I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this hotel. During my stay, there was a mistake on my invoice, and despite numerous attempts to have it corrected, the issue remains unresolved. I contacted the hotel by phone approximately 10 times, and each time I had to explain the problem with the invoice from the beginning. This lack of continuity and accountability in handling my case was frustrating and unprofessional.
Additionally, I sent multiple emails requesting a corrected invoice, but none of them received a response. This complete disregard for customer communication is unacceptable, especially for business travelers who rely on accurate and timely documentation.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you are traveling on business, as dealing with formalities and getting any issues resolved appears to be incredibly challenging. This experience has been nothing short of a hassle, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
However, the AC wasn’t working properly and we had an unpleasant night.
Hotel is 5 min from subway stations and in a few minutes you can reach most places in Milan.
Lovely breakfast buffet with continental and hot options.
Free toiletries and air con in the room. Polite and attentive staff.
Would definitely stay there again.
With Marriott, you expect a certain level of service not present at this hotel.
If the local group that is running this “Marriott” wants to save money by not paying a cook and waiters, then it shouldn’t be called a Marriott and they shouldn’t be charging Marriott prices.
They claim there is no room service due to the Pandemic, in my view, it’s quite pathetic to be using Covid as an excuse for their cost cutting.
If the cleaning staff can come into your room and put their hands on your pillow, sheets, towels, shampoo, surely the hotel staff could leave a tray of food outside your door.
When I mentioned I had never seen a Marriott without food service, the front desk staff made an idiotic comment that I could find food outside. No friendly suggestions or apologies.
I don’t mind the 70s decor and the room tv from the 1980s, but I am quite surprised Marriott is letting this hotel be run like this, dirtying the good Marriott name.
