NH Napoli Panorama

I had an incredible stay at NH Napoli Panorama! The room was fantastic – spacious, clean, and offering a spectacular view of the city that made waking up each morning a true delight.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day.

But the real highlight of our stay was the staff. From the guest relations team to the breakfast staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and attention to detail made us feel truly special.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples. We can’t wait to return!

Hotel is located in amazing place at the heart of city. Its easy to reach everywhere by walking distance.
Rooms are very clean and they have amazing views.
Breakfast offers nice and delicious food giving variety of options to eat.
Finally and most importantly, hotel staff are very friendly. I would like to extend my gratitude to them, especially Rosamaria for her smiling face

The hostess , Rosemarie, in the restaurant is fantastic! She had a smile on her face always. She brought me decaf espresso coffee because I am not allowed to have caffeine. She also brought us a couple of delicious sweets. She had a wonderful personality. You are lucky to have her work for NH.

The hotel was okay. The location is perfect. The room cleaning service was so-so. Claudia at the front desk was really great!

However, what makes this hotel an unforgettable experience is the level of genuine care and hospitality that Pietro provides at the bar at the main lobby. Dude really made it an unforgettable experience, and treated my mom as if it was his mom. If you talk to him he’ll tell you he loves what he does, and it really shows.

Beautiful place, all inclusive. Full of vibrant workers and hard workers. However, I do suggest that the mood down at reception needs to be mildly evaluated as some clients were not treated the same as me. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious. Overall amazing experience!!!

Room is very beautiful and clean, with a great view to the city. The location is great, and in the center of Naples, making it easy to walk everywhere (all the historic spots and the beach). The staff was very friendly during meals. However, the service at reception was quite disappointing and somewhat rude at times.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff! Right in the middle between the busy historical district and the calm seaside. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities and more! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the ferry dock & castles. The lobby is pretty & workers are friendly. The rooms are quite basic as far as amenities. No coffee or water kettle & the only bathroom amenity is a shower cap. The bed is comfortable & the towels are nice. The views from the room are very nice.

The NH Napoli is a big hotel well located in the heart of Napoli, Italy. The rooms are comfortable and big enough for European standards. One thing I didn't like is that people tend to gather at the steps of the entrance to the hotel and it is difficult many times to either walk in or out of the hotel. Also, since people smoke a lot throughout Italy there is a nasty smoke smell trapped at the entrance of the hotel.
