A crazy place with the best location. The structure has been restored with care, the staff is very professional and passionate. Francesco is a young entrepreneur who loves his city, very helpful, polite and always ready to welcome you in the best way. And he succeeded! I would say that this is the only drawback, but when reconsidered in context it becomes characteristic, the paid elevator (only with a coin of 0.10 cents!) An experience not to be missed! Relais della Porta will certainly remain my point of reference for future visits to Naples. Congratulations!

Wonderful property! Very comfortable and with all the amenities. Generous breakfast with a large choice between sweet, salty and fruit ... very friendly staff gave us all the support and information ... we will return with great pleasure. Highly recommended

Superb location to get all around Naples. The team provide great directions to find the building and its so easy using What’s App to connect. The building is stunning and the staff extremely welcoming. Room was perfect and bed very comfortable. Air con was a little loud and shower wasn’t the most powerful. I would also say the safe was very small. Towels and bedding were good quality. Breakfast was outstanding. Amazing choice of food and good coffee. The cake table was to die for. If I had one criticism it would be the temperature in the breakfast room. It was so hot and there were doors that could be opened and air con. Would absolutely recommend if you are visiting Naples.

Our stay at Relais Della Porta was fantastic. This newly renovated hotel in Naples combines modern elegance with ultimate comfort, making it a great choice for travelers. The room was perfectly designed, with state-of-the-art appliances and incredibly comfortable bedding that ensured we got a good night's sleep. We only stayed for one night and didn't have the chance to use the huge, inviting bathtub with its tempting jacuzzi function, but it certainly added a touch of luxury to the room.

Breakfast was a real treat, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. The coffee, espresso, and cappuccino maker was top-notch, just like the ones we have in our hospital's surgeon lounge. It made for an excellent morning boost.

One of the standout features of our stay was the convenience and efficiency provided by the hotel staff. They arranged smooth Mercedes transfers to and from the airport, making our travel hassle-free. Plus, the reservation and payment process was easy and transparent, all handled through WhatsApp with secure payment links.

The decor throughout the hotel is modern and fresh, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere that we loved. Every corner of the place feels new and thoughtfully designed.

A funky little hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed. It is in a very old building with some of the older features retained. Great location. Note that you have to find the little door in the big door on the street to enter the hotel, which was a bit of a challenge to figure out. The breakfast was very well done.

I have been charged twice for the two rooms that I booked here but was subsequently reimbursed three days later. Despite this problem (and it was a problem), this is a very nice hotel with a beautiful breakfast room and a lively location.

Gorgeous hotel. Amazing location. Staff were lovely. A real piece of history is an unbelievable city. We were upgraded to a huge room. Book this place!
