The hotel is perfectly located and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. However, what impressed me the most was the exceptional courtesy of the staff. Every team member I interacted with was polite, eager to help, and very professional. Truly a pleasant and unforgettable experience!

This is one of the best hotels i ever stayed in Italy. Worths every penny. Spa was the highlight.

Perfect hotel,great price performance,very helpful staff,great breakfast (never had such good breakfast in Italy,fresh juices,very wide selection of everything,tasty coffee)

We had six wonderful nights at the Art Hotel, we can only describe it as a five star experience and we are looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for your hospitality and for giving us great memories of Milan. We have been recommending the Art Hotel to our friends. The soundproofed room was so quiet and peaceful, the staff were so accommodating and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the location was perfect to explore Milan before having dinner at one of the many gorgeous restaurants beside the canal before taking a short stroll back to the hotel.

Trendy hotel in the heart of Navagli in Naples. Staff were super attentive. Room had a bit of a European feel to it, and we were able to sleep on a comfy king sized bed.

The hotel is nice overall, the breakfast was amazing, my partner and experienced two black outs during our stay, one in the morning before leaving for work and another one on the same day in the evening before our business dinner.
First time lasted 1h and the second one almost 1h30, and because of that we were late for our dinner.
However we understand that this may happen but when we went to the reception to ask for an explanation the night porter answered us in a very rude way, he was just making the point that this things happened and luckily there was someone available or we could stay without energy for the whole
Weekend and of course did not apologize.
We were horrified by the bad manners, and couldn’t believe that he was answering like that to us.
Another very weird thing is that in our room there wasn’t an emergency light so we were completely left in the dark also our room was outdated and the furniture was older than my grand parents farm house.

Really good hotel with parking. Right in the center of the Navigli area with canals and lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and welcoming. Large comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Good value for money with a nice outdoor bar and rooftop terrace.
