I was very disappointed, they charge too much and offer too little. Very small bedroom, not enough space to put the luggage. No mirror in the room, totally a scam. Breakfast ok, the only good thing it is close to everything. Do not recommend 👎

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms are outdated and not as clean as they should be. Given the price we paid, I expected a higher standard. The breakfast was also disappointing, with limited options.

We were very disappointed with our stay here.
Everything about this hotel is budget except the price. It is very tired and needs updating.

Let's start with the good points, the location: excellent spot in a busy neighbourhood with lots going on. Easy access to the metro.
Breakfast was included in the price of our stay and had a good selection to set you up for the day.
The beds were comfortable.

Now the bad points:
No warm welcome received from staff, they appeared disinterested in helping.
The room was ample size however very tired. Certain items in the room were in a state of disrepair and the wallpaper was dirty and peeling.
There was lots of outside noise very late at night. Often sounded like they were setting up for breakfast around midnight with plates banging. Could also hear singing from the same area at this time.
One evening we returned to our room to find a large number of ants!!! To credit the hotel, they did quickly come and remove them. However the ants were blamed on the fact we had a bag of crisps open on the side!

There was no opportunity to raise these issues during our stay as we were never once asked how our stay had been.

The 2 stars are based on the location of the hotel only. For personal reasons we will be returning to Milan several times over the next few years but would absolutely not stay here again.
Definitely one to avoid unfortunately for the expense compared to quality of the stay.

I had a terrible experience at that hotel. My room had a window facing a dirty brown wall just 2 meters away. That was a room on the first floor. There were also huge pipes in sight, and the room received no daylight.

The staff didn’t help with my several bags of luggage, and when I asked for a different room, they said none were available. I ended up leaving right away, but they still charged me for all the nights.

When Hotel Tonight tried to negotiate in my case, the Euro hotel offered all of a sudden to move me to a different room the next day. but I had already moved to a different accommodation.

Hotel Tonight gave me a coupon for one night’s rate, but I don’t plan on using the website again to book any hotel.
