This is a hard review to make, as there is a big split between the objective and subjective experience. This hotel has everything, but as if done on a check list. It could have been much better, but objectively it lacks little. The food at breakfast is plenty and done well. But the furniture and layout is “cold”. The hotel lacks warmth. Some carpets would go a long way. It’s also a bit far from the downtown, but we enjoyed our tram #1 ride every day to the downtown and back. That was a lovely experience by itself.

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1. Breakfast is reasonably good. The hotel seems modern and very clean, everything in the room was nice and functional. We would definitely return.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Kids’ bed large enough, quit rooms. However, we had to evacuate at 03:15 due to a fire alarm. But that’s not an issue of the hotel if guests smoke in their rooms …

I recommend it, it is located not far from the central airport in Milan. The hotel is at an excellent level, I like all the staff and cleanliness. Cozy and very comfortable! Cool interior, everything in unusual colors and lighting. The designers have clearly worked here. Everything seems to be in molecules that made in different colors. Very tasty cuisine, everything is always fresh for tomorrow and lunch and of course in the evening. It’s fashionable to order an omelette and meat. Everything is very tasty! Really this is the highest level of hotels. I recommend it to everyone. The location and everything else is at the highest level. Rooms with great views and all illuminated

I recently stayed at Voco on my first trip to Italy and had a fabulous experience the entire time. The hotel was very new and modern and overall very very nice. I enjoyed the various amenities and the breakfast was fabulous, I had it every morning of my trip. Lastly, what really made this stay for me was the strong customer service. The staff was always willing to help whenever I needed and answered any questions I may have.
I even got stuck in a tough situation with my transport in which they were beyond understanding and extremely helpful and for that, I will always recommend this hotel twice-fold. It was comforting to have a hotel who actually cared about me. Overall a great experience and will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Milan!

Nice modern hotel. Clean room but beware that the bathroom is open. Good breakfast. Tram station within short walking distance but nothing else nearby for tourists

Stayed in this hotel for our first trip to Milan with my family of 4, we had two separate rooms that were not connecting but beside each other. The service at the reception and restaurant was fantastic and professional. The buffet breakfast also had a very decent selection of food with plenty of seats. Room was very clean and nice, location also very good and very near to a newly opened mall Merlata Bloom with many options for eating. The only thing we didn’t like is the bathroom in the room doesn’t have a proper door that closes. And it’s transparent so not very suitable if you’re not a couple or like my two daughters who stayed in the same room and would have preferred more privacy when they are bathing 😝

Everything is good, but one “but” changes the impression. In the rooms there is laminate flooring everywhere, which is slippery. I slipped and hurt my knee, it’s been 2 weeks now and it still hurts.
I was also surprised that to visit the gym you need to book a visit time and receive a separate key, which was not communicated upon arrival at the hotel. For a long time they didn’t want to give me the key so I could take a look Is it worth spending time to visit the gym and swimming pool
As a result, when I was given the key and visited these places, there was no one there at all. As I understand it, the hotel’s policy is to prevent people from going there, so that there will be less costs for cleaning this area

We checked into this hotel on the night of September 22, 2023, due to a work trip, and let me tell you, it was the absolute worst pit stop in all my business escapades. It's mind-boggling that we dropped a whopping 400 euros to stay at this dump!
From the moment we checked in, we experienced negligence and impoliteness from the reception staff. Despite our advance reservation, they refused to accommodate us for various reasons, making it impossible for us to rest in our exhausted state from our business journey.
During our interactions with the staff, the female employees displayed impatience towards us. After several rounds of negotiation, we were finally allowed into our room.
Upon entering the room, our disappointment grew. The actual room differed significantly from the photos, and the cleanliness was incredibly poor. The towels emitted a strong disinfectant smell, and the floors and pillows were covered in uncleaned hair. The toilet corners were filled with dirt. The power outlets by the bed were damaged, posing a safety hazard. There was no trash bin in the bathroom, and the showerhead leaked water all night, creating a disturbing noise that prevented us from sleeping.
Furthermore, the shower enclosure was situated right in the middle of the room, the glass was almost transparent, offering a front-row seat to your colleague's impromptu shower concerts. which was extremely awkward for colleagues sharing the room during a business trip. I would not recommend this hotel for any business traveler.
It's worth noting that the room did not provide toothbrushes, slippers, or bathrobes. The provided shampoo and shower gel were not single-use items, raising doubts about the quality and hygiene of these bath products in such dire cleanliness conditions.
We attempted to call the room service to request a toothbrush, but there was no response for a long time. We almost gave up, but close to midnight, someone finally answered. An Asian room service staff brought us toothbrushes and slippers, which was appreciated.
