The hotel is nice overall, the breakfast was amazing, my partner and experienced two black outs during our stay, one in the morning before leaving for work and another one on the same day in the evening before our business dinner.
First time lasted 1h and the second one almost 1h30, and because of that we were late for our dinner.
However we understand that this may happen but when we went to the reception to ask for an explanation the night porter answered us in a very rude way, he was just making the point that this things happened and luckily there was someone available or we could stay without energy for the whole
Weekend and of course did not apologize.
We were horrified by the bad manners, and couldn’t believe that he was answering like that to us.
Another very weird thing is that in our room there wasn’t an emergency light so we were completely left in the dark also our room was outdated and the furniture was older than my grand parents farm house.

Really good hotel with parking. Right in the center of the Navigli area with canals and lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and welcoming. Large comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Good value for money with a nice outdoor bar and rooftop terrace.

The professionalism and elegance of the staff, the cleanliness, the variety of services that the hotel offers. A pleasant, beautiful and gentlemanly holiday. We tried the three local gins and loved the salty one. The space is cozy and the staff are amazingly responsive and helpful.

They have the nicest staff. I had issues with my rental vehicle, and Silvia treated it as it happened to her. She quickly assisted me with the issue to be resolved, which exceeded my expectations--don't think I can find another person who'd be more willing to help me with this tedious chore-like mission. I felt like being taken care of, and that makes me feel like home.

It’s a decent hotel which has many facilities which are not really cared for. The sauna is not insulated properly, half the equipment in the gym does not work. The terrace is not really cleaned and is infested with mosquitoes. The bedrooms are clean but the air conditioning could do with some work.

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Milan. A short walk to the city center, it offered a vibrant nightlife of its own in Navigli. It was close to several excellent restaurants, and the hotel itself was clean, modern and stylish. If offered a nice happy hour spread in the spacious hotel bar. If you go, remember to say hello to Marco, the excellent and ebullient bartender!
