Overall satisfied but expected cleaner or fresher bedding. Rooms have pure sound isolation so heard all noises from the corridor, especially late evening and night time. Hard to ventilate the room for fresh air. Locations was very convenient to reach city center. Breakfast was delicios, good coffee, tasty yoghurt, caring service waiters. This hotel is a perfect choice for those who are looking for a cheaper place to stay. Tho I must inform you - BRING EARPLUGS!!! The walls between rooms and corridors are very thin:( During my stay, I had to listen to a local couple doing IT for atleast an hour nextdoor:) Also, I was disappointed that rooms do not have mini fridges, no kettle and only paper cups. Very nice area, quiet and peaceful, the location is not central, but there is a tram stop right to the center. Excellent reception staff, you can buy everything you need on the ground floor, and the local cafes and restaurants are very pleasant and delicious, as well as not expensive

The hotel located 20 mins far from Duomo in the North accessible by tram. The room was clean. And spacious enough for 2. They provided shampoo and body wash. Even some equipments did not work but they came to fix it right away. They have only one electronic socket point in the room which is a little bit difficult for 2 people but they brought us the spare plugs socket so it was solved.

This was the perfect hotel for our two day stay in Milan. The location was perfect and easy to walk to several nearby restaurants, cafes, and the Duomo.
