The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...
A short visit for pick up. Lovely place.
Located in a private gated location . With your key is a fob for opening the gate to the hotel and parking . It is a small hotel about 12 rooms . Check in was slow because they couldn’t find our reservations , but eventually , after a phone call to the tour operator we got our Keys. The room was large with nice furniture , the bed was comfortable . The bathrooms nice size with good shower . The hotel...
lovely place! executive room was really nice and everything works. staff is very friendly and helpful ☺️ I would recommend - thank you!
“Definitely coming back there when in Sicily. Liked everything about this place - Private, safe parking, Great, quiet location with really nice view. Next to the best ever Restaurant (La Braciera - must go!) The room was really spacious and to very high standard. Very helpfull staff
We stayed 6 nights in this beautiful residence, chosen on the recommendation of a friend of mine who has already stayed and me he suggested. I can confirm the opinion of my friend. The judgment is, in fact, very positive: in its category it deserves, say, 4.5 stars, is the location close to everything (Stadium, Beaches, Hospitals, City Centre and Airport) and for the enchanting view on the village...

This was a fantastic location to stay in. The staff were very communicative and fluent in English. They were very responsive over email and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived. Everything was clean, security was tight, and overall was a fantastic stay!
Outstanding location with the best balcony views. Stayed here on a family vacation and the location cannot be matched! The balconies have a direct view of the theater across the street and are so much fun at night. My room was clean and well equipped including a kitchen. There aren’t a lot of extra services like a high-end hotel, but I was perfectly happy to have the high-end view without paying that...
We are so glad we stayed here while in Palermo. Great location, everything walkable, very clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant recommendations, surprisingly quiet at night even though it was central. The hotel organized airport pick-up for us, which was professional and top tier. We rented a car to travel around, and the hotel even helped us find city parking. Everything was five stars...
Superb location; easy to get everywhere. Apartments were beautiful, modern, and immaculately kept. The balcony had a great view. Our concierge, Adele, answered any questions we had promptly. She also arranged transport for us to and from the airport as we arrived very late and left very early.
Palazzo Savrana Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view overlooking the Teatro Massimo in central Palermo, easy walk to the city’s sites. Rooms are very spacious, decor updated and fully furnished. Staff is very friendly with breakfast offered right out the front door. A special treat was enjoying an evening cocktail on the rooftop bar/restaurant to relax and enjoy the city lights. We would highly...
Classy, modern, spotlessly clean apartment right in the middle of town and walking distance of most attractions. Despite its central location the property is extremely quiet (due to good quality double glazed windows!). Paola was excellent to deal with…Helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

Hotel was lovely and fairly centrally located, about 30min walk from Palermo central station. Very close to the marina and the hop on/off bus starting point. Room was nice and bed was huge. The only downside was the shower, it was tiny, I’m average sized and every time I went to wash my hair, I banged my elbows on either side of the cubicle even if I stood at an angle. Breakfast was in a little...
This hotel is ideally situated in Palermo. We are a few hundred yards from the hop on hop off bus stop and about 15 minutes walk from the Tetro Massimo. The train station is also easily accessible and a few stops on the bus. Our original room was on the first floor and quite small and noisy, but we asked to be moved and we were moved to a suite on the top floor. Room 404 is definitely the room to ask...
Fine location near Teatro Massimo and shopping streets, lots of restarants and bars in vicinity. Street noise gets in starting at 7 a.m. Thin walls ond doors let in sounds of living from the hotel. Ear plugs always in big demand. Cramped breakfast room, but OK food for a short stay. Friendly staff and good cleaning. As noticed earlier falls short of four stars
Loved this quaint Hotel. Very friendly staff and great breakfast offered. Very handy location. Great restaurants nearby.
Clean, tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. Delicious breakfast. It’s central to pretty much everything. Close to some great gelato, restaurants and cafes. A short walk to the hop on bus. And to some amazing adventures! Enjoy!
City centre hotel on super busy street. Some way from main sights but outside congestion charge zone. Parking impossible except in pricey off street garages. Drab room with noisy bathroom fan and small windows. Cramped breakfast room and unexciting food offering. Helpful young staff. Ok for a short stay but definitely not a four star hotel-3 star is more realistic

Perfect place to stay in Palermo historical center. Close to most attractions. Staff very friendly and nice. Room spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Recommended
My experience with this hotel was wonderful: the professional staff worked well with our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, good variety of local cuisine and traditional foods. The location of the hotel worked well for our group.
An ideal stopover before boarding the ferry. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations but the area is not that good with run down buildings and homeless people around. The car park seemed safe and secure and it was an easy walk into the historic centres of the town We were upgraded from a Superior Room to a Suite which was very nice and the reception staff were really helpful when my partner slipped...
If you are planning a vacation in Palermo, I recommend the Ibis Style Palermo President. We had a wonderful week here. (112 rooms.) They are in a good location. With friendly, smiling service. (Reception, cleaning, breakfast and dinner service). Breakfast and dinner were perfect and of very good quality. The 7th floor offers a wonderful view of the harbor. In the bar they make very delicious cocktails...
Spacious, clean room with central location for exploring Palermo. On site parking and they let you stow your luggage pre and post checkout and check in. Breakfast on site with many refreshing options such as eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, caffè. Only downside is the room smelled like smoke on and off during the stay.
We only stayed overnight as we were going to use the ferry over to Cagliari the next morning. Ideal as it's just across Palermo port. Had a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

