The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...
A short visit for pick up. Lovely place.
Located in a private gated location . With your key is a fob for opening the gate to the hotel and parking . It is a small hotel about 12 rooms . Check in was slow because they couldn’t find our reservations , but eventually , after a phone call to the tour operator we got our Keys. This was a fantastic location to stay in. The staff were very communicative and fluent in English. They were very responsive over email and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived. Everything was clean, security was tight, and overall was a fantastic stay!
Outstanding location with the best balcony views. Stayed here on a family vacation and the location cannot be matched! The balconies have a direct view of the theater across the street and are so much fun at night. My room was clean and well equipped including a kitchen. There aren’t a lot of extra services like a high-end hotel, but I was perfectly happy to have the high-end view without paying that...
We are so glad we stayed here while in Palermo. Great location, everything walkable, very clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant recommendations, surprisingly quiet at night even though it was central. The hotel organized airport pick-up for us, which was professional and top tier. We rented a car to travel around, and the hotel even helped us find city parking. Everything was five stars...
Superb location; easy to get everywhere. Apartments were beautiful, modern, and immaculately kept. The balcony had a great view. Our concierge, Adele, answered any questions we had promptly. She also arranged transport for us to and from the airport as we arrived very late and left very early.
Palazzo Savrana
Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view overlooking the Teatro Massimo in central Palermo, easy walk to the city’s sites. Rooms are very spacious, decor updated and fully furnished. Staff is very friendly with breakfast offered right out the front door. A special treat was enjoying an evening cocktail on the rooftop bar/restaurant to relax and enjoy the city lights.
We would highly...
Classy, modern, spotlessly clean apartment right in the middle of town and walking distance of most attractions. Despite its central location the property is extremely quiet (due to good quality double glazed windows!). Paola was excellent to deal with…Helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

Perfect place to stay in Palermo historical center. Close to most attractions. Staff very friendly and nice. Room spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Recommended
My experience with this hotel was wonderful: the professional staff worked well with our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, good variety of local cuisine and traditional foods. The location of the hotel worked well for our group.
An ideal stopover before boarding the ferry. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations but the area is not that good with run down buildings and homeless people around. The car park seemed safe and secure and it was an easy walk into the historic centres of the town
We were upgraded from a Superior Room to a Suite which was very nice and the reception staff were really helpful when my partner slipped...
If you are planning a vacation in Palermo, I recommend the Ibis Style Palermo President. We had a wonderful week here. (112 rooms.) They are in a good location. With friendly, smiling service. (Reception, cleaning, breakfast and dinner service). Breakfast and dinner were perfect and of very good quality. The 7th floor offers a wonderful view of the harbor. In the bar they make very delicious cocktails...
Spacious, clean room with central location for exploring Palermo. On site parking and they let you stow your luggage pre and post checkout and check in. Breakfast on site with many refreshing options such as eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, caffè. Only downside is the room smelled like smoke on and off during the stay.
We only stayed overnight as we were going to use the ferry over to Cagliari the next morning. Ideal as it's just across Palermo port. Had a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Great sauna, wellness & spa and masseuse Tereza was super nice and good. Thank you very much!
Located near the Bank of Sicily, when I was there there were army men because a member of Parliament lives in that road.
Very nice luxury hotel adapted to the building that was before: a former Chiostro (Monk's convent).
Very close to several restaurants and gelati places.
Very close to many monuments, Churches, theaters,.
Great building or complex. This grand hotel consists of 3 former palaces.
And there are many marvellous dreams to discover inside.
The cool inner courtyard is wonderful on hot summer days.
In the evening there is a pianist and very pleasant piano music for the aperitivo, live bar music.
Very fair prices for wines and drinks.
It's worth stopping here for a short break and refreshment when walking through...
Very nice hotel. Excellent air conditioning. No complaints.
Yes, the beds are quite firm but that didn't bother me.
Mattress was very hard. AC was inoperable. WiFi was very poor.
Reception was very professional and the building itself is steeped in heritage.
It’s a true hit or miss.
This is a very good hotel right in the heart of Palermo’s historic district! Plenty of places to walk around and discover or just stay at the hotel for dinner and a drink.

Greatly located just in the heart of old Palermo, and very quiet in the same time, serving very tasty breakfasts for all needs, spacious room (we opted for privilege one), and great views: see and mountain just in opposite directions.
Nice place and close to historical center. Only difficult is parking place…
Great check-in experience despite late arrival. Front desk is very friendly. Valet service worked super well. Room is very nice and spacious. Looking forward to more.
We had a great time in the hotel; the room is really big and the whole environment is so nice. Recommend!
I enjoyed my stay in the Mercury hotel. The receptionist (Sylvia) gave to me a great service by changing my single room and giving me another single roome with nicer view and more confortable. The breakfast was delicious and rich. Coffe machine workd perfectly and everything was nice!
Very good overall. The breakfast was actually fantastic. The location was b close the main nubs one towards the city centre. The bus cost about 1.30. A taxi or uber is 15-20 euros but the walk is just 20 minutes city centre. City tax is also very cheap!

We had a delightful stay at the Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal during our visit to Palermo. It is a very decent hotel if you're not looking for a luxury one. The receptionist Eleanor was very approachable, always ready to help. The building itself showed some cracks and could do with some maintenance, but the room was spotless and the room was big and had airconditioning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. Do not clean even if it is dusty. generally weak, so I don't really care. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient location. The bus stop is also a 1-minute walk. But not 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is sufficient cost performance.
The hotel is located in a very nice area and close to everything. They also have a Collaboration with a parking garage very nearby which is very helpful as most of the point of interests can be reached by walking form the hotel.

