The hotel is very simple and straightforward. It's not built for frills or luxury. The rooms are small but clean and efficient. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
It feels like the location is a little bit farther away from most of the tourist attractions, but it's not a bad area as far as I can tell. It was close to a few good restaurants and not far from the Metro and tram stops.
Our only real issue is the fact that car alarm kept going off outside and waking us up.

Nice and attentive staff in a hotel that’s well positioned. Room a bit small but with a nice view. Fridge didn’t work but otherwise a good stay overall.

We were very disappointed with our stay here.
Everything about this hotel is budget except the price. It is very tired and needs updating.
Let's start with the good points, the location: excellent spot in a busy neighbourhood with lots going on. Easy access to the metro.
Breakfast was included in the price of our stay and had a good selection to set you up for the day.
The beds were comfortable.
Now the bad points:
No warm welcome received from staff, they appeared disinterested in helping.
The room was ample size however very tired. Certain items in the room were in a state of disrepair and the wallpaper was dirty and peeling.
There was lots of outside noise very late at night. Often sounded like they were setting up for breakfast around midnight with plates banging. Could also hear singing from the same area at this time.
One evening we returned to our room to find a large number of ants!!! To credit the hotel, they did quickly come and remove them. However the ants were blamed on the fact we had a bag of crisps open on the side!
There was no opportunity to raise these issues during our stay as we were never once asked how our stay had been.
The 2 stars are based on the location of the hotel only. For personal reasons we will be returning to Milan several times over the next few years but would absolutely not stay here again.
Definitely one to avoid unfortunately for the expense compared to quality of the stay.

I had a terrible experience at that hotel. My room had a window facing a dirty brown wall just 2 meters away. That was a room on the first floor. There were also huge pipes in sight, and the room received no daylight.
The staff didn’t help with my several bags of luggage, and when I asked for a different room, they said none were available. I ended up leaving right away, but they still charged me for all the nights.
When Hotel Tonight tried to negotiate in my case, the Euro hotel offered all of a sudden to move me to a different room the next day. but I had already moved to a different accommodation.
Hotel Tonight gave me a coupon for one night’s rate, but I don’t plan on using the website again to book any hotel.

The staff is super nice and friendly all the time. From the manager to the front desk agents to the night agent they have all been super helpful and always with a smile.
I was given 2 rooms with a bad smell but when I requested a change I was given a new room that smelled nice. The beds are quite big and comfortable. The only problem is the pillows which are really really thin. It was super cold outside and the rooms were super well heated. They were also very kind to give me a late check out.
If you are there, make sure you use the sauna. For a 3-star hotel it was unexpectedly good.
The location is great so many nice bars and restaurants around that area. Honestly i was pleasantly surprised cause i was a little worried with the low rating but I had a nice experience.

Perfect location in the center of everything. Plenty of choices of great food all around there. The Metro is just few minutes walk away. Staff is very well trained snd attentive.

One of the staff at the reception was quite rude and not friendly at all. Her colleagues on the other hand was really kind and friendly. The rooms was ok. It's around 20 minutes walk to the Duomo and the shops. Overall a decent accommodation in Milan.

If you're a solo traveler and don't have a problem with a small room for a bargain check this place out. Perfectly fine for the "vertically challenged" like myself but if you're over 5'8" you may be uncomfortable in a "classic" room. If that's your case you may want to check out their more modern rooms. Overall satisfactory experience, staff are very helpful as well. Note to management - your room signage says you offer a laundry service but I was told you don't, may want to look into that.

Excellent place to stay in Milan in a very central location. I had the classic double room, which was a good size with plenty of amenities. Good shower as well. Friendly staff, and there were no issues leaving my luggage at the hotel, with a proper tagging system and locked luggage room.

Great hotel in Milano centre. I booked simple room as needed only one night. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Many nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
