I would highly recommend the Ibis at Napoli Garibaldi. Well-located, safe area near the train station with access to a shopping plaza. The hotel had everything I needed. It was modern, clean and so easy to stay in. I felt right at home even though I was travelling alone. The staff were personable and helpful.

Perfect central location, great team members from reception, breakfast and housekeeping, bedroom was very spacious with a balcony. Watch out for the hotel policy to take first nights payment if you selected to pay the higher premium to pay on arrival - took 6 days to refund this amount.

This hotel is really great! It's close to the train station, clean, and the staff are kind and helpful.

Great hotel location near the train lines and metro stations at Piazza Garibaldi.
Room was cool, clean and generally comfortable - though the chairs weren’t suitable for sitting in for more than an hour at a time. Bathroom decor was dated but very well maintained and clean. Only negative was the hyper sensitivity of the shower temperature gauge.
Breakfast spread was great - plenty of choice and lots of space.
Staff were wonderful throughout our time in the hotel.

3 Star hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Location near train station not the best area. Room small for my taste but more than adequate and good value for money. 5 stars for housekeeping, room serviced fully every day. If I was going to be picky, perhaps the carpet would benefit from a deep clean.

We had a pleasant stay at the ibis Styles Napoli Garibaldi during a three-day visit to Napoli. The hotel is very close to the main subway and train stations, which gave us easy access not only to the rest of Napoli but also to places like Pompeii, Ercolano, and Sorrento. Plus, there are tons of good restaurants and eateries near the hotel. The room was small but comfortable, clean and with all the basic needs satisfied. The ladies at the reception were always very friendly and professional. As a courtesy, they even allowed us to do a late checkout without paying the exorbitant amount normally charged. Definitely a hotel I would recommend for those that would like to keep a budget during their visit to Napoli: not luxurious, but with all the needed comforts.

Acceptable Hotel. Feels partially more like an ibis budget, but rooms are clean and okay.

Fantastic central location. Helpful staff and very comfortable rooms. Good clean happy bright hotel.
