Good business hotel but location is a bit remote

Very good hotel, the quality is worth the price, but you have to drive to the location. I saw many flight attendants staying here

Cool hotel for price/quality/location. Clean and modern rooms. Good restaurant. Breakfast is delicious. Own paid parking.

I stayed at Sheraton San Siro for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were extremely courteous and always willing to assist, which really enhanced the stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food offered at the hotel was also impressive.

However, there were a few downsides. Room service was a bit disappointing. I noticed dust accumulation in my room, and the shower gel ran out, requiring me to request a refill. A bit more attention to housekeeping would greatly improve the experience.

Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Sheraton San Siro for its great hospitality, food, and overall comfort.

Good experience

Modern and clean hotel with nice public spaces. Good lounge, breakfast and happy hour for elite members. Rooms are loud. I could hear the rain outside, shoes walking above, housekeeping knocking on doors in the hall, a buzzing silent alarm of the phone next door. To get to Malpensa you can take a 120 flat rate taxi. Or I took a 17 euro taxi to the Bovisa Poly station and then the 13 euro fast train to Malpensa.

Nice hotel. The location is a little remote. However, they offer a shuttle bus to the city centre. Limited capacity… a reservation in advance is necessary.

Breakfast has all the necessary continental elements. The staff is nice. But to get a cappuccino can be challenging as they are quite busy and ordering take some time. I would expect that they come to your table and take the order for eggs and coffee in time. I don’t want to look for the waiter all the time… especially when I am in a hurry.

Pool is outdoor. So autumn and winter the pool is closed.
The gym is quite nice and has plenty of equipment. The cable machine and dumbbells are enough for me.

One hint. At the weekend a lot of football related events take place. If you are a fan of certain football clubs you might be lucky to meet the players in the gym or in the lounge. Milano must play at home of course. ☺️ last time Lecce was there. Unfortunately they occupied the whole lounge and I couldn’t use it as usual.
One consequence of this… the hotel staff can be quite busy… service and lounge access can be limited if you need these facilities. That can be annoying, if you are there to relax or for working. As a Marriott titanium member I normally book hotels exactly for the lounge or other facilities to hold meetings and work in the hotel. So that’s a minus for me in particular. For others this might not matter at all.

Lake Como is not too far and the city centre can be reached at by public transport or hotel shuttle The public transport ticket costs 15 euro for 3 days in Milano. That’s more than fair.
The hotel is close to the stadium btw.

Parking costs quite a lot. If you stay for several days the costs will ramp up. If I go there again I would look for a parking spot outside as there are most probably plenty of free ones. At least it looks like that.

All in all 4 stars as the events like company events and football events there can be quite annoying if you want to relax. The service is also sometimes not on point and not according to my personal expectation for a Sheraton hotel which I would place in the higher middle class of hotels.

Solid hotel with some potential to improve.

I stayed here when I was watching a game late at night. The room was spacious and comfortable. Because there were probably too many people staying at the hotel during the game, I couldn't check in at 7 o'clock. I was given a club lounge card and breakfast for the next morning. The staff was very friendly. There were not many choices for breakfast the next day.
