Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic I didn’t need any taxis everything is near you can walk to everything you need. The staff is so nice they clean my room every morning and come back at the evening to make sure my room is neat. The space of the rooms is perfect. I loved it and definitely would like to come back to it again.

We had a wonderful 2 bed/2.5 bath suite for 7 nights last week and had a wonderful time. Very up to date, well appointed, comfortable. A bit of street noise from our 2nd floor location but not enough to really bother us. Wonderful location 5 minutes to Duomo. Very helpful staff. If you go for the more "upscale" side of the hotel (which I believe costs more) you get access to a lovely eating/relaxation area with its own concierge. Free breakfast and snacks throughout the day! Can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

Trust my review and do not stay in this hotel. If location is important to you then by all means consider it but otherwise run away!! Firstly, It took us forever to check in because the hotel staff were very slow. We could tell they were taking their sweet time and making small talks to everyone.
When we got to the room we noticed that it was really warm. Turned on the AC but it was not working! It was literally a sauna! Called the concierge and they said it was due to the AC getting changed for the winter! They offered a pathetic fan instead and offered no compensation! Imagine paying almost 500 CAD per night and getting this in return!
The breakfast buffet was just disappointing and disgusting. The scramble eggs tasted like eating a tub of wet cement.
When we were checking out we asked for a compensation or at least some service recovery and the lady said there wasn’t anything she could do. So there you go! Stay there at your own risk!

We had a great stay here - the staff are great. The only thing I would note is that I paid for a Junior Suite for one night. It wasn’t cheap by any means means ($1k) and the room was not what I reserved. Completely different layout and the shower smelled like sewer backup.
Also, they offer valet parking. However when I asked about this, they told me their garage was full and that I needed to park at a garage outside the hotel. Which was 15 minutes driving and 10 minutes walking back. You’d think after spending $1k for a night they would have parking.
Also, since this hotel is near the Duomo Milano, it is very touristy and packed. Nice hotel, but the garage parking outside and the room made me put 3 stars.

High price and low service
My reservation was for a double bed
they give me a single bed also the door for bathroom it's locked we can't open
it after i ask them to change the room They gave me a smoking room very bad smile after all these problems, they want me to pay a higher price for the upgrade because my basic reservation is not available with them ?
After I refused, I paid more
They said wait in the reception until someone logs out because your request is not available
the last thing we have two choices we stay the same room without bathroom or We wait at the reception until the morning

The location of the hotel is amazing, however not worth the stay. The service isn’t great. The hotel room bed for 2 is just two single beds pushed together. Our room was serviced a couple of times without replenishing water, toilet paper or face towels which was very inconvenient. The hotel staff at check in was also very abrupt and rude. It’s a shame as it’s a beautiful hotel but not worth the stay in my opinion.

Fab location. can't get any better for Milan Duomo. Room was beautiful, and clean. Service excellent. Only very small downfall was classic room view was a wall. For the price a wouldn't have expected that. Granted I wasn't in enough to be too worried. Would stay again

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are very clean and cozy, with options for family rooms. The service is on point with staff all around the hotel ready to fulfil your requests. But, most importantly, the hotel is right next to the wonderful Dome and the “Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II”. Even though it was pretty expensive, it is definitely worth it!
