Great little gem in the heart of city centre. The atmosphere is the one of a family owned traditional Italian trattoria and the portions are very generous. I suggest casseoula and cotoletta, each dish is a main for one person and more than enough. One of my fav restaurants for a Sunday splurge.

I’ve eaten here on and off for five years. I have never had a bad meal. The service is warm and excellent and the food is simply some of the best classics you can get. The risotto is always 🔥 as are the antipasti misti and the pasta. Just take your time and make sure you are hungry!

Amazing atmosphere! Great location, warm friendly welcome from this family run hotel. I loved waking up in the heart of Monza - hearing the church bells - having a hot shower and downstairs for cappuccino with croissant! Grazie!!!

Staff were very good, rooms V dated but nice size and balcony. For night business travel it was fine. Nice local residential location. Breakfast was a little unexciting though!

Wifi is not free and didn't work half the time. Late night guy on reception didn't seem to keen to answer questions Otherwise generally okay room / breakfast.

It's a nice place to nice around in Milan. Room was adequate with a small balcony over the street. Good light & air. Breakfast was decent. WiFi worked well. Has an elevator.

Although it is not a hotel-luxury, and would need a refurbishment, is located in a great location (a few steps from corso Sempione) and it is certainly a good reference point for those who must stay for work and for short periods. Honest price and great professionalism of the staff.

I have been in this lovely b&b in October 2013. The room is beautiful, with the bedspreads pink walls and lilac, breakfast in the room ready and the more abundant even if I ate only yogurt and cereal. Great location in the heart of Modena. Really friendly staff and great restaunt. Basic breakfast if you don't eat meat, though you can ask for specific thing such an omelette. The rooms are on a couple of levels above the resturaunt which give good views of the church spires. Spacious clean room with a cosy feel. Would happily stay there again.

Clean, spacious and warm place. Great restaurant in the not so easy to find entrance and very relaxing walking area around. Tip for guests, you can park outside just by informing the hotel. Avoid the square as there is an open market some days of the week.

Nice cosy Hotel in relation to its price - we paid 35 € what is literally nothing. Additionally, we forgot our iPhone in the hotel and they found it and send it immediately back to Germany. Great service, great price and the standard is also quite good for its price. Best

It's pretty average, but it looks a little dated. Comfortable enough for a night. Near some pretty good places, close to transport.

Very small bed, very small elevator, the good part was the breakfast.

Was only in our hotel at night to sleep and shower as we were out all day, a decent affordable hotel in Milan, very friendly and helpful staff, and decent room size for 2 people, only slight negative is that the shower is a bit small, apart from that its very close to Lambrate metro station, and has a very nice bakery round the corner from hotel, and is about 20 mins walk away from central Milan.

Good location. The location is not far from the centre, just 20min or so in the metro. Rooms are ok, i wish the bathrooms are more cleaner. There are tiny mold spot on the bathroom walls.

There is a musty smell in the house, linen and towels. There are No cups or cutlery, enough for all, no chairs (we are 4). Do not give you any item coml sugar, salt, to give a hand to the q for late arrivals. The apartment is very cute, the location is excellent, and the receptionist is very nice. Gave an excellent service and helped us a lot with recommendations, locations and others.

Comfortable hotel with a family and collected atmosphere. Reception open 24 hours a day. Friendly staff. It has a good price-quality ratio. Rooms are cleaned every day. We didn't have breakfast. The hotel is safe and a little far from the center of Milan but easily accessible by metro

Thank you for nice room, good service and delicious breakfasts. Room is big, clean and comfort. There are stuffs for shower and big towels. Also in room there are tea, coffe and teapot. Just one recomendations for owners - please, don't take away mugs from room :) Paper cups is not always good for different drinks. Thank you for your job! Wish your more visitors!

The hotel is awesome, the bathroom is small, but the shower get 5 stars. The bed is awesome, and hotel is close to all eating areas.

Stuff is nice, breakfast has only sweet option, croissants and toast with bread and it is 6e per perdon daily. Coffee in the hotel was really great. You can pay for car parking at cost of 10e per night. Metro is 700m away and the busses and trams are around the corner.

The room was ok and the bed was adequate but the bathroom could do with a little attention, the room however was kept clean during our stay. The breakfast in our opinion was very basic Location although only 10 - 15 minutes away from the local metro did feel a long way out of Milan.

Nice friendly hotel. A little out of centre of Milan but close to Metro. Nice quiet District. Hotel was just decorating and it looks great now. Continental breakfast included. I would absolutely come again. I flew from England to watch Bruce Springsteen play at San Siro Stadium but he postponed. Still had a great few days

Nothing to complain about, although the breakfast is only continental and the hotel is very far out from the centre. Probably ideal if you’re on a budget and staying for only 1-2 nights.

Beautiful, clean rooms with ac, kind receptionist, very nice and peacful terrace in the shadow with sesting and swing or terrace in 1st floor. You have your own bathroom with toil, quiet neighborhood. I can reccomend this accomodation.

Very clean property. They gave us free water and breakfast. Very accommodating and gracious hospitality. Air conditioning wasn’t as strong but it was still bearable.

Really great value for its price! Incredibly different from all the other reviews which were pre-2025/late 2024 when management changed and rooms were renovated. They were spacious and had everything we need. Location is a quick 7 min walk from the metro and relatively central. Free water was provided as well as an in unit laundry!! The owners were really friendly and helped us whenever possible.

The staffs are helpful and friendly, the room is clean and big enough for two people. But it’s not cost so much because no kettle and cups, blankets provided.

Love the place ! The Turro M1 Red Line is just down the lane, a matter of 2 minutes on foot. Nice locality, Carrefour and other shops as well as nice eateries around. Most importantly, the residence guys have a good security system in place and one needs either the keys or the password to enter. CCTV cameras are all over, so everything is getting noticed. Large Rooms. Dogs friendly. Tram, Metro in the vicinity. Although the railroad tracks in the vicinity, it is quiet. Clean, neat. Staff friendly. Wi-Fi for free. Breakfast is also good. Price / Performance 4 Stars. 1 star deduction not a car Park. But just around the corner, there is a car Park 20 per day. And very good Restaurants in the vicinity. To recommend all in all.

Fine for the price. Clean and quiet. Fridge for own items in the room, definitely a plus. Friendly staff at the desk who speak good English. Breakfast was included but it was nothing to shout hurray for. It is recommendable to find a local bakery instead.

The hotel itself was okay, it was quite clean. The parking garage is really narrow and the entry is super steep. The negatives: One of the employees at the reception was very rude and not very helpful. The WiFi was also not pretty good.

Well, this is what it is. If you're not coming to Milano for A Milan/Inter match or a concert, don't come here. No view, 10-12 mn from the subway station, the rooms are clean but beds are shaky, comfort is a strict minimum.. And breakfast is super basic.

We stayed at the San Siro B&B when we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. It was the PERFECT location making attending and departing the concert so, so easy. Others we know had to walk a mile and then catch an Uber or taxi. Highly recommend this hotel if you are attending an event at San Siro Stadium.

Excellent rooms, fair pricing, outstanding location. Directly opp. the stadium but with closed windows no noise. Breakfast quality is not great but ok, too much sugar orientated. Coffee machine is below Italian standard. Burger restaurant aside.
