This hotel was so nice and the price was so good, that I am almost reluctant to review it and "let the secret out". The room was very nice, made exceptional by the incredible view of the mountains behind Forte dei Marmi and the lovely balcony. I could have happily spent the entire day there. The hotel breakfast was wonderful, even by high Italian hotel standards. The hotel offers all sorts of options for things to do like bikes, a pool, and special meals. Down to a person, the staff were all friendly and helpful. They genuinely seemed happy that you were there. Finally all the details here (parking, checking in, checking out, etc.) were handled in a simple and unfussy manner that added to the strong sense of peace and serenity the place already exudes. I sincerely hope to return to this pleasant oasis, both the hotel and Forte dei Marmi itself, sometime soon.

I was in need of some down time to relax and unwind and Hotel Acapulco in Forte Dei Marmi provided. The staff there were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. Would be happy to have another opportunity to go back. Thank you to all for everything

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was super friendly. I was extremely disappointed in my room. The bathroom was old and not renovated. It was also extremely noisy from the guests even-though I was in a room away from the elevator. I guess these hotel, are not sound proofed. I don’t think it deserves a 4 star rating, the most is 3 stars.

We stayed for 1 week and has the most enjoyable time. The staff were particularly helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I mainly dealt with Stephania and Bazi who were great. The owner was at the property most of the time and added a touch of sweetness to the experience. I definitely would stay here again!

Very nice and helpful hotel staff. Nicely decorated, clean and well-equipped room. Tasty breakfast was served with a choice of many meals. Beautiful view from the balcony where in the morning you are woken up by birdsong and in the evening you hear frogs croaking.

There are 5 star, most likely the best 5-star hotel we stayed in. Most hotels have forgotten what is expected.

We had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Imperiale. It has lovely old-world European charm. The service was excellent. The hotel is very well located in walking distance to the main shopping area and the beach. The beach club was beautiful. Only criticism is that the pool area needs a makeover as it is dated and not up to the standard of newer hotels. However, that is reflected in the price differential. I would definitely recommend it.