The location is excellent, right next to the Four Corners Square. The room is well-equipped and very clean. The breakfast is rich, with many choices and well-made. The front desk service is in place.
I spent a long time looking for a nearby parking lot. This place is not suitable for self-driving, but the location is very good, it is equivalent to living in Wangfujing Pedestrian Street
I can only give it an average rating! It has a history of 220 years but it is too old.
The hotel is very nice and conveniently located within walking distance to Huochez
The staff were awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. The location is in the heart of downtown so it’s very walkable. If you want to park there, you better have a SMALL car. The hotel is good overall. The rooms are clean and functional, although a bit worn-out and in need of renovation. The location was good, and with parking spots on the street. The breakfast was good, with various options. Staff was kind and helpful.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the decor lacked charm. We especially enjoyed the breakfast—everything was of high quality.
Our story: We were on a cruise when we had an emergency requiring my wife to be hospitalized. Our port agent set us up in this hotel. The reception was welcoming and sympathetic. We had to switch rooms to accommodate incoming guests and they made the transfer easy and moved out luggage. A big surprise was the restaurant. I chose the hotel with the best reviews in the price category that I was willing to spend. The hotel is very well located, simple, the furniture is worn and outdated, there are no minimal toiletries in the bathroom typical for a 4-star hotel. Very nice hotel a stone's throw from the city center, on a quiet street (if you can consider the streets of Palermo quiet!) Very close to the main attractions, good breakfast, valet parking (charges apply), the old building is quite distinctive.
Old money style, convenient location, very close to the main shopping street, many restaurants around, you can walk to the main attractions, there are also grocery stores around, it is also convenient to buy small items. The next day, my flight was at dawn, so I had a lot of requests, such as asking for a taxi, preparing a lunch box, and calling at dawn, but they handled everything kindly, so I was satisfied.

"Great location and exceptional service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the highlight was the incredibly friendly receptionist. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The bus from Palermo airport stops opposite outside 'Teatro Politeama Garibaldi' so it's super easy to get to. Central Palermo walkable from the hotel, or lots of buses nearby. Big, spacious room. Staff super friendly and helpful!
Pretty ok but there's no actual air conditioning (it's a weird water-cooled system which barely gets the room temperature down to "not dying of heat" while the corridors actually *are* air-conditioned) and the WiFi kinda sucks; I've never been able to actually use it. Great sauna, wellness & spa and masseuse Tereza was super nice and good. Thank you very much!
Located near the Bank of Sicily, when I was there there were army men because a member of Parliament lives in that road. Very nice luxury hotel adapted to the building that was before: a former Chiostro (Monk's convent). Very close to several restaurants and gelati places. Very close to many monuments, Churches, theaters,.
Great building or complex. This grand hotel consists of 3 former palaces. And there are many marvellous dreams to discover inside. The cool inner courtyard is wonderful on hot summer days. In the evening there is a pianist and very pleasant piano music for the aperitivo, live bar music. Very fair prices for wines and drinks. It's worth stopping here for a short break and refreshment when walking through...
Very nice hotel. Excellent air conditioning. No complaints. Yes, the beds are quite firm but that didn't bother me.
Mattress was very hard. AC was inoperable. WiFi was very poor. Reception was very professional and the building itself is steeped in heritage. It’s a true hit or miss.
This is a very good hotel right in the heart of Palermo’s historic district! Plenty of places to walk around and discover or just stay at the hotel for dinner and a drink.

