The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...
lovely place! executive room was really nice and everything works. staff is very friendly and helpful ☺️ I would recommend - thank you!
“Definitely coming back there when in Sicily. Liked everything about this place - Private, safe parking, Great, quiet location with really nice view. Next to the best ever Restaurant (La Braciera - must go!) The room was really spacious and to very high standard. Very helpfull staff
We stayed 6 nights in this beautiful residence, chosen on the recommendation of a friend of mine who has already stayed and me he suggested. I can confirm the opinion of my friend. The judgment is, in fact, very positive: in its category it deserves, say, 4.5 stars, is the location close to everything (Stadium, Beaches, Hospitals, City Centre and Airport) and for the enchanting view on the village...

This was a fantastic location to stay in. The staff were very communicative and fluent in English. They were very responsive over email and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived. Everything was clean, security was tight, and overall was a fantastic stay!
Outstanding location with the best balcony views. Stayed here on a family vacation and the location cannot be matched! The balconies have a direct view of the theater across the street and are so much fun at night. My room was clean and well equipped including a kitchen. There aren’t a lot of extra services like a high-end hotel, but I was perfectly happy to have the high-end view without paying that...
We are so glad we stayed here while in Palermo. Great location, everything walkable, very clean room, comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant recommendations, surprisingly quiet at night even though it was central. The hotel organized airport pick-up for us, which was professional and top tier. We rented a car to travel around, and the hotel even helped us find city parking. Everything was five stars...
Superb location; easy to get everywhere. Apartments were beautiful, modern, and immaculately kept. The balcony had a great view. Our concierge, Adele, answered any questions we had promptly. She also arranged transport for us to and from the airport as we arrived very late and left very early.
Palazzo Savrana Beautiful hotel with the most amazing view overlooking the Teatro Massimo in central Palermo, easy walk to the city’s sites. Rooms are very spacious, decor updated and fully furnished. Staff is very friendly with breakfast offered right out the front door. A special treat was enjoying an evening cocktail on the rooftop bar/restaurant to relax and enjoy the city lights. We would highly...
Classy, modern, spotlessly clean apartment right in the middle of town and walking distance of most attractions. Despite its central location the property is extremely quiet (due to good quality double glazed windows!). Paola was excellent to deal with…Helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

My experience with this hotel was wonderful: the professional staff worked well with our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, good variety of local cuisine and traditional foods. The location of the hotel worked well for our group.
An ideal stopover before boarding the ferry. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations but the area is not that good with run down buildings and homeless people around. The car park seemed safe and secure and it was an easy walk into the historic centres of the town We were upgraded from a Superior Room to a Suite which was very nice and the reception staff were really helpful when my partner slipped...
If you are planning a vacation in Palermo, I recommend the Ibis Style Palermo President. We had a wonderful week here. (112 rooms.) They are in a good location. With friendly, smiling service. (Reception, cleaning, breakfast and dinner service). Breakfast and dinner were perfect and of very good quality. The 7th floor offers a wonderful view of the harbor. In the bar they make very delicious cocktails...
Spacious, clean room with central location for exploring Palermo. On site parking and they let you stow your luggage pre and post checkout and check in. Breakfast on site with many refreshing options such as eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, caffè. Only downside is the room smelled like smoke on and off during the stay.
We only stayed overnight as we were going to use the ferry over to Cagliari the next morning. Ideal as it's just across Palermo port. Had a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful.
When embarking or dissembarking in Palermo you can easily deposit your luggage here or book a room when you have more luggages with you :) Great service at the desk, fresh and cold drinks avvailable

Located near the Bank of Sicily, when I was there there were army men because a member of Parliament lives in that road. Very nice luxury hotel adapted to the building that was before: a former Chiostro (Monk's convent). Very close to several restaurants and gelati places. Very close to many monuments, Churches, theaters,.
Great building or complex. This grand hotel consists of 3 former palaces. And there are many marvellous dreams to discover inside. The cool inner courtyard is wonderful on hot summer days. In the evening there is a pianist and very pleasant piano music for the aperitivo, live bar music. Very fair prices for wines and drinks. It's worth stopping here for a short break and refreshment when walking through...
Very nice hotel. Excellent air conditioning. No complaints. Yes, the beds are quite firm but that didn't bother me.
Mattress was very hard. AC was inoperable. WiFi was very poor. Reception was very professional and the building itself is steeped in heritage. It’s a true hit or miss.
This is a very good hotel right in the heart of Palermo’s historic district! Plenty of places to walk around and discover or just stay at the hotel for dinner and a drink.
Great Location! Nice large room (double delux) No noise Mattress is quite firm, we had to ask for 2 toppers. Breakfast ok.

