The quilt and bedding are made of synthetic fiber, and the toilet paper is very thin like the ones used in public toilets. The bed sheet is torn. After turning off the lights at night, I found that the door of the room was open, and the wind and sound from the corridor blew into the room. This hotel cut corners on details everywhere. Maybe this kind of fashion hotel is more fake five-star.

I stayed there for a week and felt like home away from home by the great hospitality shown by all staff front desk, room service staff. They smile, greet and show you are welcomed.
Breakfast was very good and the service team too.
This hotel has an exceptional location with central station just a walk away. I would highly recommend it to anyone solo or families looking for stay in Milan.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even though there was a minor misunderstanding. I had booked a room through an application, but upon arrival, the room was different from what I expected due to the app. Despite this, the hotel graciously upgraded my room, which I deeply appreciated. The room amenities, especially the high-quality body creams, were excellent and added a touch of luxury. However, housekeeping services could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the staff’s efforts.

The transportation is conveniently located next to the subway station. There are also small supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. It has a relatively new and youthful feel. There are some artworks placed in the lobby. It happened to be our 10th anniversary trip, and they decorated the room very thoughtfully.

The hotel is luxurious and has a sense of design. The mini bar has more than a dozen drinks and snacks, all of which seem to be free. The location is also very convenient. It is within walking distance of Napoleon Street, the cathedral and the train station.

Stayed there one night. I booked a junior suite with city view. Rooms are very tastefully decorated, spacious. Very comfortable bed and high quality linen. Lots of extras in the room rate reserved. Fridge filled with complementary soft drinks, complementary cocktails at the roof bar, bottle of Prosecco and little tarts in the room. We haven’t used some of the complementary services offered, but we were very impressed. Around 20 minutes walk from the historical part of Milan, but complementary car transfer was offered.
Enjoyed breakfast at the 10 floor and evening drink there too. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.
Only negative is the excessive charge for overnight parking -€55 and a bit to long wait for valet parking

Stayed 3 nights Room very nice and comfortable. Great location as is walking distance to train station. Staff very nice. Our greeting upon arrival exceptional. Like the fact you need a key card to access floors. Roof top bar is nice. Has a nice outdoor terrace with comfortable seating areas. Would recommend.
