Worst experience ever. Worst value for money SPA I've ever seen. Therapist was not pleasant and rushing throughout so it was not even relaxing. Massage was nothing special. I was late 10 mins, which I notified them but my massage lasted only 30mins and they requested I pay the full amount. I had to argue for them to consider in 20eur discount which was nothing, I would rather have had my full 60mins massage. Was supposed to be energizing and revitalizing but it was so plain, with some random oil. so I had to ask the therapist to increase the pressure so I could feel anything. She didnt even take the time at the beginning to explain the massage etc. Anyway worst experience. I was very upset.

The name of Armani is already a guarantee of the design is the quality of all that surrounds you in this hotel. Beautiful view from the restaurant of the hotel. Carefully prepared aesthetically. The environment of the minimalist style, clean lines, elegant colors and sober. Possibility to organize events with a limit of around 50 participants. The Catherine in the hotel is very good. See the city centre from the top is always exciting.

Great hotel, the room for you to rest and sleep all amenities. Bathroom perfect, can meet your needs, very luxurious. The employees are always very friendly, the restaurant definitely is top notch. spa Super like, network TV is great, the network is also very smooth.

Went for a couple of drinks at the Bamboo bar in the Armani hotel. We aren't hotel guests but were treated very well. Absolutely stunning hotel it smells wonderful as well as looks beautiful. The service is excellent. The staff are very attentive and lovely. The drinks are very expensive but lovely drinks and they serve some nibbles too. If you go in the evening there is a stunning view of the Duomo from the hotel. It was a great evening to spend at the hotel for a friends birthday.

Great location and an amazing lifestyle experience with excellent food, overall best service in town and one of the best globally. Best SPA in Europe with lower prices than competitors and unique treatments designed on your needs when you enter that magic door. The entire hotel is a piece of heaven on earth made with a lot of style and elegance from where you can enjoy an amazing view of the city. You are in the heart of fashion district and walking distance from all sighting. It can be rateb it just as the only and the best place in Milano and the only true five stars luxury place in town.
