Very nice and modern hotel. Centrally located with good restaurants and bars near by. Friendly staffing, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very quiet rooms thanks to its good isolation, you barely hear anything from outside nor from inside. Curtains are very effective, the room gets dark when curtains are closed. Monitored underground parking with direct elevator to the hotel available.

Very nice staying here. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, especially a black guy, he assisted us with our luggage, taxi and everything since we reach. Thanks for making our experience at Milan so good, wishing you all the best!

New hotel, very good location, nice rooms and views from balconies. The General Manager told me that “we provide only room & bad and nothing more - what else do you want?! its my home - if you don’t like anything - go whenever you want - I don’t care” indeed - no good services were provided. No information about services provided by the hotel for those who arrive on cars, bad cleaning of rooms, no internal communication between the team on late checkouts, etc. Hotel is nice and might be a very good place to stay in Milan, but the management is concentrated more on how cool they are than on what the guest need - finally the guests will vote for the new management with their money and the hotel will be much better!

I recently stayed at the Milano Vertical hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and offers easy access to all the major attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend the Milano Vertical hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

This hotel is really amazing. The cost service ratio is very good. The rooms are big and very modern, some with super good balconies. The staff is really friendly and super efficient. The breakfast is good too ans so is the restaurant. It's quite good for a 4 star hotel. I spent one month there.
