One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and forthcoming, going out of their way to make our stay perfect. The suite was spacious and clean. Central location in a lively area, easy to reach on foot and by public transport. It was a pleasure!

I have a mix feeling about this hotel!
It is a beautiful place, the hall has some great exposition of art and perfumes.
We arrived and the doorman was fantastic very helpful, brought our luggage inside and parked the car!
The lovely concierge at the door recommended us a few restaurants and gave some indication of the sightseeing in Milan centre.
Breakfast was superb, from fruits to savoury dishes, gluten free and lactose free choice.
This was the best part of our staying.
Now, what we didn’t like and we will not go back is the room.
The temperature was set so low that was freezing and even when we switched off the AC it was still freezing!!!
We stayed just one night but it was enough for waking up the following morning myself without a voice and my partner with a sinusitis.
We called twice the reception, they sent twice someone to check, apparently the internal temperature for hygienic reasons was set up very low. You could feel the cold air coming out from somewhere.
Not a pleasant feeling and experience.
We understood that some of the rooms don’t have this new AC system, and therefore it would have been nice if the receptionist, with a bit of effort could change us to a more comfortable room and make our staying a better experience.
For us It is not categorised as 5 star hotel!!

Beautiful hotel, with great modern rooms and amazing breakfast. Service is also fantastic. Beds are very comfortable and linens are all great. Because the hotel used to be a perfume factory, the entire hotel smells beautiful. A fabulous choice!

Loved our ultra modern room at the hotel. The service and sumptuous breakfast
(included) was exceptional. They greeted us with some lovely champagne and pastries. Conveniently located within walking distance of the canals and a quick tram or train ride away from the center. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. They do provide a fixed rate taxi service for the airport, please reserve parking was free for us!

The hotel and the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. The hotel experience was like a tropical/spa/modern it was very nice the breakfast was nice. The hotel parking also gave us the privilege of parking our car at any time and the staff was extraordinary. They even helped with the daily activities of our trip. Thank you for all the staff. Angela, the general manager the owner everyone did an amazing job i recommended this hotel to all of my family who wants to experience milan in a carefree comfortable efficient hotel

It is a beautiful hotel! Staff very helpful and friendly especially the staff at the breakfast room. The only thing I really wish was better is the spa service. The masseuse are not on site so you have to book very in advance and eventhough the masseuse was a physiotherapy student , the approach to a holistic massage with the relaxing music, and scents was not provided. This is a real shame because the hotel is very well set up to offer a real massage experience and being a parfum hotel falls very short in this respect.

We had a lovely stay! So stylish and elegant. And the breakfast was to die for! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Awkward to get (as any hotel in a big city), but when you've solved the problem of the car (the Hotel has two parking lots are available for those who participate to the conferences), you find yourself in an environment that is bright and nice, which puts you immediately at ease. You can find opportunities to stay at really attractive prices.
