Nice hotel, very well located in Palermo. Everything is less than 10/15 min by walk. The best part was the friendliness of the staff!! I should also add that the breakfast is good! I was treated like a princess! Many thanks

Room large (superior balcony room)

Bed large and comfortable

Bathroom tiny including tiny shower
Water pressure medium
Sink slow to empty

Clean but linen (bedsheet patched) and bath mat (frayed) is shabby and old

No chair on our balcony whereas other two balconies had chair

Roof garden not as shown in photos - it’s not attractive

Air conditioner in our room broken - it cools room but doesn’t move to circulate air through room

Breakfast good

We had a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly pleasant and welcoming. Loved Palermo!

Great hotel with fantastic service. Although still pretty old in terms of the rooms and the whole vibe I would recommend staying here as it's very central. You can also park your car there if you come by car.

Very friendly people are taking care of everyone and everything. Small shower. Good included breakfast. Central location, but palermo is a fealty and horse urine smelling city. It is very unpleasant to walk around.

Clean room, very nice staff. Unfortunately, the price for parking for 1 day - 20€ was quite high. I am forced to take off one star because we were given a room where the door did not touch.

Absolutely loved my stay there !! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and were absolutely helpful with our needs. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Parlemo, I loved loved loved it there. Good job everyone

Lack of a fridge and a safety deposit box in the room, locking doors with keys of type "flag", access door with sharp edges dangerous.
