Great experience for business. Spacious rooms. Upper floors offer a great view and, if you're lucky, even a small balcony. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are not fully soundproof but still quiet. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant offers a good variety of dishes and the food is very good. Good value for money

We appreciate they were able to accommodate us last minute but the place needs a lot of work, starting with a deep cleaning.

Not far of the city center nice location good rooms the most important very helpful staff Matteo ,Giulia and Natalia they r the best very flexible ,welcoming, understanding and hard worker

Rooms (and whole building) are too hot during the cold seasons. Keeping 25degC or more is too hot when outside is less than 20degC. It is even hard to sleep. We were not able to lower the room temperature to less than 23degC, which is still not comfortable for sleeping.
The maintenance of the hotel is not very good (loose shower and kettle not working).
Despite these points, the location and the service are good. The hotel is quiet, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

Amazing staff, who are really helpful to tourists. Nice garden to drink cocktails or coffee or even just to relax. With quiet rooms and good location. Would recommend for sure.

Guest for 2 nights for work. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and quiet.. The breakfast buffet is included and well stocked, although I found a lot of the queue for coffee /cappuccino..

The hotel, although being far from the centre is very close to a bus stop of the line 72 which leads into the square. The rooms are not bad, a little dark maybe, and the breakfast buffet is varied but quality fluctuating. Recommended as a base from which to visit the city!
