We arrived after 9pm with no reservation as we were in the area and unexpectedly needed a place to stay. It's a small hotel. Our room smells like the room has been close for a couple of days, and the shower did a really strange noise. But so far so good for the price.

We payed 38 Euro for one night including breakfast. We had a big room comfortable beds. Build quality is not that good. But they are super friendly and helpful... The best deal I ever had for a hotel. And buy the way, location is awesome! Nice vieuw and lots of free parking! One advice for the owner... A bit more detail on cleaning

The rooms are quite good and spacious. The bathroom maintenance could be better, the shower had traces of lime. Air conditioning is nice.

Very friendly and explained what to see and do in Siracussa by priorities. Although the building is old, the room is new and very soundproof.

Stayed there in last August and had a very comfortable stay, the rooms are spacious, very well insulated from the noise and heat, and air conditioned. Central location, wonderful staff. Perfect to visit the city

I stayed in Sicily for 3 weeks with my family. We booked hotel Mediterraneo for 3 nights and my husband loved the location and the staff kindness. Hotel Mediterraneo was one of the best hotel I have visited. It was amazing their hospitality, serving and especially food. I went to the hotel in time between my tour to Vatican. I had the chance to get a table that had the view of Rome city from the place I sat. Also I should mention, most amazing thing that I was excited is the finish of the hotel inside. Classical but mind-blowing.

My husband and I had the most wonderful time here. The entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially Francesca who gave us perfect recommendations for dinners and drinks in Ortigia. The room was very comfortable, and the private beach was so nice. I appreciate the attention to detail, it’s obvious they care about creating an enjoyable experience.

Overwhelmed by the generous and thoughtful hospitality here. Francesca and the entire staff were incredible and attentive. Having read some of the negative complaints it’s obvious those guests were looking for a ‘deal’, were bad guests themselves or simply have no understanding of how much it costs to operate lodging at this level of perfection. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The entrance can be hard to find, but you have to go inside the building in order to reach the hotel, from there you can ring their doorbell or just give them a phone call. I definitely recommend this place!

A beautiful and clean bedroom in a nice neighbourhood near to the museum and the archaeological park!

The rooms are welcoming and functional and the location of the structure is very good. A 10-minute walk from Ortigia with free parking just outside on the road. However the service is almost non existent. Lack of time flexibility both for check-in (this was the main problem for me) and for breakfast (available only from 8.30 to 9.30).

B&B in a condominium. It is just over 1 km from Ortigia. Owner very kind and helpful, especially on the indication of the restaurant for dinner. Small bathroom and not very large room. For a 1 or max 2 nights it's just fine.

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

Excellent location on Ortigia. I had a high balcony and could see both sides of the sea at either end of the street. I loved the mattress, there was great water pressure in the shower. There were many steps and I don’t think there is an elevator for those who need one. The room was large with one large bed and one single bed. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were in 2. Well equipped room equipped with all comforts, even if we were in the highest room and it was a bit small. Difficult to find parking in the surroundings even if full of paid parking lots. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Enjoyable stay in beautiful Sycracuse We had a really nice stay, parking was easy in cul de sac. . Stefano served the most amazing breakfasts and gave good advice on restaurants and places to see. A fine modern mini hotel with a dedicated and resourceful owner. Big air-conditioned rooms in a quiet area on the outskirts of Syracuse. It has its own olive oil from seven trees in the garden. Don't be put off by the poor quality roads and take the SIRACUSA NORD exit (essential). There is safe parking and convenient access to the monuments, etc.

Very nice, quiet, great hosts, awesome breakfast.

It is 15 minutes away from Isola di Orgitia and 200 m away from the Sanctuary of Madonna. It is quiet the staff very friendly and helpful. They speak good English, which makes this place more accessible. The room and bathroom were clean and quite spacious and the beds were also comfortable. We liked breakfast as well with sweet and also salty ingredients. I recommend this place for visiting Siracusa...

The view from the house is excellent. You can see the sea directly from the room. The host is an Italian elder couple. They are very warm and kind. Though they can't speak English we tried to understand by all means :) They prepared a info sheet in Eng with all key infos that you need. The house has an inner yard to park the car which is very convenient.

The B&B is located in a villa surrounded by the greenery of the Plemmirio reserve. From the common terrace and from many of the rooms you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. We visited family and friends staying at this BnB. A spectacular view from the terrazzo of villa, the grounds and landscaping are just like paradise. The owners are so friendly, really good people. We hope to stay here some day.

Excellent location near Syracuse and the sea, very nice bnb both inside and outside. The only thing is that you feel at another person's home, in fact the recommendations and make you understand very well. The window did not close and we put a piece of furniture to close it.
