Hotel Rita Major

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. Staff were so polite and professional, easy location within walking distance to all the main sites. The room itself is simple and has everything you need for a short stay. There is also a beautiful courtyard to sit in and enjoy. Reception is 24/7 which allowed us to come and go easily and felt very safe. Would recommend if you’re visiting Florence!

Me and my partner stayed here in May, staff were lovely, location was great and rooms were clean. Definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast included with a nice array of bread, croissants, cake, yogurt, cold meats. Nice outside courtyard area in the back and close to all amenities!

We spent two nights here in a spacious room. The hotel was impeccably clean . The staff were so kind and friendly and helpful. It is located in a quieter part of town but it is an easy walk to everything. Breakfast was a nice bonus!

Wonderful little hotel with a good location. Only a 15 minute walk from the major sights of Florence. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely little garden in the backyard that raised the stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect în order to access the main attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious and the staff is extremely friendly and polite. There was also a breakfast included which had very tasty products. We will surely recommend the hotel to our friends who would like to visit Firenze.

Had such a pleasant experience staying here. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to have the room with a terrace, beautiful view of the courtyard and terracotta rooftops. Even though it didn’t have air conditioning in this room it was still so pleasant and came with a fan which was more than adequate. The reception is 24hour and again the staff are all so welcoming and friendly and are happy to help - even made me a cappuccino in the late evening when asked and offered to bring it up to the room. The breakfast is self serve every morning with a nice selection, staff are very attentive and refilled quickly when things were getting low, and quick to clean and clear tables and set up. Rooms are cleaned really well while you are out for the day making it lovely to come back too. We stayed for 3 nights and the price is very reasonable with it being close to all the places to visit in Florence. We will be sad to leave as we felt very welcome and at home here.

A Great place to stay, friendly staff (they speak English and Spanish), close to the center 15 minutes walking to The Duomo and 10 minutes ride from Stazione SMN, they have a gran variety of pastry for breakfast, and the room for 3 was comfy

This place was fantastic! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, and a cute little breakfast available to get the day started. The location was also ideal, close to lots of restaurants in the area.

Great value for money hotel in a lovely part of Florence. The rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. Staff is helpful, professional and friendly. Walking distance to all points of interest in the city. The breakfast served was decent, too - good coffee, breads and spreads, some fruit, yogurt etc. Previous reviews complaining about the breakfast, probably don't know that Italians are not big on breakfast!
