Great location.
Wonderful breakfast.
Great staff.
My husband booked this hotel for me on Trip. This hotel is perfect for solo travel - very convenient, and very clean. I will definitely use this hotel again when I come.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. Highly recommend!
Fantastic hotel! Superb location and very professional staff.
Food not so good was ok. Location view was fantastic
Very nice and decent hotel. It is located exactly at the center of Palermo ancient city. It is very convenient to walk to all main sightseeing sites and the central train station. The room I stay is 339, and it has a very nice balcony. Will defiantly come back.

The location is excellent, right next to the Four Corners Square. The room is well-equipped and very clean. The breakfast is rich, with many choices and well-made. The front desk service is in place.
I spent a long time looking for a nearby parking lot. This place is not suitable for self-driving, but the location is very good, it is equivalent to living in Wangfujing Pedestrian Street
I can only give it an average rating! It has a history of 220 years but it is too old.
The hotel is very nice and conveniently located within walking distance to Huochez
The staff were awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. The location is in the heart of downtown so it’s very walkable. If you want to park there, you better have a SMALL car. We had to fold the mirrors in on our Skoda Fabia to fit in the alley that leads to their garage. The entrance and lobby are wonderful and the breakfast was inexpensive and good.
The rooms on the other hand leave a lot to be...

We have just spent three nights at Grand Hotel Wagner and it was outstanding in every way!! Our family stayed in three rooms and each one was beautifully appointed with fabulous toiletries, nice towels, nespeesso machines, and tea pots. The hotel bar was wonderful and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was a fabulous display of assorted treats. The hotel is well situated...
Staying at the Hotel Wagner in Palermo was a great experience! The hotel and rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The hotel is in a great central location within walking distance of a ton of amazing food, shopping, and entertainment. All of the staff were so kind, hospitable, and helpful. Davide, whether at the breakfast buffet or behind the bar, always remembered us and made an effort to say hello and...
Beautiful hotel in a renovated and repurposed palace. Service was excellent with a lot of grand salon spaces and a great bar on the main level. The rooms were beautiful, bathrooms well supplied. Very classy hotel.
I had a massage during my stay. This massage was the highlight of my time in the hotel. Laura was exceptionally skillful and gave me the most intuitive and relaxing massage. I would recommend the fitness and beauty center to everyone.
This is truly a remarkable hotel and you will agree once you’ve read through my comment. And yes, I too never comment unless it’s extremely good/bad.
First, the interiors of this hotel are way better than the photos. I initially thought the photos were tacky for my taste but when I arrived, the high ceilings and ornate decor were classically beautiful and everything was immaculately clean.
I stayed...
Room: 3.5/5 the decor of the rooms matches the royalty of the city, beautifully decorated. However, bathrooms are small (in line with what you find in Europe) with tight shower. Beds were extremely comfy. Some noise of the city at night - but this was not big deal to us as we knew it was what you get in the city.
Service: 3.5/5 front desk is excellent (5/5). Booked us private taxi from airport and...

This hotel was even better than I expected. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of everything. My room was beautiful, amenities plentiful and breakfast in the morning had everything you could ever want. The staff was exceptional and helped me with anything I needed, especially Claudio and Maria! Will definitely be back!
My stay was amazing right when I walked into the door. Amazing atmosphere amazing room with a balcony. Breakfast was something Ive never seen before. Top notch.claudio’s service is the best. The front desk is extremely helpful especially Augosto. He helped out so much.
Wonderful room, super clean, comfortable bed, perfect pillows. Reception staff super friendly and very helpful they answer the reception phone 1 seconds. Big variety for breakfast, coffee fantastic as always. Cannot wait to return!
Great hotel & friendly staff! Stayed here with my husband & 2 kids (10 & 8) and we loved it. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice. We had the best sleep as the rooms are nice and dark and the beds were very comfy. My kids loved the pool when the afternoons were too hot to walk around & we wanted to cool off before heading out again. We ended up having breakfast a couple of mornings and it...
Such a beautiful hotel with all the luxury you would need to enjoy a wonderful Anniversary celebration trip. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The cleanliness of this hotel superb and most importantly the service is impeccable! We’ve especially have enjoyed the breakfast staff who had served our needs during our stay here at this hotel.
All the staff at the hotel are so amazing, attentive and helpful. Agostino is absolutely great and helped us with everything we asked. Claudio at the bar is so fantastic. This hotel is so clean, great location, fantastic breakfast. We had the best experience. Best stay in Palermo! Will be back again!

