A really nice place...nice rooms with private parking you get close like your own private garage. Gorgeous room.
More importantly very very nice staff... the young man who checked us in was really nice and helpful and gave us really good recommendations where to go for dinner.
The breakfast was really nice and the sweet lady serving made it better with her kindness and gorgeous smile.
We will come back and we recommend

Horrible location. Very minimal accommodation in the bedroom: no coffee machine, no tea pot. Tiny tablets of soap, same kind you get in a motel 6. Depending on the room you get, you need to walk outside (in the rain...) to go to the bedroom from the reception.

We enjoyed the room. Was something different. You can park the car in front of your room. Nice.
But the location was in the middle of factories and a little bit loud. If you want to visit the city centre you need a car because with bus or train is not possible.

This is not a hotel , it’s equivalent to a motel. I professional staff. AC wasn’t working , had to call 3 times and they were controlling it from front desk. All night AC was making loud rumbling noise and we couldn’t sleep. They wouldn’t allow us to check out or even discount the inconvenience. Also the location is almost one hour from the city which on Travelocity this was not made apparent. We paid $100 per day for taxi to and from city .

Liked · Nice clean hotel. Very pleasant lobby, surprisingly upscale restaurant, clean room. They took us in to have dinner even 15 min before closing, which was great service. Disliked · The beds and pillows were extremely hard. My family all complained about back pain the next day. The 50 cm descent into the sloped floor shower is very precarious and a potential liability for the hotel. People must have fallen before. I almost did. The night stand lamps can only be switched on and off together, which is annoying as my husband wanted to sleep (lamp off) while I was reading and wanted my lamp on. ;-)

I allow! Beautiful room, beautiful structure, fantastic underground jacuzzi. TOP cleaning and service. Have a nice lunch. Full buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful and very professional staff. Super clean. Very respectful of Covid regulations. THANKS A LOT

Its not a hotel, its motel. !! AC was not working, then when on was making rumbling sound all night. They would not discount the room or let us check out with all the issues. Poor customer service. Biggest drawback was not close to anything which was not well described on booking site. You will pay $100 per day for taxi to and from hotel to the city.

Absolutely not worth the price.
PROS: A nice location, along with nice decorations both in the rooms and the hotel.
CONS: The bathrooms in this hotel have NO DOORS(except for the toilet room) which wouldnt be a problem if they weren't also infested by ants, flies and mosquitoes. The balcony(which you specifically pay for too) wasnt probably cleaned for a week and full of dirt. Some of the staff are fluent in English, but not all of them; some of them are unkind, or incompetend too, forgeting basic things while obviously not having too much on their table.

High quality service, very pleasant friendly workers and a great breakfast. We had a room on the second floor and from my experience it was great. The main room was quite large and the bathroom very fine as well. Visit worthy!

Very different kind of hotel. Very spacious and clean. Very good breakfast included. Overall excellent value for money. Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and they even offer drop off and pick ups from local metro station.
