The staff are amazing. So welcoming and helpful. It was 1st class service everywhere in the hotel
The massage, the service, and the smile was just perfect. Me and my wife had a great afternoon, relaxed to the max, and enjoyed every minute of the spa. I would recommend this to anyone interested in some relaxation during your stay in Palermo.

Quiet location. Modern rooms, recommend superior room with balcony. Nice breakfast on terrace.
Quiet hotel just around the corner from Vittorio Emmanuel and promenade. Breakfast selection was good and the staff were uber attentive. Special mention to Sara who was always cheerful and efficient in serving everyone. There is a small gym which was adequate for a few sessions and a wellness center as well.
Hotel located in a strategic position with regards one of the most ancient neighborhoods of this spectacular city whose paradox and contradictions are peculiar aspects of her beauty. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom and mostly quiet. Cleanliness has been also appreciated. Staff on a whole very courteous and efficient. For sure my favorite spot for future stays. Bravo!
The hotel is perfectly tucked away on a safe, quiet street right next to the harbour but a minutes walk to the old town, restaurants and markets. Breakfast is served on the exquisitely picturesque roof terrace until a leisurely 11am. Quality cold cuts and everything else your heart desires with the most charming service. lovely place, delicious food.
Gorgeous, full of history, friendly staff. Facilities a little old but to be expected and part of the charm. Out of town so quieter.
Magnificent old hotel. The shuttle services that is provided is great. No searching for taxi. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
Villa Igiea lies a couple of miles outside of the centre of Palermo but the regular free shuttle service means you don’t have to spend money on taxis or track down somewhere to buy a bus ticket. The hotel is an oasis. It has everything you need to relax and unwind. The breakfast is superb offering cooked food (Italian sausage, bacon, eggs etc), cold meats, salad, pastries and more pastries, fresh fruit...
It's a must to treat yourself and enjoy the magic in the best hotel in all the city! Enjoy Palermo and Sicily, the key of the Mediterranean as Goethe said.
The hotel is a historic and interesting old building with art noveau styling throughout. Our room was large, had hardwood floors, and well furnished. Though opulent the hotel is showing wear around the edges and could use some rehabbing. Service was attentive, if understaffed, likely due to the fact we visited in the off season. Hotel is not walking distance to the tourist attractions in Palermo.
Slightly outside Palermo city center for great sea views All was just perfect in the room: size, bedding, amenities. Substantial staff assigned to keeping everything clean and tidy, 24 hours a day Extremely welcoming and efficient staff.
Beautiful sea views. Including the small marina. Wonderful garden Delicious food we did not eat in the main restaurant. Comfortable large king bed. Large room. Fab Spotless. Old world polite courteous respectful loved it!

Beautiful and elegant hotel right in the centre of historic Palermo - literally a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars. Good continental breakfast selection. Our bedroom was comfortable and modern, and very clean. Highly recommend if you want to be at the heart of everything.
SPA is an quiet oasis in the busy city.
best location to be in palermo if u are a tourist. room was big, very modern and functional and clean. nice bathroom. not very bright as it was facing inner courtyard where on the ground floor theres their restaurant, so was bit noisy till around midnight but not a major issue at all. professional staff. they take care of your car.
Decent hotel downtown Palermo, close to main attractions
Very nice and beautiful spot. Definitely worth a visit. We visited this site more than once. Beautiful beautiful place, the kids can run around, awesome atmosphere and a great place to grab a drink, chill and enjoy life. This spot really shows the historical and impressive Italian art. Would recommend that you go check out this spot! It's a must! Very beautiful!

