This was an excellent hotel, especially the staff. The staff alongside with the hotel itself was the magnificent thing. The room services were spot on and on time. The breakfast was very good, the staff would bring stuff you request to your tables.

Hotel is perfectly fine but is 20 min by foot from the metro station (don't believe Google maps you can't cut through) and at least 30 from the entrance of the concert area, which is the main reason to book this hotel. It's quite a dull walk, in a particularly uninteresting part of the city.

Its quite out of the way and about 25mins drive from the city but its right next to the convention hall. Do bring along your own kettle as you would probably be given only one bottle of water throughout your stay. Staff is friendly and service is reasonable.

Super modern hotel with great facilities, great breakfast & great staff at the reception. Only issue is accessibility getting to the hotel. Hotel needs to add a shuttle service from the metro. Very difficult to find the hotel upon exiting the metro; will have to go around the Milano Fiera walking about 20min to get to the hotel. With minor improvement, this hotel has great potentials. 👍👍

The location is good, walking distance from Rho fiera Milano.
Though Rooms are small
Staff is helpful but no bell boy is available like most of the European Hotels unlike India where Guest is treated as dev.
Breakfast is good though there are limited options for vegetarians.

Good hotel just in case of visiting the exhibition. Far from the center and prices are quite high. This hotel can be classified as "office", good cuisine, clean free rooms. Small BUT, a lot of prostitutes that "hang out" in the lobby of the hotel.

Nice place to work in the fairgrounds. Walking distance exhibition buildings. Parking for cars is paid. There are no shops in the area. The hotel is good, they clean every day, change towels every day, breakfasts are full of different foods. The room has a kettle, tea, bar. Rooms are clean, bathroom is spacious. Liked the hotel, friendly staff.

Workers were patient, professional and friendly, from the front desk to the wait staff at breakfast to the person cleaning the stairs. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the fresh fruit and yogurt. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping was efficient. We would welcome do-it-yourself laundry facilities next time: washing machines and irons especially.
