We had booked a nice room with a sea view but unfortunately it also faced a main street and was way too loud. The staff were very kind and helpful. Moved us to a room that was at par in a quieter side. I know it's a luxury only available during off season. They also gave us good recommendations for places to eat. Also a bonus that they have eggs for the breakfast buffet which is.nice after only getting croissants 😅

Great location for this hotel. For the rest, rooms are ok ( we had no water in the morning) and the receptionists are amazingly unorganized and slow. .becareful if you have to catch a plane.

Loved our 2 night stay. First night was perfect, but second night was a little soured by the AC being turned off - the staff (at their desk 24/7) said it's turned off until May even though we had it on the previous night. The keys are heavy but can be left at the reception. A lot of free parking around the hotel. Breakfast variety is nice, pistachio cream is delicious. Big spacious room. A lot of mosquitos!

Nice hotel just across the bridge from Ortigia. Rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is hearty.

Location wise this hotel was great for us. A short walk to Ortigia so ideal as a base for exploring.
Breakfast was the usual buffet type and good enough.
If you’ve got a rental car, some street parking and paid parking can be found nearby.

The front desk asked us for passports when checking in, and didn’t return it or remind us until we check out! It is only until when we reached catania airport that we found our passports were still at the front desk, what a shame ! We have to rent a new car and drive back for2 hours, costing 200 euros.
The room was well decorated but you don’t get a quilt, only a bed sheet! We got frozen and became sick afterwords, can’t be more ridiculous.

Very nice hotel just a few steps from Ortigia. Fragrant, clean rooms, daily cleaning. Great breakfast.
