Did a quick baggage drop off today and they were simply spectacular when we came back for a bags they offer coffee for free and we were very intentive and we had a bottle of wine that we had brought back and they offered us to use our tables to sit down and dry our wineDefinitely a class act definitely not something I’m used to when you’re directly across the train station.

This hotel is a scam—a double bed sold for two people when it's just a single bed, which is simply outrageous!
The reception staff are unfriendly and make it clear that we're just another tourist, and it's our problem. It's outright extortion... The rest of the room is very old, poorly insulated, and the shower isn’t even worth mentioning.

Nothing good to say. This hotel was disappointment.Hotel is old and worn, needs updates. Breakfest was just breakfest not a buffet. It was anyting but good. There was only sweets, no ham, no cheese, no vegetables, no tomatoes etc. Hotel's websites there is no mention what kind breakfest their have.
We have Basic room. The bed was afful and narrow, just 120cm and their sell it for two people. On their websites there is no mention about that. The bed is not for two people, because when we go to sleep on it bed the matress was ruined. Hotel is not three star.

Best location - near the train station and it's quiet, you don't hear any noise.
The rooms are very very clean. Towels are changed and the room cleaned every morning.
The breakfast is delicious.
The staff is very nice and friendly.
Our bus didn't come and we took another bus and were late for check in (we arrived at 23:25) and the receptionist called us and said he would be waiting for us although he was not obliged to.
If I could I would give 1000 stars.

Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants & sights of Siracusa. The people at front desk were helpful & friendly. The breakfast was good & fresh. Room was comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

If you find a good price for this hotel, it is acceptable. a little bit far away from the old town. dated but clean rooms.

Good connection with train and bus to catania airport. Just in front of it!

Abbiamo incontrato 5 diverse persone in reception di cui solo una signorina e un signore di 45 anni erano disponibili e sorridenti. Durante il soggiorno è capitato due volte che la usciva solo l'acqua fredda dalla doccia e quando sono scesa per informe il reception ( perché il telefono non funziona) mi hanno detto che non è vero e a loro funzione tutto!!!!! Il bagno era pieno e puzzolente di muffa. Ma gli asciugamani sembravano (spero) puliti.
L'albergo viene usato maggiormente dal personale ferroviaria e ha un'ottima accesso sia ai treni che altri tipi di mezzi pubblici.

Friendly and welcoming hotel with easy parking right outside and a 20 minute walk into both old and new towns. A real bargain and perfectly clean and adequate.
