Everything was amazing. Service and food were spectacular. The ambiance is sensational. It's is luxurious, but feels very comfortable and welcoming to all including families and pets. It's not just a great hotel, it's a great Mandarin Oriental.

My Parek Philips watch was stolen by hotel one of the hotel staff from my room after I had left it in the bathroom. Normally hotel staff have to be honest and give the forgotten items back to the owners, but not here of course!!
I don't trust this hotel staff at all. Be careful folks don't leave your expensive bags or belongings around.
They will be gone and you can't do anything with the slow legal system. Unsafe!

Very elegant hotel with a modern contemporary look. The attention to guest is impeccable all the way from the valet to the concierge, restaurant, and the reception. We were attended by Nicolas Z. who truly made our check-in process very quick, easy and stress free. Throughout our stay he had been very helpful giving us tips around the city and impecable customer service. He was definitely a spotlight of the team! Looking forward to coming back to this wonderful hotel.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly unforgettable and filled with wonderful memories. Celebrating my 25th birthday here was beyond anything I could have imagined! Special thanks to Valentina and G for recommending the perfect places to go out, tailored to our preferences. Huge appreciation to Simone and Luca for the delicious cocktails and the fantastic time we had at The Garden Bar—it was a real highlight! And thank you to Irene and the breakfast team for the thoughtful birthday touches. The Mandarin Oriental Milano is an incredible property, perfectly located to explore the heart of Milan, with a beautiful spa where you can truly unwind.

This stay was so special, from start to end. My friend and I had visited Milan a decade ago and were looking forward to exploring the city again. The hotel is beautiful and the location is ideal, but it was the team at Mandarin Oriental Milan that made it so special. Martina was so welcoming at check in, and showed us all the facilities, making us feel at home. Giacomo and Valentina at Concierge arranged the perfect meals for us throughout our stay. Mehdi the driver was fantastic. And breakfast was delicious, made more enjoyable by Giovanni, Sofia and Stefano. Thank you to all for making it so memorable, we will be back!

From the welcoming and attentive service of the concierge team to the outstanding check-in experience provided by the reception, and the final touches from the housekeeping team (we loved it!!) - this hotel truly feels like a genuine home away from home. Love the employees’s smiles throughout day, loved the Spa area and the generous attention to my kids offered by all employees! Food and drinks were excellent!!
