and he will try to his best to do you a favor

The hotel was classically built in the 60’s and is beautiful piece. The staff are all very friendly and helpful everywhere from front desk, housekeeping, dining rooms and of course the spa and bar areas

But we used more the pool with thermal water. You can always find a sunbed around. The spa services were excellent: mud packages and massages were super

What a lovely place! Took a 4 day spa break and really enjoyed the experience. The pools, the spa, the rooms, the service, the personnel, everything was perfect, and the food was excellent! Nice laid back atmosphere

The only small issue and this is just a personal niggle in 33 deg heat was that the bottled water was not replaced in the fridge daily! Yet we could have had the towels and bed linen changed daily

Hotel located in the center, but in a quiet and peaceful area. Nice, smiling and always polite service, especially young girls in the restaurant and reception. Rooms, pool area and SPA clean, cleaned daily

The water in the outdoor and indoor pools is always 34-36 degrees. Very nice experience in the outdoor pool when it is raining and it is cold outside

One of the few modernized structures in Abano Terme. Hotels here are quite dated and hardly renovated. Comfortable, welcoming and warm atmosphere. The rooms are modern and the breakfast is well beyond the 3 star level

If partaking in the mud bath treatment, Professor Jimmy is fantastic, professional and runs that department with the dignity his clients require. The hotel itself is very clean with a relaxed atmosphere

Rooms are spacious but could probably improve with tea, coffee and milk facilities in the room but that apart that very small detail, the hotel is a great place to be with something always going on

Old facilities. There is just one changing room, where women and men share. There is also very few showers, don't think I saw more than 3. They have a good size swimming pool.

Amazing hotel and a silent and neat place to stay

Great thermal pool in the garden with body temperature water, water massage a bit outdated (one was functional) but water is worth to come, sunbeds, cold water basin- so it was great

We live 12km from this hotel and still decided to stay the night. Staff are super friendly, food is outstanding and pools are lovely

Warm pool was best! Warm pool was super! Breakfast was quite minimal.

Room small but very clean, pillow was very comfortable, towels, amenities OK, a bit strange very small bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet put almost together but all functioning ;) For the price- a really good choice

Hotel Terme was an old fashion hotel with old fashione charm. The thermal baths made it unique.

Order and cleaning, super recommended also for spa treatments. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool and the whirlpool are beautiful. The massages we had made us reborn! Definitely to go back

Two small problems: in the pool it would be preferable for there to be someone to enforce the silence a little more and on the ground floor of the Hotel there is only one "unisex" toilet (too small for such a structure) but for the rest Well

Great place for thermal therapies

I don’t want it to be so popular, because it is a great hotel. Take care about the type of rooms you are booking because there may not be even a kettle for tea. The pool is great and open until 23:00 in the night

Stayed here with extended family on my group Europe Trip. Though our group was large, Hotel was very well equipped to handle large crowds, so check-in was smooth and fast. Rooms were huge, and had ethnic decor

Hi I went with my family and we had a one-year-old child, the hotel is not suitable for a one-year-old child But totally everything was grate

Toilets had bidet, and were provided with good toiletries. Beds were quite cozy and comfortable. Breakfast spread was quite nice

I don't put 5 stars as the pool had a few whirlpools, there is a path with various timed jets that lasts about half an hour and this is very nice and relaxing but when there are many people there is a bit of a queue so it would be nice to be able to opt for other whirlpools, which are few and many not working

Good location, the breakfast was ok, the personnel not too kind but on average not bad. The sauna is small, but the pool quite big with a suggestive outside part. It is ok for an overnight stay and no more

We stayed only one day and no nights (Spa day). The 3 pools are very nice, and so is the wellness center. The staff was kind and glad to answer all of our questions.

We liked the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the perfect temperature in all areas, excellent lunches, dinners and breakfasts. The pools with hydromassage are beautiful and open until late at night and never too crowded
