The reception staff were very kind. They listened to my poor English with kindness. The rooms were relatively clean. However, they were inferior to those in Japan. Amenities included soap, bath towels, hand towels, a hair dryer, a shower room, about six hangers, something like a chest of drawers, and a refrigerator. The refrigerator was broken. They also store your luggage for free even before check...
I was fine…. People ok, practical and helpful Nice location, Rovereto is full of people in the evening, very practical. Come on! .. I don't know what else to write, I don't know,, they were very kind
If you are looking for a hotel only to sleep there ok Do not expect more Decent layout except the shower which is very small and is not practical On the other hand the lady is not at all friendly unlike a little gentleman Breakfast ok but nothing crazy either Open 24/7

Super clean Very good professional staff Nice Italian continental breakfast Nice rooms Family hotel
The staff is very kind, helpful and courteous. Good rooms. Good breakfast. Close to the metro and the station. Spotless rooms. You can watch the TV in the hall. Nearby restaurants of any kind. I recommend it for families and children

Fabulous room and fabulous breakfast! Would stay here again.
Amazing location, terrific staff very nice people
Antica Locanda Leonardo is a quaint, old-fashioned hotel. Has a feel for being from an earlier age of travel. I only stayed one night but definitely hope to return for a longer period of time. There is a bistro next door that is also worth a visit. I loved the experience. Most importantly, it is very near the church where Leonardo's Last Supper is situated. A great surprise (well beyond expectations...
We very much enjoyed our stay. Magenta is a lovely neighborhood
Great interactions with staff and very nice room. We had a fantastic stay!
Great quiet location, but subway trains can be heard. Also, two sets of keys would add flexibility to the guests. Breakfast is great! Front desk is very helpful!

Everything was great, very efficient 24h reception and abundant buffet breakfast
It’s an Oaky place, rooms are pretty equipped but a bit old. Also if you’re a sensitive person to noise and having trouble falling asleep, it’s not recommended because you can hear cars passing by in the street. It’s not a best regarding the location and reaching there since from Duomo Di Milano, there only one tram line to reach there. But it has a 24 hour front desk which is ideal for people reaching...
The hotel is old, the air conditioner has not been serviced for a long time. The area is a bit unsafe, but if you just want to spend the night, it will do. The bed linen is clean.
The hotel was beautiful, the area was rather safe. The beds and rooms were very clean and the service was spectacular. Vicenzo was very kind and welcoming! I highly recommend this hotel. It also has a very reasonably priced buffet at five euros per person. Serve delicious and fresh food.
I had my flight cancelled due to a storm in July 2023. I booked this hotel in a panic needing somewhere to stay urgently. I called the hotel to say I was on my way as it was quite late at night, the man on reception told me that that my reservation was for the next day, I was very upset and in distress, but Vincenzo ( the man on reception) told me to come anyway, that he could sort something out, although...
The location is very good, with trams and buses just outside the door, and very close to the Duomo attraction in the city center. The room is of medium size and very quiet. The owner is Chinese and very nice. Only the bathing area is a bit small, recommended!

They upgraded me to a larger room. The location was also great. There was no kettle, so I asked the receptionist and they prepared hot water for me, which was very helpful!
We had a very nice stay, clean room and good breakfast. I would suggest adding a kettle and a refrigerator to the room.
Enjoyed our stay, really convenient for our weekend friendly staff
Good hotel, surrounding areas is not so good looking but still close to the train station.
location, front desk staff, bar at the front desk. wish it had a refrigerator and a coffee pot
Good value A very good value offer 10minutes (tops) from Milano Centrale. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice, in a nice dining room with outdoor space. Would stay again when passing through Milan.

This hotel is small but cozy, but most importantly the owners are the kindest most accomodating people we've come across in a long time. They want their guests to be happy. The place is spotless, the breakfasts are amazing with a great variety. It's right in Abiatgrassio Square with anything you might need including a supermarcado not five minutes walk down the street. Friendly staff and a great place to stay. Small hotel but at its best. Very near to public transport. Highly recommended.
I visited Milan to attend a conference at University of Bacconi. I stayed at Hotel Giardino for 3 days. City center can be easily accessed by tram line 3 & 15, metro line 2 is also very near. Staff is nice and cooperative. I highly recommend it.
The hotel was good value and convenient to the metro. Of course with the limits of a 3 star hotel, rooms small but comfortable and provided all that you need. Breakfast is decent included. Staff very friendly and helpful

Good location near central station and tram stop. Very attentive staff and clean room.
Affordable accommodation near to Milano Centrale
A very nice hotel very near to central station. Clean rooms and a very helpful staff
Pros: Great friendly service, good location, nice courtyard. Staff were happy to extend my stay repeatedly as I wasn't sure when I needed to leave. Cons: Room was small (as expected), breakfast a little average (better to go out - see cafe midi or alhambra cafe nearby).