Excellent location by the Theatro Massimo. 15 ins walks to the main thoroughfare in the Old town. Great service, clean and beaitiful hotel with a great roof-top bar/restaurant and well equipped gym.
Location is good- I’m walking distance from the main sightseeings. 10 minutes to the bus stop to Mondello beach. Bed is comfortable. It would be nice to have some vegetables for breakfast.
The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to many attractions, very close to the street of the Grand Theater, the facilities are relatively new, and the experience of staying is good.
There is only one option when booking, which is a single room for one person. After arriving at the hotel, you have to pay an additional 40 euros per night for the second person staying.
Close to the road...
The biggest advantage is that the location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, the hotel is very new, and the facilities are good, which can meet all the functional requirements of the plan. For traveling in Palermo, it is the best choice. You can walk to almost all important attractions. The food and beverages in the hotel are also good, the waiters are warm and reliable, it is indeed a...
The hotel staff here was amazing! They helped us out so much and we didn’t even stay here.
My wife and I parked across the street in a parking garage that the hotel shares with a private parking company. It was clean and nice, and big rooms. Breakfast was ok but it could be better. And the room with a street view is noisy. But totally, it was a good experience for us, and probably if we decide to have another trip to Palermo, we will stay in this hotel again.
Spa and Class!
Wonderful hotel close to the historical district. The Spa is a MUST!!!
Breakfast was incredible. Gianlucca was a helpful concierge. The local restaurants are fair priced and the limoncello spritz are delightfully refreshing!
Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms were spacious and stadf was friendly
We stayed here in May 2025 and had a great time. The room was big and well equipped, but the best part was breakfast on the picturesque terrace (and happy hour there too!). The hotel is also in a good location, roughly a 10 minute walk from the historic centre ( which is good as the centre can get quite crowded!).
The Porta Felice Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Palermo. Its location is perfect, allowing us to explore the city's main attractions with ease.
Our room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable, with an equally spacious bathroom — ideal for a good night's rest after a day of sightseeing.
The service was impeccable: the reception staff was always very helpful, answering all our questions...

It was a great surprise to be located in the very heart of Palermo. Great choice, nice rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff! Highly recommended!
We came for the day spa as an early Valentine's day morning. We had the spa area to ourselves for an hour and then a couple's massage for an hour. The facility was wonderful, clean, and in good repair. The staff were kind, professional, and did an excellent job. Both massage therapists knew some English. Highly recommend and plan to return. Location is great too. Just be aware that it's in the...
Located in the center of Palermo, it is a 10-second walk from the intersection of Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emanuele, which are a must-see for tourists. Tourist attractions such as the Royal Palace and the Cathedral are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants around at night, so there was no problem. The hotel is one of the safest in Palermo, as it is a pedestrian zone with constant...
This is my second time here. I have overlooked the first errors concerning the navigation. Then I was faced with a room, which means an almost shapeless hole, further,. The keys don't work, it's terribly difficult to access my car, so I had to take a taxi to pick up my friend at the airport! The condition of the rooms has not changed in five years!!! Ps: I came here for a serious anniversary!...
What a great location. Cannot get more central than this. Well modernized old palace with a magnificent courtyard where breakfast is served and possibility to enjoy a drink. Friendly staff and overall a very nice experience.
Beautiful and elegant hotel right in the centre of historic Palermo - literally a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars. Good continental breakfast selection. Our bedroom was comfortable and modern, and very clean. Highly recommend if you want to be at the heart of everything.

