The service from the staff and manager at Villa Lampedusa was wonderful! We had a very stressful day, with our flights cancelled and last minute booking at the hotel via our airline. The manager was so helpful and accommodating and managed to arrange a transfer for us to and from the hotel. It was so good we requested to stay again for our second night until our rescheduled flight. Excellent food available...

This was a fantastic location to stay in. The staff were very communicative and fluent in English. They were very responsive over email and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived. Everything was clean, security was tight, and overall was a fantastic stay!

Spacious, clean room with central location for exploring Palermo. On site parking and they let you stow your luggage pre and post checkout and check in. Breakfast on site with many refreshing options such as eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, caffè. Only downside is the room smelled like smoke on and off during the stay.

We only stayed overnight as we were going to use the ferry over to Cagliari the next morning. Ideal as it's just across Palermo port. Had a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Great building or complex. This grand hotel consists of 3 former palaces. And there are many marvellous dreams to discover inside. The cool inner courtyard is wonderful on hot summer days. Very nice hotel. Excellent air conditioning. No complaints. Yes, the beds are quite firm but that didn't bother me.

This is a nice spot with a close proximity to the four corners area and the market. The area around it is fine and is easily walkable. My major concern is how hard the beds are, the management needs to invest in something softer.

The rooms are small but clean, comfortable bed and breakfast with plenty of choice.. WiFi fairly fast. Excellent view of the highest floor, I recommend making a jump to the 12th and top floor to watch from the only window in the view.

Stayed here for three nights and loved every minute of it. Perfect central location, rooms are brand new and completely updated, cleaning staff’s attention to detail is immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. This is a stunning hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location and it is easy to see that this was once a pinnacle of luxury. Despite efforts to keep the hotel up to its former glory, there are noticeable signs of aging. That aside, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff friendly and accommodating and breakfast in an opulent ball room felt quite luxurious.

The Eurostars C Palace is spacious and lovely. Its furniture, which some of them preserved from the original period, was an exceptionally wonderful thing. Stayed for 3 nights some months ago. Hotel is lovely and location is great. Breakfast is nice. Booked a single room and felt like Cinderella… when she was living with her stepmother. It was tiny, with barely any excuse at decoration and peeling paint. The bathroom was also very small and the shower had barely any room to move in.

Breakfast tasty, plenty of food and drinks to choose. Great view from the room, you can see the panorama of Palermo.

Overall, its a very good hotel to stay at given the price. The staff were all delightful and more than happy to help. Check in was a quick and easy, and the rooms were amazing as well, spacious and modern. The major downside of the hotel is the location. If you are not renting a car then do not consider it, period. Other than that I have no complaints.

Been in this location between the 11th and 18th of August . I`ve visited severals hotels in Palermo due to the fact my family lives there, but always stayed in 4 stars and above. Parking on site, amazing views over Palermo, restaurant has some good food as well, but that comes with the price. Rooms are clean, gym is nicely equipped, and there is a pool table as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is located on the top as compared to Palermo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool, located in a strategic position, with views across Palermo. The staff are polite and helpful.

Excellently central in the historical centre, and close to train and bus connections. Yet quiet and just outside the buzz of the tourist traps. Clean, comfortable, and dependable wifi. Upon arrival the staff were nice enough to help me out with a problem that could have hindered my visit to magnificent Palermo.
