Park Hyatt Milano

Its our first time in Milan Park Hyatt and it could not be any better. I like the design of the rooms and also the wide selection of food in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and specially that in our last night there was a sudden water leakage coming from the ceiling. What I liked the most is how the Hotel staff took care of the incident and upgraded us to a presidential suite! Thanks for the front desk staff and specially Stefano who was very helpful and sincere in making sure that we have a nice experience after what happened which was a mistake that could happen anywhere. For me I found what I am always looking for which is a super CX that appreciates the customer and work hard to make him, her happy!

Our second time at this location, and it won’t be our last! The service and location at this hotel is beyond expectations. We were greeted with gifts upon arrival as well as departure celebrating our anniversary and my birthday… The small details are what makes this property unique!

We had an excellent experience staying here. The service was wonderful from check in to check out. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I really enjoyed the shower - it had strong water pressure which is hard to come by sometimes. The location is phenomenal.
Steps away from Duomo and the Duomo metro station. It makes getting around very easy. 100% would stay here again.

I really enjoyed this stay. As soon as we arrived they did not have our rooms ready but took excellent care of us with coffee, granita, and snacks while we were waiting! Amazing service! The ameneities are very nice and the hotel is very modern. Rooms are spacious compared to European hotels. We also enjoyed the fact that even though they were SLAMMED at breakfast they were attentive and we felt a really wonderful individual attention that we otherwise wouldn’t have had. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel!

Park Hyatt Milan is super impressive. I really enjoyed the spa and the location, central to everything. My only minor complaint was the breakfast - the sweets were great, but the rest, not so much. Could use more variety and more proteins. Otherwise, a nearly perfect stay!

Park Hyatt hotels are typically pretty good and the one in Milan is no exception.

Another big thank you to the restaurant and bar staff. They made our mornings and evenings a great way start and end the day. The breakfast was really quite good and served with a sunny and very friendly disposition. By the second morning they remembered our drink preferences. That’s a nice touch.

We were on a family holiday with our 8 year old twins. The hotel anticipated our arrival and welcomed the kids with some very nice surprises. The kid-sized bathrobes were a big hit. They thought it couldn’t get better until a very nice young woman from the bar staff surprised the kids with a stuffed toy and small Lego set. This really made their day. Thank you.

The bell boys specifically were super helpful in holding our bags packing the car, holding the car for us when needed...

great treatment to globalists

Great hotel. Very modern. Room service is average (expect better for >E100). Would happily stay here again. Staff out to help you. Quick check in process. Clean rooms with everything you need. Stay here but don't have high (or low) expectations of room service.

Easily the best hotel among the many 5-star hotels we stayed at during our Italy trip. Newly renovated suite is awesome and every staff we talked to is friendly and professional. Also great treatment to Hyatt Globalists!

One of the best I ever had been in. Excellent service, exceptional breakfast and top location. Everything you need to feel special, comfortable and happy where you are. You can just seat at the bar, relaxing with a glass of champagne or at the main area restaurant and you just feel special. Totally recommend! Go and enjoy!