Very large and well-kept room, the fresco on the ceiling is a good sign of the history of this building, but also the attention of those who use it. Perfect stay and I want to thank Loredana and Michele who also recommended us where to dine. Thanks for all.
It is a structure full of charm; our room was very large, tidy, fresh and clean. The style between modern and ancient make the environment unique. The welcome of Mr. Michele is excellent, she knows how to advise and indicate every useful detail even for very short stays like ours (only two nights), also taking into consideration the presence of an 8-year-old child, recommending areas and parks suitable...
I highly recommend Bellaroto Suits, beautiful modern rooms, but with the old historical still kept in the details of the interior. The host Michele is really so warm, with great adwise to were to go and what is a must to be seen and to eat. So welcoming and heartwarming staff. The location couldnt have been more excellent, so close to everything you might need on your trip.
Miguel / Michael is an amazing host and his partner Rita as well. Location proved very suitable for inner city explorations, our rooms were pretty spacious, very clean with a taste for interior design. Yummy hearty breakfast and great local recommendations by our host on where to go for dinner made this stay truly enjoyable.

First of all: The staff is lovely !!! Warm, welcoming, friendly, supportive - cute as a button. As it should be. Thank you very much for that! The hotel is lovely, but old. Needs to be updated. AC isn’t working properly. The swimming pool is nice but the area around it is without any love and interior taste. The gym itself is a real joke, you don’t need to try it ;) The rooms are very different -...
The hotel's price is very good, but don’t expect clean rooms or comfortable beds. The air conditioning is extremely dirty, which created a “snow of dust” in the room. We found a sock from the previous guest under the bed. The mattress was also ripped and even had a blood stain, and huge “wholes” from usage. My mother had to clean the room herself as I had a terrible allergy to the dust. On the other...
BEWARE OF BAD REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL! This hotel is fine! The staff are friendly and welcoming - my room on the 3rd floor was very good and the restaurant was great! The barman makes a lovely Spritz and everything was fine. Please ignore the bad reviews!!!!!
Well, what can I say, my family lives in Palermo and I come here often. I’ve never thought of staying in this hotel, but I have to say that I am having a wonderful time here, it’s quiet. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is delicious with a lot of diversity. However the location is really bad. The neighborhood is very deplorable. You need to take a bus to look a place for eating. Buses are around 20 minutes but you must wait like 15 minutes for each bus.
Great hotel with Amazing views from the 14th floor, dining food was nice and sea view from my room was amazing. Nick room, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.
Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.
Great Hotel near piazza don bosco
Are there for a conference. However, it is located in the central point of the city, to the shoulders of via libertà, well served by public transport urban and suburban airports, both of Palermo, Trapani. Affordable prices
The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice.. WiFi fairly fast. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view.
I have not seen the interior of the structure for good, but only a room where to play in professional courses.

Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a room facing the corridor, after a complaint we were given another. The room is minimally equipped, two people get one chair and one glass. I stayed here for 6 nights and it was fabulous. The hotel I cannot fault, I'd highly recommend it for location and quality. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Old Town and its swimming pool, to keep cool in the hot month of August. Overall, we thought the staff were very kind and we slept well in the beds, but in my opinion the hotel needs significant updating to be considered a 4 star hotel. Stayed for 3 nights some months ago. Hotel is lovely and location is great. Breakfast is nice. Booked a single room and felt like Cinderella… when she was living with her stepmother. It was tiny, with barely any excuse at decoration and peeling paint. The bathroom was also very small and the shower had barely any room to move in.

This is a nice spot with a close proximity to the four corners area and the market. The area around it is fine and is easily walkable. My major concern is how hard the beds are, the management needs to invest in something softer.
Poor location in an area difficult to access and in a bed neighborhood. The four stars do not reflect its quality.

Mattress was very hard. AC was inoperable. WiFi was very poor. Reception was very professional and the building itself is steeped in heritage. It’s a true hit or miss.
This is a very good hotel right in the heart of Palermo’s historic district! Plenty of places to walk around and discover or just stay at the hotel for dinner and a drink.

