A large, clean room which must have been lovely in its day but for a 4 star hotel the room was in very poor decorative state. The wallpaper was coming off the walls everywhere and there were brown stains everywhere. This is more like 2 star standards. If this is what Ramada classes as a 4 star room we will not be using them again. However, the beds were extremely comfortable and the heavy curtains did a great job of keeping the room dark so that we slept well.
The bar staff and room cleaning staff were pleasant, polite and very helpful but the breakfast staff not so much. However, their was a great deal of choice for breakfast. It's a shame that the room was decoratively below standard for the price.

The rooms are well past their use by date. And while Air-conditioning is advertised, you can't use it. Currently sitting in my room which is boiling hot compared to the ambient temperature outside. Give this hotel a miss, there are plenty more in the area.

We didn’t even stay here however wanted to mention - we were scammed by our initially booked hotel - so we came to Ramada to try and get a room. Unfortunately they were fully booked - however - Maurizio at the front desk went above and beyond for us. He called 2 other hotels and assisted us in finding a place to stay late in the evening. We want to say thank you so much for your kind service. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Valentina, the concierge, made our stay so wonderful and easy. She has such a kind and gracious energy. She smiled and gave us recommendations on what to do, helped us coordinate our taxis and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend staying here to have a great time in Naples!

Don’t walk in here to ask for menu at their restaurant or you will get your head bitten off. Quite rude and all we wanted to do was eat lunch. They only serve people staying there which is fine. But a nicer way of advising would be better for customer service. Makes me not want to stay here if I had to.

Great location and a very comfortable room. Everything you need in the room all in very good working order. It's just a short walk from the train station. Excellent breakfast if you choose. Very helpful staff.

Restaurant is great.
Bathroom was falling apart! Wall tiles were 'live', taps had no chrome left.

This hotel's proximity to the central station makes it an excellent choice for business trips, offering easy access to all areas of the city. While the rooms are clean, they could benefit from renovation (as shown in the photos). The staff was attentive, although there was a minor issue when requesting a knife to cut cheese in our room after midnight. They explained they couldn't provide metal cutlery past that time, but a plastic alternative was offered.
Considering the price and location, I recommend this hotel for business travelers seeking a functional stay. However, if you prioritize a more aesthetically pleasing or tourist-centric experience, another property might be better suited.
One tip: When you are in Naples, avoid taking random taxis. Prices can be much higher than those arranged through restaurants or hotels.

Eco-travel unfriendly hotel. For first time in our travels we had to pay to park the bicycles. They had a huge (and empty) luggage room but do not allow to use to put them. Breakfast coffee is unbearable. Rooms are ok. Sad to see Ramada/Wyndham not following today ecological standards.

The hotel is neat the Station.
There are buidings renovaited around it. It is really very noise. The room was crean, but next to the housekeeping office and just next to the building in renovation. Very uncomfortable. From 7 i rhe morning till 8pm lots of noise.
In the morning, at breakfast, if you arrive at around 8, you can have a surprize that there is no more food. If you ask the waitets to bring, they aten't very polite. Well, it wasn't a very nice stay in this Ramada Hotel Napoli.