Lovely boutique hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Located next to Ballaro market. Close to magnificent churches. Easy and fast check in. Only issue was no help with luggage upon check in - and there is a step to get to elevator. Breakfast (included) was mediocre. It can get noisy when there are events booked at hotel.
Nice hotel, but hard to find and up stairs.
The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Came from the train station. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant.
A palazzo with excellent appointments. Able reception staff comfortable room with walking access to fine dining and historic venues.
Highly recommend
An outstanding location, beautiful palazzo and extremely helpful personable staff.
It was ok, bad bathroom and electricity was old fashioned and not really practical.
People really friendly and professional

Nice hotel. Outside of historic center but it is easy to travel to any part of the city using busses (a bus passes in front of the hotel every 10 min or so). Several dinning options within walkable distance.
The staff were welcoming, and the room was comfortable and quiet.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly
Overall very good nothing to complain about

Good hotel and helpful staff. Room and bed was great. Very good breakfast and cappuccino was excellent!
The staff was lovely and it was in a very nice area of Palermo. The room was a little warm at night but the hotel had a lot of great features.
I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Giardino Inglese, and I can wholeheartedly say it exceeded my expectations in all the right ways. Very central yet quiet location, easily accessible by car, valet parking for €25 per night, works perfectly. "Old-style" room with carpet, everything a bit worn, thinly soundproof, very good check-in/out.
Family vacation for a wedding in Palermo. We booked 3 rooms 8 months in advance for 4 nights each. . All 3 rooms had problems with the AC. We asked for a technician to try and fix the AC. After 2 uncomfortable nights we were moved to other rooms that were a bit more comfortable. We still had to go buy stand up fans for each room to be able to dry hair, etc comfortably. Good location, clean and a very nice breakfast. Service can improve a lot, especially at the reception desk.
The building is stunning. Rooms are clean. Location is perfect and the staff are AWSOME!
A luxurious hotel with a good location but they have issues with air conditioning. Our bus tour group stayed here for a few nights and a number of rooms had no AC. It was so hot that most of the couples who had no AC barely slept at all. The beds are comfy but the rooms are very dark (dark decor and low lighting). With the price they charge, we were expecting better.
Older style but clean and comfortable, well located near the Politeama theatre and an easy walk to most downtown areas. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities were good. The breakfast was quite nice, although the breakfast area did get quite crowded.

The hotel is very quiet, clean, and welcoming. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The only slight drawback is that it's a bit isolated from Palermo's city center.
The boss is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. The environment is elegant and quiet.
Excellent place to stay
Amazing place for sure, EPIC views, great staff and great service!
This would have been excellent as Staff very attentive on arrival, great facilities. Very large and well-kept room, the fresco on the ceiling is a good sign of the history of this building, but also the attention of those who use it. Perfect stay and I want to thank Loredana and Michele who also recommended us where to dine. Thanks for all.
It is a structure full of charm; our room was very large, tidy, fresh and clean. The style between modern and ancient make the environment unique. The welcome of Mr. Michele is excellent, she knows how to advise and indicate every useful detail even for very short stays like ours (only two nights), also taking into consideration the presence of an 8-year-old child, recommending areas and parks suitable...
I highly recommend Bellaroto Suits, beautiful modern rooms, but with the old historical still kept in the details of the interior.
The host Michele is really so warm, with great adwise to were to go and what is a must to be seen and to eat.
So welcoming and heartwarming staff.
The location couldnt have been more excellent, so close to everything you might need on your trip.
Miguel / Michael is an amazing host and his partner Rita as well. Location proved very suitable for inner city explorations, our rooms were pretty spacious, very clean with a taste for interior design. Yummy hearty breakfast and great local recommendations by our host on where to go for dinner made this stay truly enjoyable.
