The facilities were good and the hostel provided a fridge, stoves and cooking utensils. The room and the toilets were most of the time clean. Each was provided with one big locker. Perfect location. 10minute walk to Massimo Théâtre and a few minute walk to Piazza Castalnuevo. I have never rode a bus in Palermo during this trip. Walking alone at night and area is safe. Clean facilities including our room. Ladies toilets and kitchen are well kept. I left some cannolino in the fridge overnight and found it there the morning after :). I only stayed here for a day, but the receptionist was very helpful and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The small outdoor seating area of ​​the hotel is also great, it’s a great space for having fun. Although the beds are bunk beds without curtains, it is still highly recommended if you don’t care or are only staying for a day or two. Overall, it is considered an upper-middle-class youth hostel

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and washrooms were neatly maintained too. Breakfast was tasty and was available at a nominal cost.

On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

What a great team of this place of residence, the center of Palermo, we were left with such good warm emotions, clean, every day cleaning, and breakfasts are simply delicious, you will not regret, Grazie🫶❤️❤️🔥who will say hello 🫂

Upon arrival I found a wonderful welcome from both the owner and the staff, they immediately served us, we found the room very clean and very hygienic, the hostel was sanitized, clean bathrooms and above all excellent breakfast

I stayed in this hotel with my wife very recently in June 2024. Excellent location 2 steps from the historic center, quiet even if central, large and clean rooms, good service, quite rich breakfast although I would have expected a little more typical, hall to be modernized

I had a fantastic 3 days! My husband, son and I loved this hotel. Clean, very nice hotel and very kind and helpful staff! Located in the center of the city, where there are services and is easy to reach. We will return.

Great location, free car parking on the street. Clean and very well furnished rooms, very welcome air conditioning given the summer temperatures. Hearty, good and fresh breakfast. We will be back. Excellent management by young guys with a great desire to do.

Ottimo il servizio del self check-in! Claudio è stato gentilissimo e cordiale. La signora che al mattino ci ha servito il caffè in camera è stata deliziosa!
