I order room with 4 beds , and we was 3 guest , lately we add one more guest , and they charge me €120 for 2 night for the same room , I think that’s unfair, I can understand if they charge me city tax , but not for same room which I paid for it

The hotel is not too far away from tram-, metro- and train stations, all in very reasonable walking distances. Upon arrival I had a mixed first impression of the outside, because the building is looking fairly dated, but contrary to that, it was looking very modern on the inside. They are true to their name, having lots of pieces of art on display.

When we arrived, the two rooms we've booked, weren't ready yet. They offered to stored away my luggage until then, but the employee forgot to hand me the ticket number attached to my baggage. That caused a little confusion later, when I went to pick it up once the rooms were prepared. But luckily that could get sorted out quickly and I got my things back.

My personal single bedroom was very small, but had everything I'd expect it to have.
As I've read in other reviews already, I can confirm that the sound proofing of the walls is truly terrible. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise around 11 to 12pm at night. It seemed like, there was some sort of construction going on in the room next door. Besides that, I could also clearly hear my neighbors phone VIBRATE at night and naturally also their alarm clock in the morning.

The second booking, a premium double bedroom, had a non-functional shower, that couldn't get fixed in a timely manner. That made it necessary to relocate to another room two days in a row. Which was another mild inconvenience.

The shower in my single bed room was working flawlessly, very constant water temperature and good water pressure. I would say the defective shower was an exception and nothing to expect normally when staying in this hotel.

The room service tidied up the bedrooms, replaced the towels in the bathroom and put a free bottle of water in the mini-fridge every day.

I was very satisfied with the breakfast room and breakfast selection. The employees paid attention, and were quick to ask if one would like any hot beverage or removed empty plates from the tables. I would recommend having breakfast in the hotel.

During the day, there's been little buffets free of charge in the lobby area, next to the hotel bar.
Around noon, you could choose from having a glass of water or juice, a cup of coffee or tea. Additionally, there were some fruits and coffee biscuits to pick from.
In the evening one could choose from a variety of smaller snacks.

The staff has been very friendly and tried to help with any issues we had to the best of their abilities and we felt very welcomed during our stay.

Sadly we didn't find the time to explore the Spa and gym area. But they looked nice on the photos.

The managers of this hotel were extremely hostile and treated me and my family as if we are some kind of thieves or owe them something. I don't know if it matters, but I am Asian (saying this only because we experienced racism around Italy and I wonder if it affected the way we were treated). They also surveilled us and wouldn't give us our passports at the check in, repeating time after time that they will do so when we leave. This was extremely hostile to the point we felt scared for our lives. We are experienced travelers and this was the first time we were treated with utter disrespect. Spoiled the whole Italy experience for us.

Quite old and in need of renovation and modernisation. My room was very small and pretty basic. Besides A/C was not working and it felt quite warm in the room despite being early April. There was also quite some noise during the night. But staff were friendly and breakfast was good

While the hotel overall is nice, the service is bizarrely inconsistent. The first person to greet me and check me in was very nice. But one night, around 4a, I woke up and went down to ask for a bottled water as my (non-working) mini-fridge was out. The water was provided, no issue. But when I asked for some ice for my own water bottle(they have an icemaker at the bar in the common room), I was snapped at with a finger held up to my face— “no, absolutely not.” It was 4am and I have NO idea why he had to be so rude. It was very off putting.

I also was given a single room when I paid for a double. This was not the fault of the hotel as it was a mistake with the booking partner, I’d used points to book. But I was told (again, in a haughty, somewhat dismissive manner) “we’d happily upgrade you for free, but we have to prioritize double rooms for those who paid for them.” Well — I DID pay for a double — ~$70/night more. I wasn’t asking for an upgrade, I was asking for what I’d paid for.

The room was clean, and nicely furnished with all you could need. The mini fridge was off/non-working. Often, smokers-smell filled the room and the bathroom occasionally had a sewage smell (which I’ve seen noted in other reviews). And, of course, it was a single, when I’d paid for a double (the booking partner made the problem right with a credit).

It was inconsistent at best. The price is VERY fair for the quality of the hotel overall, but the mixed service quality is off-putting.

The hotel is well located in the trendy area of Milan, with plenty of local bars & restaurants. Although the room was well equipped and quite large, we found it not to be particularly clean (what you would expect from a 4-star hotel) and a little dated for the price. In addition, the walls and sound proofing leaves a lot to be desired, which made it difficult to sleep some nights. Having said that, you do pay for the great location. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it but there are some areas for improvement.

The hotel is perfectly located and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. However, what impressed me the most was the exceptional courtesy of the staff. Every team member I interacted with was polite, eager to help, and very professional. Truly a pleasant and unforgettable experience!

This is one of the best hotels i ever stayed in Italy. Worths every penny. Spa was the highlight.