Beautiful and elegant hotel right in the centre of historic Palermo - literally a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars. Good continental breakfast selection. Our bedroom was comfortable and modern, and very clean. Highly recommend if you want to be at the heart of everything.
best location to be in palermo if u are a tourist. room was big, very modern and functional and clean. nice bathroom. not very bright as it was facing inner courtyard where on the ground floor theres their restaurant, so was bit noisy till around midnight but not a major issue at all. professional staff. they take care of your car.
Very nice and beautiful spot. Definitely worth a visit. We visited this site more than once. Beautiful beautiful place, the kids can run around, awesome atmosphere and a great place to grab a drink, chill and enjoy life. This spot really shows the historical and impressive Italian art. Would recommend that you go check out this spot! It's a must! Very beautiful!
This hotel located in a very busy and good area. Also the size of the hotel is medium and feel always cosy. In the rooms build in airconditioners .
We enjoyed two hours in the spa. The swimming pool is large and relaxing. The girls for the massage were very professional.
Staff very helpful, rooms clean and modern, excellent location of the structure. Of note, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Beautiful SPA.. a corner of paradise!

Loved this quaint Hotel. Very friendly staff and great breakfast offered. Very handy location. Great restaurants nearby.
Loved staying here. It is located a walking distance from landmarks, the staff are very nice, discreet and helpful. The food is good, the coffee, of course, is any coffee lover's dream. And the rooms are very clean.
Rooms were clean, small.....breakfast good, front desk helpful with directions...good location for tourist area.. Could hear any bathroom activity of neighboring rooms...small shower - water changed back and forth from hot to cold...magnifying mirror would have been helpful, but it was embedded in bathroom mirror so high you would have to be 6 feet tall to use it....room did not have extra secure...
Hotel lovely and spotless. Housekeeping great. Reception staff are excellent and speak great English. Very helpful giving directions and suggestions where to visit. Breakfast was good. Although you had to ask staff to replenish unless you were down before 8am.
The first experience in Palermo. Amazing clean room, very good services and hospitality. Better to spend a little bit more and avoid surprises. Thank you Artemisia, we will come back.

We had a great stay at Brunaccini! The room was very nice, and the staff were helpful! Also, because of the location it is easy to enjoy historical Palermo and its markets!
This is a nice spot with a close proximity to the four corners area and the market. The area around it is fine and is easily walkable. My major concern is how hard the beds are, the management needs to invest in something softer.
Poor location in an area difficult to access and in a bed neighborhood. The four stars do not reflect its quality.
The hotel is in a decent location. Right next to ballaro market and within walking distance to most restaurants etc. For a hotel that claims to be luxury it lacks a lot of features that I would expect in a luxury hotel. We had a suite and I was expecting a beautiful setup. While the space was nice I don't think it lives up to the luxurious feel that the pictures try to convey. Checking in process...

Very good experience. Although it could still improve in the design of the corridors and change the air conditioned machine which is quite old and a bit noisy, we had a great time. The room is extremely nice and well furnished with a pretty comfortable mattress. Exquisite personnel. It is located in a very central area of Palermo, therefore I would strongly raccomend it for visiting the city.
The hotel was conveniently locate in a nice area of central Palermo. Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room on the third floor was "traditional Sicilian" style, to put it politely. It was smelling of old furniture, the mattress was so old that the springs were coming out and the bed sheets had holes in them. The bathroom was a wartime survivor, with the shower in a pit and the falling...
Very clean hotel. Cheap. Friendly staff. Wonderful and lavish breakfast. Close to the center of the town. I strongly recommend this hotel
It is well located, at convenient place, near the old city center. The hotel itself is a bit dated. Very nice and polite staff.
Small but friendly hotel in the center of Palermo. Convenient to reach. Two sets of stairs at the entrance.
Wasn't terribly impressed with the room itself, but great staff there 24/7, centrally located to all things you'd want to see in the center of Palermo and parking available at an affordable price.

We had a delightful stay at the Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal during our visit to Palermo. The building itself showed some cracks and could do with some maintenance, but the room was spotless and the room was big and had airconditioning. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. Do not clean even if it is dusty. generally weak, so I don't really care. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient location. The bus stop is also a 1-minute walk. But not 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is sufficient cost performance.
The hotel is located in a very nice area and close to everything. They also have a Collaboration with a parking garage very nearby which is very helpful as most of the point of interests can be reached by walking form the hotel. Reasonable rooms and facility compared the pricing but I found the front desk staff might be more friendly then they were since I never seen they smiled once. There were plenty of activity and restaurant around. We found statue of liberty and bowling place nearby. I heard first floor rooms are more comfortable then others.
Are there for a conference. However, it is located in the central point of the city, to the shoulders of via libertà, well served by public transport urban and suburban airports, both of Palermo, Trapani. Affordable prices
The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice.. WiFi fairly fast. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view.
I have not seen the interior of the structure for good, but only a room where to play in professional courses.
Known for the case for a business stay in Palermo and found the rooms although small but very clean and an excellent restaurant, breakfast is really good

