First - the location- wow!! Right on the Duomo But also there’s no noise problem inside.

I stayed here just a couple of weeks after it opened. It looks exactly like the pictures - finished to a high standard, with fun decor, great in-room amenities and nice touches like lots of complimentary sweets and chocolates! It was so centrally located and quiet inside. It's a perfect base for exploring Milan. The staff are lovely - very attentive and friendly. The rooftop terrace is great too.

I got a great service and a fantastic experience, while I was staying at this symphatic hotel. The waiter and waitresses were very kind to me and helped me to get an unforgetable stay. Thanks to Guiseppe the waiter for his kindness at the restaurant 👍

ODSweet Duomo Milano Hotel
The reception employees were very rude.. and they talk to us as if we were kids that don’t understand anything.. and the cleaning staff were knocking on the door while we were sleeping and we already had the DND card on the door…and we beg them every day to open the AC for us and its still hot..and again they are very rude to us. One more thing the rooms we booked were sweet so we expect a good treatment….unfortunately bad experience but the rooms were very clean to be honest

I honestly regret that i have stayed in this hotel
The service is bad and they control the AC from there said not mine
sometimes they shut down the AC in the middle of the night with out any reason .
When we ask for any service they are rude and they don’t even offer to help with anything.
Absolutely not my choice for the next time .
I have booked the biggest suites and stayed for 6 nights and the service was not matching the package,
They knocked the door while it’s on don’t disturb sign!
and the receptionist is careless and don’t even look at us and make sure we are satisfied.
Also no one escort us to the room or helped us with the luggage.
This hotel was really an example of bad hosting and service.
I don’t recommend to book

The hotel itself is amazing and gives you a very nice experience but the front desk is very rude and impolite, I checked in by a girl in the evening with long black hair and she was extremely rude her English skills was almost 0 and she was very aggressive cause she didn’t understood what I meant .. the front desk people are the 1st thing the guests are in contact with.. so you better find nice people to work in the front desk .. the staff in the sky bar were nice and also the restaurant in the 2nd floor.

Amazing hotel. Nice helpful staff. Stylish comfortable room. Beautiful view from the room. The staff on the reception made my stay memorable, for sure I will come back

Absolutely stunning hotel. Fantastic service fantastic location and amazing staff. Breakfast in The restaurant was the highlight of the holiday. I would recommend this as the best Christmas break.

So I have to say I thought the theme was a little weird, but the location is perfect. Steps from the Duomo. So that was going to win out over a weird theme.
And as it turns out, the theme IS weird! Chocolate and caramel smells everywhere. Bright pink lights, pink rooms, chocolate toilet paper. All candy-smelling shampoos and body wash.
The pink rug is a little stained, which makes the room look more dated than I think it is, but otherwise the room was quite nice. But the staff. The staff! Fabulous! The cleaning crew come multiple times a day. Turn down your bed. Refill your treats. The front desk is friendly. The elevator man holds the elevator! So…weird theme. Amazing staff. Would certainly stay again.
