Very nice and decent hotel. It is located exactly at the center of Palermo ancient city. It is very convenient to walk to all main sightseeing sites and the central train station. The room I stay is 339, and it has a very nice balcony. Will defiantly come back.

The location is excellent, right next to the Four Corners Square. The room is well-equipped and very clean. The breakfast is rich, with many choices and well-made. The front desk service is in place.

I spent a long time looking for a nearby parking lot. This place is not suitable for self-driving, but the location is very good, it is equivalent to living in Wangfujing Pedestrian Street

This hotel was even better than I expected. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of everything. My room was beautiful, amenities plentiful and breakfast in the morning had everything you could ever want. Excellent location. Got a big and comfortable angle room. Breakfast was good (the bread quality was above the usually disappointing Italian bread quality). The staff was very nice.

We stayed here in May 2025 and had a great time. The room was big and well equipped, but the best part was breakfast on the picturesque terrace (and happy hour there too!). A luxurious hotel with a good location but they have issues with air conditioning. Our bus tour group stayed here for a few nights and a number of rooms had no AC. It was so hot that most of the couples who had no AC barely slept at all. The beds are comfy but the rooms are very dark (dark decor and low lighting). With the price they charge, we were expecting better.
