Perfect location for the metro, I wanted to thank you for the upgrade to my room! It was a very nice surprise. I also wanted to express my appreciation for your excellent service and the friendliness of the entire front desk staff. The hotel itself was lovely, and I honestly think it deserves a better review than it currently has.

This was the most disappointing hotel of my entire 10 days in Europe. I got a hotel close to the airport and though the area is meh I didn’t mind because I had already done a few days at Starhotels Ritz in Milan. I just wanted to wander around a little, eat well and rest. The contrast in properties is astounding. Where this is an old relic of a hotel the Ritz is modern, sparkly, bustling and bright. Once I arrived at the front door I knew I had made a huge mistake. The room size was OK for one person could be cramped for two. The TV channels are few and uninteresting not the mention the language barrier. The keys just hanging out is the most problematic problem I see because everyone in the lobby knows your room number when you go to pick up your key. A closer look at the furnishings and the disappointment set in even more. The hotel can be old but it doesn’t have to show so much wear and tear.

This is a very old hotel which deserves 3 stars at best.
We stayed in 2 different rooms.
Both of which the shower were in bath tubs with space so tiny it would probably just about fit a midget.
Even with such a wide space, they kept the shower/tub to a minimal area which is just silly.
The cheaper room my colleague stayed in even had a “prison-like” barrier dead center in the middle of the window.
It’s like they want to remind you you’re in the cheapest room so they won’t even give you a proper view out.
The only up side was that it’s a stones throw away from the metro.

The room was spacious and clear. Lobby and entrance were even grander than I had imagined.
Although it takes some time to get to the hotel from the city centre. The metro station is nearby. It is acceptable. And the factor have been reflected in the price.

Me and my group had a wonderful time. All the hotel stuff from the housekeeping personal to the front desk and bar (specially Matteo main maitre) were absolutely fantastic! ,kind,respectful and extremely helpful. Also very attentive,communicative, and willing to make our staying as pleasant as ot could be. I will definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Milano I will definitely stay at this location again. I will miss you all!! Thank you!!!

Loved my stay. The restaurant serves divine dishes. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They even have a pillow menu.

Worst service interaction I had in my life. Reception staff treated us very rude even though our company uses this hotel regularly. Because we did not have a physical credit card with us they wanted us to pay 50€/night as a deposit for the 5€/day city tax that was supposed to be paid at the end. We managed to convince them to let us pay with Google Pay the tax in advance so we could check in.

i Stayed at this Hotel 3 nights on December 23
the hotel you will feel at home, the location is nice for Business the location was in the area of many international companies, but my trip was leisure, that's also fine since the metro station is a 2 min walk from the hotel door.
the staff was good and friendly and always smiling, and we liked the breakfast a lot.

Hotel housekeeping stole 35-40 euros of chocolates from the room. Manager would not even apologize.
We stayed at this hotel last week and had what I would call the worst travel experience of our lives. We had a do not disturb sign on the door and returned to the sign missing and discovered candies that had been in our luggage missing from their bag. Other bags had clearly been gone through, but it's impossible to judge what/if anything is missing.
When we spoke to management, they said that they would conduct an investigation and within 20 minutes told us that the maid denied it. The manager spoke to me like a child and said that the room was too messy for us to know what happened. Refused to even apologize.
Felt completely unsafe and violated. Cannot discourage anyone considering this hotel enough. Complete nightmare