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The bus from Palermo airport stops opposite outside 'Teatro Politeama Garibaldi' so it's super easy to get to. Central Palermo walkable from the hotel, or lots of buses nearby. Big, spacious room. Staff super friendly and helpful!
Pretty ok but there's no actual air conditioning (it's a weird water-cooled system which barely gets the room temperature down to "not dying of heat" while the corridors actually *are* air-conditioned) and the WiFi kinda sucks; I've never been able to actually use it. Stayed here for three nights and loved every minute of it. Perfect central location, rooms are brand new and completely updated, cleaning staff’s attention to detail is immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. This is a stunning hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much!
Great location and it is easy to see that this was once a pinnacle of luxury. Despite efforts to keep the hotel up to its former glory, there are noticeable signs of aging. That aside, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff friendly and accommodating and breakfast in an opulent ball room felt quite luxurious.
It was a good location, food at the restaurant was relatively good. (Though you don't get to chose the food so it was hit or miss in that regard) Elevators made funny noises, scared a few patrons. Shower did not drain properly, but in many ways beat other local hotels. Average. Purely average minus the beautiful lobby.
Gorgeous hotel, and pleasant staff. I was disappointed however to find that women are charged more than men for the laundry service. Quite why it should be more expensive to place a female item of clothing into a washing machine than a male one escapes me, and this is why I have deducted one star.
Beautiful hotel with spirit, but the interiors and comfort lags behind the near hotels in the area. Rooms, TV and A/C must definitely get a rewamp.

Everyone must know that we stayed at this hotel the last night of our 10-day honeymoon, and we can definitively say it is by far the best (most superb) stay out of every other hotel we experienced in all of Sicily. 1. Central location and cute looking. The building is historic and has surprises everywhere. Beautiful spaces and art throughout. The beds are going to kill your back if you’ve got any issues with it. The AC was weak And cut out partway through the night. The breakfast was very good and I’d recommend trying - a great selection of delicious food.
Stayed for 3 nights some months ago. Hotel is lovely and location is great. Breakfast is nice. Booked a single room and felt like Cinderella… when she was living with her stepmother. It was tiny, with barely any excuse at decoration and peeling paint. The bathroom was also very small and the shower had barely any room to move in.
Magnificent place, based on the ancient Palazzo Tarallo, whose structure is preserved. 18th century palace, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, in the heart of Palermo, unique atmosphere, marble staircases, chandeliers and breathtaking views of the roof terrace. Very comfortable hotel located in the middle of the city. Easy to get to and from. Great base of operations while in Palermo. The major issue here is that the Wifi signal is very weak. Easier to turn it off and go with 4G service.

Hotel is in a poor state with dirty rooms and broken facilities...needs some attention. Staff very friendly though. Breakfast average.
The best thing about this hotel is the location, it's a short walk to the old town. The hotel itself is very run down, VERY. Breakfast tasty, plenty of food and drinks to choose. Great view from the room, you can see the panorama of Palermo.
Overall, its a very good hotel to stay at given the price. The staff were all delightful and more than happy to help. Check in was a quick and easy, and the rooms were amazing as well, spacious and modern. The major downside of the hotel is the location. If you are not renting a car then do not consider it, period. Other than that I have no complaints.
Been in this location between the 11th and 18th of August . I`ve visited severals hotels in Palermo due to the fact my family lives there, but always stayed in 4 stars and above. So, I was wondering what time was going to be. Wow , I was wrong! Reception : Extremely friendly service at arrival , the girl ( julia, i guess ) was absolutely wonderful on explaining us all the hotel`s facilities and times...
Parking on site, amazing views over Palermo, restaurant has some good food as well, but that comes with the price. Rooms are clean, gym is nicely equipped, and there is a pool table as well. Really enjoyed our stay.
The Hotel is located on the top as compared to Palermo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool, located in a strategic position, with views across Palermo. The staff are polite and helpful.
It is a budget hotel with good services, quiet, with a pool next summer well, it is away from the city, but they all have transfers direct to the city, the breakfast maybe we miss more variety of fruit, the restaurant is ok, in summary and.diempre taking into account what you pay for complies with what is expected, unless the wifi but it has been in almost all of Sicily

Most difficult check-in I have experienced in all my many years of travel. Address and access code very easy to gain... but phone for room number?!! Building was empty and I had no data roaming. Luckily had enough Italian to ask passing policeman to phone and not long after a VERY grumpy woman came and showed me to accommodation round the corner, gave me keys and disappeared. Breakfast (for me...
Very close to the city center but still very quiet. It's a simple but honest hotel. There is no reception: You get a code for the main door (strangers won't have access to the hotel) and upon calling the hotel, you get your roomnumber (keys are allready at your designated room). Rooms are clean and moderately siced, theres multiple towels and shampoo/soap. The minibar/AC are somewhat loud (sound turns...
This family run bed and breakfast features spacious and clean rooms with an excellent rain shower. The quiet neighbourhood is walking distance to all the main features of the city and city centre. The breakfast options are local and excellent with plenty of choice. The Cannoli in particular make a great start to your Sicilian experience! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the property represents...
Excellently central in the historical centre, and close to train and bus connections. Yet quiet and just outside the buzz of the tourist traps. Clean, comfortable, and dependable wifi. Upon arrival the staff were nice enough to help me out with a problem that could have hindered my visit to magnificent Palermo.
The by-product from all points of view! Location, cleanliness, and good taste. The breakfast was excellent. Was the manager.
Great location, walking distance to all mayor attractions. Follow the recommendations from the owners and you will eat at the best places at Palermo. Excellent room and clean.
