NH Collection Torino Piazza Carlina

Great hotel if you are staying in Torino. The location is perfect, and you can park your car in an underground garage which is connected with the hotel. You can book this in advance! When we were leaving and picking up our car, the staff left a note in our car saying they washed our front window screen - it was such a lovely surprise! The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was amazing. We also used their gym which was well-equipped with brand new equipments and a great view of the city! The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lobby is absolutely stunning ! The rooms were very spacious , high beautiful ceilings and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good . Location is excellent!

A great hotel with amazing staff at the center of Torino.

At arrival we had a small problem with the electricity in the room. But the staff was very helpful and came with a quick solution. Our special thanks for Sara from guest relations for making our stay comfortable!

Extremely helpful staff. Reception and bar team always willing to answer questions we had. Beautiful room, amazing selection for breakfast and great location to walk to most places & also use public transport. Nice small gym for a holiday training session too.

This hotel is fantastic from start to finish. From the moment you walked in, the greeting and atmosphere of the reception was beautiful. The room was so spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was so modern. Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was so abundant, I didn't even need lunch!

This hotel has recently completed a marvelous renovation, seamlessly integrating newly constructed architecture with the charm of the original building structure. As you enter the room, you'll immediately notice the refreshing sense of cleanliness and spaciousness, accentuated by the high ceiling. However, the true delight comes with the breakfast experience. Unlike many Italian hotels that serve cold plates, this place offers a sumptuous spread of warm, delectable dishes to choose from, making it a perfect way to start your day with a satisfying culinary journey.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Beautiful atmosphere, very nice gym and as well good breakfast even if the buffet was not allowed due to the pandemic

Located in the city center in a perfectly restored palace, the hotel offers excellent rooms and services.
Breakfast should be improved with a wider option of salt options but this is a common problem in all the NH chain.

Loved staying at this hotel! The renovation works created an incredible place at the intersection between the old building and the futuristic new materials used. Also, the staff is amazing and extremely courteous and competent. Recommended!
