The NH Torino Centro hotel, formerly known as NH Torino Ambasciatori, hotel sits in an urban location within the City Center area of Turin. Conveniently situated near the Gallery of Contemporary Art, guests will find the Porta Susa and Porto Nuova stations easily accessible from the hotel. Milan is just under 40 minutes away thanks to high speed train connections. All of the 182 guest rooms offer a warm decor and contemporary comforts. The room was clean,big in size. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a fantastic choice and the scrambled egg is some of the best I've tasted.

In terms of the facility, I am a little bit picky so I gave it 4 stars. My room was cleaned, cleaning staff are professional. Just some furniture show signs of aging (which is normal) and somehow did not work.
Overall, 5 stars and the hotel gives me a positive impression of Italy and Italians.
Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, the selection is good and it is replenished regularly.
Our room was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned.
Check-in went smoothly and we were also given recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.
The room is cold, the air regulation barely works. The heated towel rail is turned off, there is a dud in the bathroom. There is a lot of light coming through the window; the roller blinds let all the light in.
No accessories are provided. No brushes, no slippers, no bathrobes. There is no free water/coffee/tea either.
I stayed on my birthday, there were no compliments from the hotel at all. Even oral.