The staff are absolutely amazing at this hotel, they are friendly and so helpful! Unfortunately this hotel is in a bad location and there was a lot of noise with fireworks going off at all hours of the night.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vecchio Borgo! The staff, especially Matina, were absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the things we appreciated most was how perfectly dark the room stayed, even in the middle of the day—thanks to the high-quality curtains...
All good here :) was clean and the staff was helpful. Bit noisy neighborhood in the weekend
Venue was somewhat noisy from street activity and whilst location is central there were some minor issues. Rooms are cosy and walls in need of a clean. Air Conditioning was loud and floors creaky under foot. Sleep comfort was OK and some toiletries were provided.
This was part of a bus tour of Sicily. I have to say the hotel is great. Fantastic location and easy access to the town centre. The rooms are a decent size and clean. The front desk are very helpful and provided a jug on request as well as lots of free ice from the bar. Only quibble is the super loud night club nearby. We didn’t sleep at all!! Hotel is in a poor state with dirty rooms and broken facilities...needs some attention. Staff very friendly though. Breakfast average.
The best thing about this hotel is the location, it's a short walk to the old town. The hotel itself is very run down, VERY. From the lift floor that's so soft it feels like you might fall through it, to the broken shower that you have to hold, shower door broken, the poorest air con ever, to dirty and scraped walls everywhere. The building is in decay, everything is old and falling apart, the balcony door didn’t even close properly. If you choose this hotel take a room on the back. Lovely boutique hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Located next to Ballaro market. Close to magnificent churches. Easy and fast check in. Only issue was no help with luggage upon check in - and there is a step to get to elevator. Breakfast (included) was mediocre. It can get noisy when there are events booked at hotel.
Nice hotel, but hard to find and up stairs. The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Came from the train station. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant.
A palazzo with excellent appointments. Able reception staff comfortable room with walking access to fine dining and historic venues.
Highly recommend An outstanding location, beautiful palazzo and extremely helpful personable staff.

The building itself showed some cracks and could do with some maintenance, but the room was spotless and the room was big and had airconditioning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Ciro is the nicest Italian receptionist I've met. He was kind and helpful. The hotel is ok but it's a bit far to the city center. You can't really walk (40 min walk) specially in the heat of Summer. There are buses near by. Tickets are €1,80 each way. It's clean but beds are low and not very confortable.
Room had everything we needed despite the hotel being quite dated. Service staff at breakfast were very friendly. There is a parking charge that we were unaware of.
Nice rooms even if a little old, not very unclean but can be better. The staff was good and Always available for your needs, the food was good and the portions big, lot of choice for the breakfast. The neighborhood is nice even if it's a little far from the centre

Nick room, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.
Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. Great location to explore palermo on foot and exceptional staff. The breakfast was very good. Recommend taking the time to have some drinks on the rooftop terrace at night or taking a coffee up in the morning. The beds were very comfy. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
The pictures here kind of give the wrong impression of the rooms. Breakfast is ok, but the pastry is not fresh. Location is good, walking distance from most landmarks.
Great location, pleasant and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was a bit worn. Good noise window isolation from outside, but otherwise quite thin walls. Shower pressure was less than desired. Would visit again.
I could not have chosen a better hotel. So far I have walked to some of the best attractions and eating places in this bustling capital city, all an easy pace away. Yet the hotel is in a side street, an oasis of calm. The room is perfect for a short stay, the staff are invariably polite knowledgeable and comfortable in English. There is only one option when booking, which is a single room for one person. After arriving at the hotel, you have to pay an additional 40 euros per night for the second person staying. Close to the road...
The biggest advantage is that the location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, the hotel is very new, and the facilities are good, which can meet all the functional requirements of the plan. For traveling in Palermo, it is the best choice. You can walk to almost all important attractions. The food and beverages in the hotel are also good, the waiters are warm and reliable, it is indeed a...
The hotel staff here was amazing! They helped us out so much and we didn’t even stay here. My wife and I parked across the street in a parking garage that the hotel shares with a private parking company. I left my car with the other company and told them that I needed it the next day, Sunday. The next day they were closed and there was no way to call them or anything, but we went to the hotel and...
Excellent location. Got a big and comfortable angle room. Breakfast was good (the bread quality was above the usually disappointing Italian bread quality). The staff was very nice.

The staff are amazing. So welcoming and helpful. It was 1st class service everywhere in the hotel
The massage, the service, and the smile was just perfect. Me and my wife had a great afternoon, relaxed to the max, and enjoyed every minute of the spa. I would recommend this to anyone interested in some relaxation during your stay in Palermo.
Quiet location. Modern rooms, recommend superior room with balcony. Nice breakfast on terrace.
Quiet hotel just around the corner from Vittorio Emmanuel and promenade. Breakfast selection was good and the staff were uber attentive. Special mention to Sara who was always cheerful and efficient in serving everyone. There is a small gym which was adequate for a few sessions and a wellness center as well.
Hotel located in a strategic position with regards one of the most ancient neighborhoods of this spectacular city whose paradox and contradictions are peculiar aspects of her beauty. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom and mostly quiet. Cleanliness has been also appreciated. Staff on a whole very courteous and efficient. For sure my favorite spot for future stays. Bravo!
Beautiful boutique hotel by the marina. 5 minutes walk from some of the best Palermo restaurants & walking distance to tourist attractions.
The hotel is perfectly tucked away on a safe, quiet street right next to the harbour but a minutes walk to the old town, restaurants and markets. Breakfast is served on the exquisitely picturesque roof terrace until a leisurely 11am. Quality cold cuts and everything else your heart desires with the most charming service. A complementary upgrade to a suite for two major celebrations was an unexpected...