Suggestive aperitif in the splendid setting of one of the historic hotels of the city, recently reopened!
Stayed here for three nights and loved every minute of it. Perfect central location, rooms are brand new and completely updated, cleaning staff’s attention to detail is immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. This is a stunning hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much!
Great location and it is easy to see that this was once a pinnacle of luxury. Despite efforts to keep the hotel up to its former glory, there are noticeable signs of aging. That aside, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff friendly and accommodating and breakfast in an opulent ball room felt quite luxurious.
Fancy hotel with a lot of history. Associated with the Sofitel chain. Very regal. Great people.
It was a good location, food at the restaurant was relatively good. (Though you don't get to chose the food so it was hit or miss in that regard) Elevators made funny noises, scared a few patrons. Shower did not drain properly, but in many ways beat other local hotels. Average. Purely average minus the beautiful lobby.
Gorgeous hotel, and pleasant staff. I was disappointed however to find that women are charged more than men for the laundry service. Quite why it should be more expensive to place a female item of clothing into a washing machine than a male one escapes me, and this is why I have deducted one star.

The staff are absolutely amazing at this hotel, they are friendly and so helpful! Unfortunately this hotel is in a bad location and there was a lot of noise with fireworks going off at all hours of the night.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vecchio Borgo! The staff, especially Matina, were absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was extremely comfortable, with excellent AC that kept us cool even on hot days. One of the things we appreciated most was how perfectly dark the room stayed, even in the middle of the day—thanks to the high-quality curtains...
All good here :) was clean and the staff was helpful. Bit noisy neighborhood in the weekend
Venue was somewhat noisy from street activity and whilst location is central there were some minor issues. Rooms are cosy and walls in need of a clean. Air Conditioning was loud and floors creaky under foot. Sleep comfort was OK and some toiletries were provided.
This was part of a bus tour of Sicily. I have to say the hotel is great. Fantastic location and easy access to the town centre. The rooms are a decent size and clean. The front desk are very helpful and provided a jug on request as well as lots of free ice from the bar. Only quibble is the super loud night club nearby. We didn’t sleep at all!! No wonder they put ear plugs on each of our pillows...
The hotel itself is nice. The rooms clean and tidy. The staff helpful but the location is not the best. It literally borders on ehat might be called a 'rough' area. Hotel is in a poor state with dirty rooms and broken facilities...needs some attention. Staff very friendly though. Breakfast average.
The best thing about this hotel is the location, it's a short walk to the old town.
The hotel itself is very run down, VERY. From the lift floor that's so soft it feels like you might fall through it, to the broken shower that you have to hold, shower door broken, the poorest air con ever, to dirty and scraped walls everywhere.
Breakfast is a buffet of croissants, packet biscuits, hard rolls and one...
The building is in decay, everything is old and falling apart, the balcony door didn’t even close properly. If you choose this hotel take a room on the back. The noise from the street is unbelievable, mainly because of a “gang” of children that tend to spent their time on the street under the hotel screaming and making noise till late at night.
On the other side, the staff is very polite and the rooms...
Simple. Used. Breakfast does have nice coffee.

Hotel was lovely and fairly centrally located, about 30min walk from Palermo central station. Very close to the marina and the hop on/off bus starting point. Room was nice and bed was huge. This hotel is ideally situated in Palermo. We are a few hundred yards from the hop on hop off bus stop and about 15 minutes walk from the Tetro Massimo. Our original room was on the first floor and quite small and noisy, but we asked to be moved and we were moved to a suite on the top floor. Room 404 is definitely the room to ask...
Fine location near Teatro Massimo and shopping streets, lots of restarants and bars in vicinity. Street noise gets in starting at 7 a.m. Thin walls ond doors let in sounds of living from the hotel. Ear plugs always in big demand. Cramped breakfast room, but OK food for a short stay. Friendly staff and good cleaning. As noticed earlier falls short of four stars
Loved this quaint Hotel. Very friendly staff and great breakfast offered. Very handy location. Great restaurants nearby.
Clean, tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. Delicious breakfast. It’s central to pretty much everything. Close to some great gelato, restaurants and cafes. A short walk to the hop on bus. And to some amazing adventures! Enjoy!
City centre hotel on super busy street. Some way from main sights but outside congestion charge zone. Parking impossible except in pricey off street garages. Drab room with noisy bathroom fan and small windows. Cramped breakfast room and unexciting food offering. Helpful young staff. Our bedroom was comfortable and modern, and very clean. Highly recommend if you want to be at the heart of everything.

We had a very good time, very helpful people managers. I would have given an extra star 6dr the mattress had been slightly softer. In any case it is a place that I recommend
Friendly staff.
Basic breakfast (but the cannoli weren't there)
Large, spartan rooms with dated decor.
Certainly useful for using it as a foothold.
Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example).
I give 4 stars because the price is still in line with what I had.
We are at home now, we have been coming for 4 years and we have always found ourselves just fine. Hospitality, friendliness, clean rooms and reasonable prices.
Staff more than kind, professional, helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms, a pleasant and breezy outdoor patio that didn't make me suffer from the Palermo heat
A special thanks to Mr. Salvo, professional and very human person
Structure located in the central area.
Very comfortable and well cleaned rooms. The owners really nice and always available
