The staff were so kind and helpful. Everything about the room was great. One very small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a little more shower gel.

One of the cheapest hotels just outside of the train station. Decent quality for the price, would stay again.

Lovely small hotel with convenient location close to station, harbour, metro. Very polite and friendly staff. Very tasty European breakfast. Would love to come back here again.

We had to book this hotel because we missed our train. We didn’t want to leave the beach and rush dinner. We got lucky and found a gem. Right by the train station. The man at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was really beautiful, and the balcony was huge with a beautiful view. Plenty of space and perfect for any length of stay. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Very decent hotel, close to the main station. I was there several times and all rooms I saw were well furnished and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast has a good variety of choices.
Staff is professional and very kind and helpful.

Very friendly service, found ourselves in urgent need for a place to stay in Genova, staff was very friendly and took care of us. Nice clean bathroom, very central licatuon, perfect in a pinch!

Great location if you go for MSC cruise. 3 minutes walking distance, 1 minutes from airport bus station. Very nice, friendly stuff