Clean, comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff
Competent staff, very polite. The hotel is well located, close to tourist attractions. Rooms clean, well equipped, old furniture. Italian breakfast, but sufficient. I recommend the hotel.
Very central, good breakfast and wonderful staff. Look forward to returning.
Good hotel for its price. My room was clean, fresh and in good condition. Door a bit wonky but not a major problem. Front desk was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. 24 hour reception and breakfast available for an extra fee. Rooms are located on 4th and 5th floor and the lifts are rather old and slow but works without any major issues. Small mini bar with some basic items, prices...
Very nice, helpfull staff, and the public areas have had a makeover. But in general it falls short of a 3star Hotel. It's the small things, clapped out lifts. Items in room damaged or broken, and not repaired. I understand it's a tough business, but a little TLC would go a long way.
The staff were absolutely superb, incredibly friendly and helpful, they catered to our individual requirements exceptionally. I must agree with other reviews, the bedrooms are nice; the bathrooms work and are completely functional, could just do with a bit of refurbishment. There was evidence of refurbishment activity in the hotel, so I hope it will continue to improve.

The hotel staff here was amazing! They helped us out so much and we didn’t even stay here. My wife and I parked across the street in a parking garage that the hotel shares with a private parking company. I left my car with the other company and told them that I needed it the next day, Sunday. The next day they were closed and there was no way to call them or anything, but we went to the hotel and...
Excellent location. Got a big and comfortable angle room. Breakfast was good (the bread quality was above the usually disappointing Italian bread quality). The staff was very nice.
Very good stuff, honest people, well located, clean with a good breakfast
Very comfortable hotel located in the middle of the city. Easy to get to and from. Great base of operations while in Palermo. The major issue here is that the Wifi signal is very weak. Easier to turn it off and go with 4G service.
The room is clean wooden floor so no stuffy smell. Helpful staff Mr.Joshua Melia helped arranged the doctor to come see my sick mother and even got managed to get the hot soup and toasted very delicious bread for us. Thank you
Very nice & friendly people! The hotel & the room were clean. Too bad that on hot days the airco stops working when you the leave the room. The hotel has a parking for €15/night, very small parking space somewhere under the ground between everything, big cars can get stuck. Breakfast was perfect, friendly guy and cozy space.

Gorgeous room with friendly, attentive staff. Can't praise enough the wonderful people who work here. Currently, breakfast is included & is delicious. The hotel is well-located in the midst of many points of interests & restaurants. We had a wonderful time.
The Massimo Hotel is located near many of the historical sites as well as the local markets. The room is a good size, but the “double” bed we had was very uncomfortable. It was also very loud inside since our room was located along the busy street. They offer a choice of sweet or savory for breakfast in your room, which was appreciated. If you have problems with stairs, beware that to enter the hotel...
Beautiful elegant well located in the heart of old town Palermo. Staff amazing very attentive and the rooms have great facilities. Would recommend for the perfect stay.
Romantic and enjoyable
Wonderful staff, charming and helpful! Great location.
Cosy boutique hotel in the heart of Naples. No restaurant. Breakfast in the bar in own room. Located on a street with restricted tree traffic, but staff will park your car in paying car park

5 stars for the Staff! So helpful!! Much appreciated! 5 stars for the cleaning staff! Nice and friendly! 5 stars for the location! 1 star for the size of the rooms (wow…) 1 star that you only offer 2 beds no queensize (for pairs and making love a real nightmare) 1 star for the “balcony” that was not useable in our case as it had not even a chair or a desk on 1 star for the breakfast… (which is over...
Clean rooms, nice view 👌
Me and my family had a great time. Even knowing is not a five star hotel the location was great, the breakfast was vert tasty and the employees were very professional. Would definetly go back.
Stayed here for 3 nights, location is great (opposite Vucciria area), service good, reception quite helpful. I would advise to look for a room at the back of the hotel, as the ones pointing towards Via Roma could be quite noisy!
The beat location! Room was very clean and spacious enough. Forgot my leather jacket there 2 days ago, i would appreciate to get it back please.
Inexpensive and central hotel, with comfortable (if minimalist) accommodation. 24 hour help at the front desk. Everything a budget traveler might want!
