Park Hyatt Milano

My wife and I spent our last night of vacation in Milan. I was nervous about picking a place to eat, and sometimes hotel restaurants fall short. Nothing could have been more UNTRUE about La Cupola. Everything we ordered, from the wine to our last course was fantastic. Food well executed and presented. James attended us and his service was truly special. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the beginning. He understands service, as we never needed to “look for someone.” He was always there ahead of time. I highly recommend the restaurant and hope you find James there to attend you!

Our stay at Park Hyatt Milano was very pleasant and comfortable. The location is perfect, situated right next to the duomo. Staffs were attentive and helpful. I deducted a star due to strong smell of bleach in the room that didn’t go away for hours.

Definitely the nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip to Italy. The second we stepped out of our taxi, we were helped with our bags which were brought up then to our room. Check in was fast and efficient. We were then guided to our room and even given a quick tour of the room, where to find things, and the function of different switches. This actually makes a huge difference because it’s very easy to get confused as a foreigner in Italy what each switch does. The room itself was huge, as was the bathroom, two sinks and all. We ended our trip at this hotel and it was a wonderful conclusion to our journey in Italy.

This hotel’s location cannot be beat. We stayed for one night to attend the Grand Prix. The front desk was very gracious and gave us access to showers in the spa since our room wasn’t ready when we dropped our luggage off to head to the race. Our room was upgraded to a gallery view and was simply fabulous. The beds and room service were wonderful after an exhausting day at the track. Would absolutely return.

Very good hotel, excellent location less than three minutes walk to Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle . I booked a junior suite and got no upgrade. Check in was fast and efficient. The junior suite ( 220 ) have about 55 m² , have separate toilet, shower , bath and 2 sink. The bed is 2,00 X 2,00 mt. Mattress very good. Towels are fluffy. Coffee machine with complimentary capsules. Room service adequate, food arrived before 30 minutes of the order. Buffet breakfast is expensive, 65/75 EUR per person. Extra charge for our dog ( pet fee ) 100 EUR. Requests from housekeeping were answered fast and efficiently. Our demands for extra towels and extra bed cloth were observed. Air condition is efficient and refrigerated the junior suite in our desired temperature , 18° Celsius. You did not ask for late checkout as we did not need. Checkout was also efficient and fast , had paid the room with Hyatt points, so paid only the extras.
I recommend Park Hyatt Milano and for certain will stay here in a next stay in Milan.

Its our first time in Milan Park Hyatt and it could not be any better. I like the design of the rooms and also the wide selection of food in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and specially that in our last night there was a sudden water leakage coming from the ceiling. What I liked the most is how the Hotel staff took care of the incident and upgraded us to a presidential suite! Thanks for the front desk staff and specially Stefano who was very helpful and sincere in making sure that we have a nice experience after what happened which was a mistake that could happen anywhere. For me I found what I am always looking for which is a super CX that appreciates the customer and work hard to make him, her happy!

Our second time at this location, and it won’t be our last! The service and location at this hotel is beyond expectations. We were greeted with gifts upon arrival as well as departure celebrating our anniversary and my birthday… The small details are what makes this property unique!

We had an excellent experience staying here. The service was wonderful from check in to check out. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I really enjoyed the shower - it had strong water pressure which is hard to come by sometimes. The location is phenomenal.
Steps away from Duomo and the Duomo metro station. It makes getting around very easy. 100% would stay here again.

I really enjoyed this stay. As soon as we arrived they did not have our rooms ready but took excellent care of us with coffee, granita, and snacks while we were waiting! Amazing service! The ameneities are very nice and the hotel is very modern. Rooms are spacious compared to European hotels. We also enjoyed the fact that even though they were SLAMMED at breakfast they were attentive and we felt a really wonderful individual attention that we otherwise wouldn’t have had. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel!

Park Hyatt Milan is super impressive. I really enjoyed the spa and the location, central to everything. My only minor complaint was the breakfast - the sweets were great, but the rest, not so much. Could use more variety and more proteins. Otherwise, a nearly perfect stay!