Worn out but clean. Smallish room for a family. Lousy AC. Very ordinary breakfast. Convenient location. Friendly staff.

Basic but comfortable. Very good location. 8 mim walk to metro; 15 mins walk to Milano c.le. The room (#208) was small but served our purpose. Can be noisy (tram route is right in front of the hotel) but didn’t bother us at all. Good breakfast/coffee. I would stay here again.
Stayed there 4 nights at February 2009. Took a taxi from Milan main train station and it costed about 8euros. Rate include little breakfast at downstairs. Stayed there for 1 night at end Sept 2008. A bit far from Milan Central Station (take about 15mins walk with luggage) but close to Repubblica Metro Station where you can take direct train to Duomo. Amazing experience! Room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Their reception is inside of “Living Liqueurs” a popular bar lounge staffed by an amazing crew from bartender, to Matteo the bar manager and last but not least the general manager Eksell - super courteous, friendly and highly professional - they made my stay so much more enjoyable. Looking forward to my return.
Very nice room and location. Logistics needs an update. I had checked in online and received a code. The building did not have a sign on it for the suites. Wonderful location, questionable service Wonderful location, and comfortable room. The hotel is part of a bar, where the staff has questionable service education. Good coffee for breakfast, clean rooms. Parking (you need to be lucky, there are only 3 spots). The only problem was that my room was on the first floor, and because of the roller shutters, it was very dark in the room.
Well located for Milan central station. A secure entry gate. A small hotel. Friendly staff. Our room was Spartan but it and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, next to Central Milan station, with supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Commuting to attractions is convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to have some history but this is not really a concern.
We experienced 2 bad things there First: We booked a twin bed, unfortunately was given 2 single beds which were placed far apart. Second: We were told that the check-out time was 12.00 noon, but your housekeeping staff tried to open our room 2 times by using their master key at approx. 10.00 a.m. without knocking the room door while we were inside. Solid 3 stars hotel, well located nearby central station, clean and a simple with a good breakfast; the staff is nice and helpful, my room was basic but clean with a comfortable work and with a nice bathroom.

I opted for the modern (assuming recently renovated) room when booking. It was a nice room, the staff were friendly and the location was good. It was a little confusing finding it when I first arrived as you need to ring the buzzer to access the gated entrance before going through the courtyard and upto the first floor to reception, it could do with being a bit clearer.
Polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious! the rooms are not very large but welcoming and well-kept. The area is very nice, full of shops, pubs and restaurants. The managers are very attentive to every detail! I'll be back!
Very welcoming hotel, strategic location, very friendly and helpful owner, we will definitely be back. The Italian breakfast is an innovative idea that few people manage to maintain. Greetings to all the staff
I was in Milan to spend a few relaxing days with my wife. From the first phone calls we had with Massimiliano he immediately made us feel at ease. The top was upon our arrival. Friendly but professional staff at best; excellent cleanliness; Abundant and varied breakfast. Located in a strategic point near the metro where you can reach all the major monuments of Milan. Hotel Poma has very good transport links, the staff were friendly and welcoming :). The room was kept clean while we were out. Finally the bed was comfy and generally a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything.
Nice place. It was a nice room. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The biggest complaint to speak of is that the elevator is very slow. You literally can walk up faster to the top floor and back down before the elevator makes it to the 4th (top) floor. The walls could use some paint and a larger TV would be nice. Otherwise, a great stay.
Dreaded prior to arrival because of the reviews However the hotel was great for the money! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Would stay again!
Everything was amazing. Thank you
The location is quite good, there is a shop, a pharmacy, many restaurants, tram and bus stops nearby. There was no duvet cover, for this price the room could have been better. But now everything is not as bad with the hotel as it is written in other comments, apparently the owner of the hotel has changed or decided not to spoil his image so much anymore.

Hotel room was quite good. You can try different types of pillows, so make sure you try some of them! Breakfast is okay for a one or 2 night stay, if longer than that, it gets boring (scrambled eggs and bacon for main). You still have muesli and toasts you can eat. Staff is really cool!
The hotel room was really large and comfy, breakfast was good, most services in general were decent, except for internet connection. The hotel uses more wi-fi networks, I assume one per floor, but I had problems connecting to the one assigned to my floor (third). I had to use another network, whose signal was worse.
