Hi! We went to visit my brother because he has a scholarship at Torino. The guest master is a really nice guy. He always helped us in all our requests. Also he speaks English, don't worry about the language. The rooms are really clean and tidy. The apartments are near the center of the city. 100%recommended

Neat clean and organized. Strategically located in the hospital area, for those like us who had to be in the hospital early in the morning, it allows access to hospitals without having to use the car. Good thing given the difficulty of parking.

Great hotel and lovely rooms. The only issue when you’re trying to get an early night is the thunder of the trams going past and the noise coming from the restaurant downstairs when they drag their tables in and close their metal shutters!!

We only stayed one night the staff were very helpful and the room was nice and clean and comfortable

We felt a little intimidated by the number of rough sleepers and begging in the area.... nothing untoward actually happened but it does create a "tense" atmosphere

Torino Old City Centre Reception is on the 3rd floor. staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and functional. Close to the station and transport hub. Enjoyed our stay and walked to most of the attractions. Had Breakfast at GB Caffé next door as recommended.

The property may be graded as 1 star but the staff were superb and the property is excellent value for money. Everything you could need, and very clean.

It's in a good location, 10 minutes walk from the station, the road was remarkably quiet when you consider where it is. The staff were friendly and the room clean and comfortable. There's even a terrace where you can sit.

Frienndly sophisticated very interesting

Certainly it's not a luxury hotel, furniture seems old and outdated, services are at the bare minimum. Though it is centrally located and I didn't mind spending two nights there.

The best place when we are going out of home it was like our home

The localization is perfect: it is between airport bus stop and city center. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. Room standard is moderate, but let's face it: if the standard was higher, the price would be higher as well. To sum up, it is a superb offer. Well recommended.

Super location, very clean, and friendly owners. We had a lovely big room with a balcony overlooking the street, the double glazing made for a very quiet night's sleep. Sharing the bathroom was absolutely fine, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Alba, the location is really its selling point.

Central position, nice staff. I stayed in one of the apartments. It was clean and had all the utensils you need.

Decent and clean apartment. The bed was a bit too soft for our taste and saggy towards the middle. The temperature of the water varied during showering from hot to cold. Other than that it was fine and the owners were very friendly (non English speaking). Location is also very central.

Family-run, it feels like home. Nice and comfortably central. The only negative note having had the room near the breakfast area you can hear the noises of those who wake up early to have it.

The hotel is small and basic but modern and clean. The breakfast is not rich but there is everything you need for a breakfast worthy of the name. Good central location a stone's throw from the main shopping streets, the main squares and the Egyptian museum. The family-run management leaves something to be desired.

Service is really good the rooms are also good but the vicinity is not the best

Very friendly knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help with itinerary planning transport or suggestions for excursions. The hotel has a taxi hub a few minutes away so taxis arrive very quickly. At night Turin can change so as with the same with any city best to take a cab post 9.30 to 10 when you aren't sure where you are. The number 4 tram connects the city and the hotel within ...

The hotel is correct. Clean friendly nice and helpful people. The neighborhood maybe less so, just take the bus. It stops right in front of the hotel. The parking service offered was great. Would go again.

Our stay at baby hotel was very pleasant, because of the kind and welcoming owner, the lovely breakfast and the clean bedroom. Although our reservation was very late and spontaneous, we were taken care of very well.

The hotel is located a short distance from the Porta Nuova railway station and the center of beautiful Turin. The rooms are very welcoming and large, well-kept, bright, always heated and above all very, very clean! Like all the rest of the environment. It has a large internal parking. The owners are very nice people, familiar and professional. Super recommend it to everyone!

Very large room. To the city centre it was still quite a bit of a walk, but there is a train station nearby. Breakfast was good, lots of free parking nearby. Just the armchairs in the communal area weren't clean.

Student hostel in the heart of turin, cost less

Open011's staff is friendly, discreet and helpful. Located just a few metres away from several bus stops and with many shops and stores at walking distance, the building vaguely resembles a school. Its well-designed rooms are clean, cozy and feature AC and all the essential furniture, plus a private bathroom with shower and bidet. A cafeteria serves breakfast for free every morning and additional snacks...

I stayed there for two nights during September 2015. The room was very large. The lobby was very large. The bathroom was very large. Very spacey, overall.

Nice youth hostel. Good food, place is very clean and staff is friendly. There are lifts, conference rooms, interior courtyard to sit in the evening. WiFi is only available in few places and doesn't reach the rooms. Air conditioning isn't working properly. In overall, it's a nice place to stay in.

I was surprised by very kind service. Personal at the reception told us everything we needed. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was really nice. Only thing which I found hard was to sleep because of busy street. Yet, price have to be paid if you want be so close to city centre.

Highly recommend this hostel. We booked a 3 person room as we were travelling as a group of 3 friends and it was the perfect room with two bathrooms. pillows and bed could be a little more comfortable but it is what it is

A very clean and comfortable hostel to stay in — with cozy mattresses, a kitchen, and the possibility to wash and dry your clothes. In the evening there are parties and a bar, so you definitely won’t be bored. It’s a bit far from the train stations, but there’s a tram and a bus — the hostel staff explained everything to me.

The owners: super kind, super sweet, super helpful, super familiar: 10 stars! It's a traditional, little cosy hotel, managed by 2 old persons. The structure is a bit old style, but very clean, just in front of Scuola Holden and Arsenale, in a street full of antique shops and nice bistrots with good food and cheap prices. 20 min on foot from the center.

A wonderful week in Turin that will leave me with good memories also of the courtesy of the hotel owners, who immediately seemed like two family members. Vintage forniture, very nice. Good position, not so closed to the city center (about 20 minutes walking) but well linked by public transport. The woman was very kind and she knew and told us a lit about Turin. The only problem is the water: only 90 litres of warm water available, and I had to finish my shower with cold water!! Not so nice in winter time..

Good breakfast and as I had to leave early the host kindle prepared some breakfast the night before :-) super convenient and congenial:-)

Federica was an awesome host, very friendly and happy to help with directions and advice on getting around. Room was perfect, cleaned daily with a coffee machine and fully stocked fridge just outside the door. There is a metro station just outside the building as well.
