The outdoor pool is very nice, with a whirlpool and jets. Maybe a little small if the hotel was full, but in our case it was not crowded and we had a great time. The thermal water was warm and pleasant

To enter the pool you need to use a swimming cap. However, the cleaning of the swimming pools should be reviewed and the presence of a lifeguard who is unfortunately missing would be useful

Staff were very helpful especially Riccardo who was exceptionally friendly and went the extra mile. We wish we’d have known beforehand that you need your own towels and swimming caps for the pool

We had a nice spacious shower in the room which was a very positive note!!!! Outdoor swimming pool with beautiful garden where you can also sunbathe and enjoy a bit of relaxation!!! I will definitely come back because there is no two without three 😂

I stayed at Hotel Aurora for a relaxing weekend. Although we had some trouble finding the hotel at first, the staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, providing us with clear directions to get there

You can reach the indoor pool either through an outdoor path or directly from inside the hotel via stairs or elevator. I also loved the idea of providing a swimwear spinner to quickly dry bathing suits

On the evening of the birthday, the management offers a surprise dessert, sparkling wine and greeting card. Large swimming pools with real hydromassages, relaxing mud baths at a good price

Everything was fine in the pools, the mud baths and the aesthetics, the staff were really knowledgeable and kind. it's a shame that the salt cave wasn't working, I wanted to try it

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Extreme cleanliness in the rooms, common areas and the pool area. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality food, both for dinner and breakfast

Having said that, our room was large, with a balcony overlooking the garden, classic style, very beautiful. only two "flaws" were the uncomfortable mattress and the lack of a kettle

Good catering, I am a vegetarian and I found an extreme availability in meeting this need of mine. The room service was very friendly and professional

The Ermitage is a wonderful place for medical checkups and relaxation. The different pools offer many lovely therapies. Some of the fisiotherapists speak English. A fantastic place to go for therapies and medicals

THE TOP IS THE LARGE EQUIPPED THERMAL POOL a true beauty cure. Unfortunately, due to the short stay, there was no time to have treatments at the SPA

Kindness and professionalism, those who come here feel at ease and pampered by all the staff, since this year they have an Inail agreement and my husband had a great time with the physiotherapist and I also had mud baths and massages, a wonderful cure-all not only physically but also emotionally

The swimming pool only have one, but is fine. The hotel's food are very nice.

I liked it because we were there with our 7 month old daughter and they were very kind with us. They had even opened the service (lunch, dinner) 30 min earlier so that she could eat in peace

excellent hotel the best from abano ! it has a swimming pool four restaurants , in the bar you can play cards , have drinks until late in the night ! live music every night ! Excellent breakfast ! There are four swimmings outside and one inside ,beauty center health center, gym with all the machines you need !massages and physiotherapist specialist!

But the very best are the employees. They are so polite and helpful in every situation. Even after your stay as i can tell because i left a bracelet in the bathroom. They found it and will ship it to my home address

Quite possibly my favorite hotel on earth!! The property is stunning, the thermal pools with the swim up bar is unreal, the meals are perfection and I could seriously live here. Do yourself a favor and run to this place!

The cleaning staff does not respond to the do not disturb sign, I was persistently woken up. The pool was very dirty. Clarification on the hotel's answer: this is not a mistake, but the account name is my alias.

We tried to book an excursion advertised by the hotel, but the staff spent several hours trying to contact the tour operator only to then tell us it won't be running, which wasted an afternoon

We will definitely come back in this hotel at some point and i only can recommend it. Moreover it is very clean, the food is nice and the parking lot has a roof

Very friendly staff. We enjoyed a quiet holiday there.

We requested extra towels for the pool, and at no point were we informed there would be an additional charge of 4 euros per towel. This was only mentioned at checkout, which was quite surprising and frustrating

Additionally, we were told that the hotel would not replace used towels and were instead instructed to dry them in our room

Everything was ok but not the air condition, was not working properly, our room was very hot, 28' no fans on the ceiling, I asked if they can provide us with one small fan and they didn't have it

The property has 2 connected pools, one indoor and one outdoor size medium-small, available whirlpools (they were about 12, next to the pool there was a small sauna and a Turkish bath, also this of size the small

For only 10 euro they give you a complete spa or bath kit. Only pity it not have an outdoor swimming pool

A relatively small enterprise, family run. It's intimate, everybody knows you by name. Wonderful typical, veneto cuisine and you can, mostly ask for almost anything for dinner

Stayed a few days ago, hotel located in the center of Abano Terme, therefore convenient for families.

The bathrooms need to be redone, they don't deserve to be called bathrooms. The structure and services deserve but the cleanliness is poor and it takes a bit of goodwill from the staff

Proximity to places of interest Quiet place Reception and restaurant waitress do everything to make your stay pleasant. The hotel is undergoing renovations for some rooms

Unluckily the pool, even if it is very cute, has a lot of chlorine and left me with some skin irritation and ruined my girlfriend's costume. The SPA is small, but functional

Hotel is older but clean. It is an hour outside of Venice so not very convenient. There is an amazing pizzeria down the block on the right hand side.

Our room was exceptional and great value - a "senior" suite with two complete bathrooms, balconies, and ample cupboard space. A little tired in finishings but hey. it doesn't come more comfortable than this

The staff are the main asset of the hotel - attentive , helpful and pleasant. The new chef produced some memorable meals but I would have liked more simple dishes, e.g. grilled fish.

In the pool and especially in the Spa there is no water or herbal teas available. The rooms should definitely be renovated, the furniture is too old. I remembered salad buffets, various side dishes and desserts

I stayed at this nice little hotel several times. Extremely polite staff, cleanliness, good breakfast. The spa of the partner hotel can be used. Parking is also possible. Antonella is a real kind, attentive host!
